Priya pov
I was shocked looking at the person infront of me, how is it even possible, I heard neena aunty's voice breaking my thoughts
"Oh Priya, sid iam sorry children, I forgot about your food, when I was going to get you snacks, my brother came at the same time" she said, sid said something to her but I was looking at the person infront of me
"Oh I forgot to introduce, she is my brother's wife and bhabhi he is sidhanth Rajath bhai's son and she is Priya prathap bhai's daughter"with this information I went pale I mean how on the earth it is possible, neena aunty dragged me and sid with her to introduce us, I was reluctant to go, sid asked me what happened to me but I couldn't open my mouth
We all went into sitting hall, when we entered all heads snapped towards us, sid came beside me and gripped my hand
"So is this the reason you went pale" he wispeard I nodded, I looked at rahul he was also having same expression as mine and sid's
"Nahnni, sid come let me introduce you people" dadaji said (sid's grandfather) I stood there like a statue sid nudged me, I nodded at dadaji and we went towards him
"Priya,sid... He is Rahul's uncle Rajesh, she is his wife Aruna, and his sons Avinash and Rohan" he introduced I didn't even turned towards him I looked towards Rohan who was having some sort of emotions in his eyes, even I want to talk to him, he was my bestfriend in London but then I don't want to keep any contact with them.
"Rajesh, she is Priya prathap's daughter and he is sidhanth Rajath's son" he nodded at them and glared at him
Do you how you feel when someone enter into your life when you want to burry their memories, it is like whole universe is agaist you, everything wants you to be sad, I was just trying to forget everything and was learning to be happy again but the reason for all my miseries has to return. It feels like your soul is being buried, iam feeling same now, they all were talking but I felt heavy in my heart, now I don't even know how I feel I mean iam not at all happy that he is here but iam happy for nanu and nani as they are happy, I hate all these things.
"Umm... We have to do assignments" Rahul said suddenly gaining everyone's attention, I sighed thank god
"Yeah we have to go" sid said I nodded
"Wait you guys didn't had snacks, have them and go" neena aunty (Rahul's mom) stopped us
"Aunty we will have dinner directly" i denied quickly, ofcourse I don't want to be here and even my hunger died
"What you dragged me to the kitchen just because you were hungry and now you are saying you will not have snacks" sid hissed, why can't ge shut up idiot, I glared at him but he ignored Royally
"Come sit here and have some" dadhu said, I glanced at seat it's almost near him
"Dadhu I will have in room we have work" I said and took some snacks in single plate but enough for three of us
When we reached room, sid and Rahul came sat beside me
"You ok" Rahul asked, I nodded
"When I went there I was in shock, I wanted to say you and sid but I couldn't getup from there" Rahul said
"You could have messaged bro" sid stated
"I forgot my phone, and once I tried to getup from there but dadaji gave me a killer glare" Rahul said shaking his head I smile
"And nanu he was like happiest person introducing me to my so called cousins, he doesn't like my uncle but he want me to become best friends with them you know you know what nanu said ' Rahul you should follow Avinash foot steps just like you follow Amar and vihaan he is elder to you and successful' and now you guys say in which way I should follow him, for cheating a girl or for dumping a girl or for being reason for a girl's suicide" he fisted his hands at last part, why does he have to say all these even though I hate him I still feel bad
"Can I come in" we heard someone's voice from door, it was rohan
"Hi bhabhi" he greeted
"You should call me Priya, Rohan" I said
"Sorry" he said I nodded after that awkward silence engulfed in room, Rohan turned to leave but stopped
"Rahul,Avinash Gupta is also a sucessful business man so if want to learn you can learn that from bhai" Rohan said and went out of room
"As if I want to" Rahul muttered
"Pipi you have to be strong, we cannot become weak when fault is his" Rahul said
"I saw how you were fidgeting your fingers, I know it is though for you but you have be strong butterfly, he should not effect you anymore, and you should be you, if you want our family know something is wrong about you, you can be like this but if you don't just be like the was you was from yesterday" sid explained me I nodded
Avinash pov
After meeting Priya, dad called me saying that I have to meet his parents, I don't know why he suddenly wants to meet them but I agreed as I don't want say no to dad
I saw three mansions which are similar, as dad said middle is their parents I slowly stepped into it, security guard was sleeping he did even know I came, what is the use of his, if he is sleeping, I shook my head and walked ahead, I saw a old couple sitting in lawn, man was resembling my dad so I assumed him as my father's father, I went and stood infront of them, lady saw me adjusting her glasses and frowned ofcourse Don't know who am I.
"Umm.. iam Avinash, Rajesh Gupta's son" I introduced my self, lady's eyes lit up by my introduction her eyes went moist, she hugged me after that they talked to me and grandma asked dad to come home, he immediately aggread he said he will come by next flight, they asked me to stay with them but for me it was bit weird ,so I said them that I will come with mom dad next day.
After mom dad came we went there, I didn't liked my grandfather's attitude towards my dad but I can't say anything between elders. They started introductions I was really exhausted only after introductions, there are so many people around here, they introduced me to my newly found cousin Amar who maybe a year younger than me, and said that he has an younger brother my grandfather called some house helper and asked to call him.
When the person came I was shocked would be an understatement, he was Rahul, priya's friend, even he saw me when they introduced us he saw me as if iam a gost, but I saw hearted towards me when he looked at me, I understand maybe now he knows everything.
Soon they started talking again, dad asked his friends about their children
"Oh you already met my elder son, Vihan, and younger one maybe in Rahul's room" said Rajath uncle dad's friend he asked prathap uncle about his children
"I have only a daughter" he said smiling dad nodded
"Oh she is princess and only girl in the family" an old man said who I assumed to be her grandfather
"She is a darling" my grandfather said fondly
"And most mischievous among all" Rajath uncle's father said chuckling, everyone has content smile on their faces talking about her, I don't know who is she but she is definitely light of house
Mom went to help neena aunty, well for me she is bua but how can I suddenly call her that, after some time someone came there I froze in my place seeing her, mom was behind her, I don't know who is she or how she is related but she is there, soon they introduced me to her, just then I saw sid beside her, she didn't even glanced at me, it hurts when love of your life ignores you completely like you doesn't even exit
Soon she went from there I know the reason is me, but I wanted her stay here for some more time.
Soon we got settled in our rooms, suddenly Rohan came to my room
"Bhai are you okay" he asked
"Iam fine" I nodded
"I know you are not, but don't you think you should talk to her" he said
"She isn't even looking at me Rohan, and you asking me to talk to her"
"Bhai I want to say you something" I nodded
"She....she tried to take her life" he mumbled but I heard him
"What, are you mad I know she is sensitive but she is strong Rohan" I reasoned
"No iam telling truth" and he said what he heard from Rahul, I really couldn't digest, why did she even do that, I sat on bed thinking about everything I did to her, how much I pushed her.
Someone came and called me for dinner, I know I can see her again so I went downstairs but only 2 chairs was empty I sat on one and snanned whole table, but she was no where to be seen. But soon I saw her coming she changed her dress and she looked fresh, I know now she has to sit beside me. She glanced at seat and saw me for a quick second, I know she doesn't want to sit here.
"What the hell, do you people want me to die of hunger" what happened to her now
"What happened Nahnni" her grandfather asked her
"See dadhu first morning they made, poha and sandwich, and now they made potato and okra" she said making faces, she is still a baby, my baby.
"Even morning if not for Radha aunty (sid's mom) I would have never ate" she sighed
"Oh miss you ate it because it was pasta, dont say if not for Radha aunty" Rahul said she scowled at him
"I will not have dinner" she pouted and started going from there
"What I'd I say I cooked butter paneer too" Neena aunty (Rahul's mom) said she squealed and hugged her, iam falling for her more if I can, she unwillingly sat next to me, I want talk to her badly, but I don't know how should I.
"Hii" I mumbled, she gripped piece of roti as soon as she heard my voice
After that we started eating, I looked at roties they was infront of her, I was hesitant to take because she looked like a volcano wich would bust anytime. Her grandmother asked to pass roti to me and sid as we were either side of her. She took a roti and placed in sid's plate and pushed entire bowl to me, without glancing at me, it hurts a lot see a person who once fead me with her own hands, now she doesn't even want to serve me.
"Avinash you know Priya studied in London" my grandfather said, I shook my head, well how can I tell them that.
"Oh we wish you people was there with her at that time, maybe you could have saved her" he said, I looked at him confused
"From what" this time dad voiced, surprisingly grandpa didn't gave him that look which he was giving from the time we arrived, I looked at Priya she shut her eyes tightly.
"Some bastard cheated her" sid's grandfather said Anger was evident in his voice, she didn't said anything just got up from there without having dinner, I really felt bad.
"Nanu, dadaji, why you have to bring that topic infront of her" Vihaan (sid's brother) almost yelled at them
"Just was being normal again, and you people have to bring that topic again, you have to understand, she said she doesn't want to bring his topic didn't she" Amar (Rahul's brother) said calmly
"Who was he" this time rohan, asked I know he just want to know what she said to them, Rahul and sid glared at him.
"We asked her she doesn't wanted to say anything" Vihan (sid's brother) shook his head
"Why" Rohan asked again
"Don't know we asked her name so that we can kill him, but she said she doesn't want to see him, even for his death" Vihan said again
That broke my heart, she doesn't even want to see me?? Did I lost her completely, I glanced at her place which left untouched, she didn't had a bite, maybe she hate me so much that she don't even want to eat sitting beside me.
"Sid, Rahul give her some space and if she feels hungry feed her" Vihaan instructed them, they nodded
I excused myself and went to Terrance, I so want to talk to her ask her how can she take her life, ask her why she doesn't want to see me, I roamed my eyes around I saw a figure on other terrace, I know it's her maybe I can talk.
