We now have Cinderella, fun fact: this guy is actually the one who kicked off me wanting to recreate the Disney Princesses. He wasn't meant to be connected to Cinderella in any way, but while I was making him I started thinking about her. Then I thought "well, what if I just made this a whole thing and turned it into a character series?" And now here we are.
This character is different from my others in the way that he actually already has a crush on someone 👀 I've never tried to do this so I thought it would be an interesting story component to play around and roleplay with. If you really want to, you can make your character based on the one he has a crush on. I just thought it would be interesting to see the change of liking one person to growing closer and liking someone else, and going through that confusion of "do I still like this person as much as I once did?"

Overall personality:
Christian is a very kind individual. Even though those outside the kingdom don't know he exists, he was still raised as a prince. He's incredibly smiley and he loves to crack jokes (who doesn't enjoy a beautiful golden retriever boy?) He cares about those around him, even the strangers, which is a good quality in a prince. Despite being shut in for his whole life and being surrounded by family who don't really like him, he still shines. He's surprisingly social. He's not one to be beaten down easily, he takes things in stride. Even when someone isn't kind to him, he still shows them kindness.
He believes everyone deserves a chance, even if in the chances he has given them they don't give him the same treatment. Some people would see this as naive but this is a very important way of thinking to Chris. He's someone who believes the energy you put out into the world is the energy that is brought back onto you. He's been compliant with his father's demands to stay in the castle for the most part, but what his father doesn't know is that he's been sneaking out in the dead of night. Sophie: Not an actual relationship. Sophie is a princess that his parents have arranged for him to marry. She's actually a very sweet person and she knows his sexual preference. She offers support to him and acts as someone for him to rant to whenever their parents make them go on "dates"
Liam: a commoner who works in his family's bakery. Chris visits the bakery often and Liam always has a slice of pumpkin pie ready for him. they've never dated but Chris has a secret crush on him.

Jaq: a servant at the castle. His family has been serving Christian's for generations and so they pretty much grew up together.
Gus: another castle servant. He was a wandering young man with nowhere to go and nothing but the clothes on his back, so Chris offered him a place at the castle as one of the servants.
Background story:
Christian was actually a baby from an affair that the king had. Because of this, no one actually knows that he exist. He's a complete secret, and he isn't allowed outside of the castle. It would bring shame upon the family if word got out that the king had an affair. Audrey was absolutely furious when she first found out but she still raised Chris and was motherly to him, most of the time, despite her not seeing him same way she saw her daughters. Things were okay while Chris was growing up, but the older he got, the more his step mother's kindness dwindled. She found it hard to truly love someone who she didn't see any of herself in. She didn't even see much of her husband in him, meaning Chris was the spit of his mother, and this only made his step mother more spiteful. Whenever she looked at him she was reminded of her husband's infidelity.
Chris has unfortunately never met his mother. He knows nothing about her, aside from the fact that she's a commoner. Chris' half-sisters also aren't very close to him because they see him as a threat. They want all of the kingdom wealth for themselves and although the commoners are unaware of Chris' existence, he's still a son of the king; a prince. If he really wanted to, he could choose to the rule the kingdom.

1. It's a warm summer night. It's quite late, and the moon is high up in the sky. You're walking about in the forest that isn't very far away from the castle, just trying to get some fresh air and clear your head. While you're walking you hear splashes of water. You follow the sound to see a man stood by a pond skipping some rocks, on the ground beside him there was a little glass jar of fireflies. You're sure you've never seen this man before. He's dressed in extravagant clothes. You step forward to get a closer look and you accidently alert him of your presence by stepping on a stick. He turns his head to look in your direction but doesn't spot you in the darkness "is someone there?" He calls

2. The King and Queen are holding a massive masquerade ball and have invited the entire kingdom. As always, Christian's parents have forbidden him from going and told him to stay in his room while the party is going on. Of course Christian wasn't going to agree to this. He has been wanting to go to a party his whole life and there was finally one in his own home. He absolutely had to go! Lucky for him it was a masquerade ball so he could wear a disguise. He knew Sophie was going to be in attendance so they whipped up a plan together. The night of the ball Sophie came a few hours earlier than everyone. She brought along an outfit for Christian to wear and helped him get ready.
When it was time for the party Chris slipped his way into the crowd, his close servants, Jaq and Gus helping to distract his father and step-mother whenever they got too close for comfort. While Chris tried to stay hidden away his parents kept growing more and more suspicious. He noticed them coming towards him just as a song came on. He panicked and grabbed the person closest to him. You. "Please dance with me for a moment" he said quickly as he placed his hands around your waist and danced his way through the ballroom to get away from his parents. When he thought they were far enough away he sighed softly and let go of you "Sorry, there was someone I didn't want to bump into. You saved me back there"
