As the plane took off, Lando slouched back into his seat and closed his eyes in an attempt to hold back the tears once again. Leaving Arthur hurt more than he could have ever imagined it.
Only being able to give him a short hug, to say goodbye at the airport, had made it even worse. Their last kiss and proper goodbye before he had left had happened in the car, so nobody could see them.
Still, he had to restrain himself from another kiss when they eventually needed to part ways at the gate.
And now, only a few minutes later, Lando was already longing for Arthur's touch again. He already missed the feeling of his strong arms around his body and his soft skin on his own.
In only one week he had grown so attached to the young Monegasque, it almost felt like he couldn't live without him anymore.
Lando took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. How the hell was he supposed to survive two whole months without Arthur when he couldn't even bear it anymore after only half an hour?

When he arrived back in England, Lando quickly turned his phone back on, just to receive a message from Arthur only a few seconds later.
