I wrote down the last bit of my notes in class and then I packed my notes cause school was about to be out.
"Okay class! Remember study those notes cause we have a test this Friday so I need all of you to pass with flying colors." My chemistry teacher said.
Everybody started packing up then 5 minutes later, the bell rung and we rushed out of class.
"Hey Diiorrr." My best friend, Kaymar said to me as he came up.
"Hey Kay." I smiled. Kay was known around my school as the "gay best friend" but I just call him my best friend cause to me he's not known as that, he's known as the bitch that's always there for me.
"What you doing after school? You trynna head out somewhere?" He asked.
"I can't, I gotta study for my test this Friday. We can probably go this weekend, my car is gonna be out of the shop by then." I said.
"Bet, I'll put it down in my calendar. Anyways guess who was talking about you in my Algebra 2 class." He trailed off.
I looked at his with my eyebrow furred. "Who?" I asked.
"The one, the only, famous quarter back of the school, Tyon." He squealed.
I rolled my eyes. "Kay, tyon is not all that and a bag of chips. Plus you know how my brother is about me talking to boys." I replied.
"So? Yo brother is 23 and don't even go here Dii. I love him and he fine and all but big G needa chill some times." He shrugged.
I laughed at him calling my brother big G. It was a nick name Kay gave to him ever since they started being cool.
"Tyon ain't even my type."
"Ugh, I forgot you like them thug niggas." He mumbled.
"Exactlyyyy. I don't mind athletes but thugs just swing in my boat a little different." I smiled.
"Good luck finding one at this school, all the hood niggas be drop outs and never come to school." He chuckled.
"Okay bitch damn." I said.
"Alright well ima go hop on the bus, hopefully we can go get our nails done this weekend too, love you." He said and we did our signature kisses on the cheeks.
"Love you too, make sure you text me!" I said after him and he nodded.
I went and got on my bus then saw Unique all excited hopping on the bus. She sat next to me and gave me a big hug.
"Guess what sister!!" She exclaimed.
"Hm?"
"Peyton asked me to be his girlfriend today." She exclaimed.
I raised my eyebrow. "You must not be scared of Gio either... or dad." I said in worry.
"I told him I would think about it... and that's exactly the reason. I don't know why dad and Gio takes us so seriously like we're still babies.. ugh. Mom be like that too sometimes, it's annoying." She explained.
"They just want what's best for us, no harsh feelings. So when did he ask?"
"During 5th period before I went to gym." She answered.
I nodded. "See your type of niggas be at school. Mean while the niggas I like be absent." I said.
"Yea cause you like dudes that got nothing going on for them self but being filled up with weed." She replied.
I shook my head and the bus pulled off. Ima give y'all a little introduction.
Hi!! I'm Diior. I'm the first born daughter of my two lovely parents Jacy and Kimani, I'm 17, a junior anddd I have good grades? I guess.
The girl sitting next to me in my little sister Unique. She was born a year after me so we're not that far apart. Her birthday is in September so she's in the same grade I'm in.
I'm supposed to be a senior but I failed 7th grade cause that was a year I was absent a lot so I graduate when I'm 19 but that's okay cause it's not like ima be 20 and still in high school.
I have three other siblings, my older brother Giovanni, he's 23, my younger brother Symere, he's 12 and my baby sister, Solanae whos 8. See my parents don't know self control soo I'm sure more babies will come along down the line. I'm assuming their taking a break though.
I hated riding the bus but I got in a little car accident a month ago cause I was driving home high as fuck and I crashed into a tree. I was okay but I did sprain my ankle a little bit.
My car has been in the shop but it's gonna be done this Friday and I get to see my baby.
As the time passed, we were home and it was almost silent. I heard loud music coming from the basement, Gio lived downthere. He had his kitchen, living room, bathroom and bed room so that was his own little apartment.
There was a note on the fridge from our mom.
Your dad and I left out on a date, we won't be home until 10 pm late. Make sure Symere and Sola get in bed by 9. - your mommy :)

I laughed and shook my head. "What it say?" Unique asked.
"They on a date so they not gonna be here until 10." I said opening the fridge.
"Aye!" Gio yelled making us jump.
"You do to much." Nique complained.
"You do to less, go put y'all shit up. We finna go out and get something to eat." He said.
"Don't gotta tell me twice." She said and went u see him and left the kitchen.
"You got paid?" I asked.
"No but Simoan got paid soo we finna go meet up with him." He smiled.
"Where's your money?"
"I spent it." He replied.
"Momma gone yell at you. You know your not supposed to be spending all your money like that." I spoke.
"Momma know ima grown man." He said leaning on the counter.
"Yea, a grown man who live in the basement of his parents." I scoffed walking away.
"At least I help pay rent!" He said as I went upstairs.
I went in my room and saw a text from Kay.

BaddieK💗: I forgot that they reschedule home coming to this Saturday, we def gotta get our shit done this Friday.
Omg it slipped my mind completely that they rescheduled home coming.
Me: Oh yeaa!! We gotta buy stuff. You wearing a dress or a suit?
BaddieK💗: normally I'd pop out with a little 1 2, 1 2 but ima just wear a suit cause it is just homecoming so ian gone give it to em quite yet🤣!
Me: We should match.. what colors we should consider?

I sighed and put my phone down, Kay has been my date to home comings and middle school dances since we met it 6th grade.
I've never had a boyfriend cause my standards are set very high but hopefully I can find one soon ya know. I'm a Virgin as well, never did nothing with nobody and I'm glad for that. I'm waiting for a street nigga to come my way😛
I put on my slides and my coat the went downstairs cause they were waiting for me. When we got in Gio's rolls Royce, it smelled like sex and weed.
"Why do it smell like that." Unique said spraying the air freshener he had in here.
"Ya boy got needs, and sola was in my living room last night so I couldn't bring the bitch in." He laughed.
"Your gonna get someone pregnant and I'm not taking care of that baby." I said.
"Won't need to, I wear condoms." He said then started the car and drove off to my aunt sage house.
While on the drive I started to think to myself, Gio has never had a girlfriend.. I wonder why.
"Gio why don't you have a girlfriend." I said
"Cause, I choose not to." He replied.
"There's a deeper meaning then that. Your 23 gonna be 24 soon, you should think about looking for a girlfriend."
He scoffed. "Girls don't like niggas my type."
"What? Ugly?" Nique said and with both laughed.
"What's ugly is y'all laugh. But I mean like how I be sleeping around, females think ima hoe but I just like my variety packs of women." He laughed.
"Ugh ima make you a profile on Christian mingle cause you need a church girl." I laughed.
He looked at me like I was dumb the back at the road. "There's many cute seniors at school, Kay know a lot of them since he is a senior." I said.
"Ion want no girl still in high school, I want me a woman that's in college or something." He said.
"Well do you think we know any college girls Gio?" Nique said.
He kissed his teeth. "What even is your type anyway?" She continued.
"Hoes with good neck." I laughed.
"I mean shit that too but ion know I need me a innocent girl. Virgin, don't know nothing about sex, funny, kind of a homebody." He explained.
"Kay know a girl exactly like that!! She's 19." I said.
"Dii didn't I just say ion want no girl in high school."
"Your sisters are trynna be nice and get you a nice woman!! She's 19, graduates this year and she's never had a boyfriend or nothing." I said
He waited then kissed his teeth. "Ight Bro when we get to auntie house just show me a picture of her."
I nodded then moments later we pulled up outside Simoan house and we waited for him to come out.
"Ight show me a picture of this broad." He turned around.
I looked up her Instagram and showed her to him and he grabbed the phone.
"Dayummmmmm!!!! She's bad." He said looking through all her post.
"What I tell you." I said.
"Bro hit her up for me and tell her to follow me." He said giving my phone back.
"Gio you better not use her for a quick fuck." I said.
"If she a Virgin, why would I do that." He replied.
"Mkay, don't break her heart or nun cause I just texted her." I said.
He nodded and then Simoan came in and sat next to me and dapped everybody up.
Simoan was a year older than me and Nique and went to the same school as us. He was bisexual and surprise surprise, he got a crush on Kay.
"Dii, you was with Kay today?" He asked.
"Yes Simoan why?" I asked with a small smirk on my face.
"You know damn well why." He replied.
"I don't understand that shit with you Simoan, if you like the nigga why don't you speak the fuck up and say something." Gio said pulling off.
"Ion know, I get nervous around him I guess." He shrugged.
"Not our cousin being nervous." Nique teased.
"Moving on, tell me why this girl I used to fuck wit texted me this morning when I was on the bus." He continued.
"Who? Lisa or Keasia?" I asked.
"Keasia." He said
"You needa watch out, them bitches that start wit K's be crazy for no reason." Gio said.
"Like your mom?" Nique laughed.
"Case and point." He replied.
"Nah she texted me on some cool shit though. Saying she wanna link up and talk about stuff." Simoan said looking at the text messages.
"Would you get back with her?" Nique asked.
"Prolly not. I'm more into Kay than I was with her." He said.
"Well I needa set something up with you and Kay then if you like him so much." I said.
"Ion think Kay like me back though." He said.
"He called you fine this one time but I can go more in depth when I see him in class tomorrow." I said and he nodded.
We pulled up to the chick fila and ordered our food. We dropped off Simoan back home and went home our own selfs.
I went in my room and that one girl texted me back about Gio.
Luv.she: that's your brother? How old is he?
Me: hes 23
Luv.she: 😳 idk he a lil to old for me.. he just turned 23?
Me: No but I'm trynna find him somebody.. you think you can at least try meeting up with him?
She waited a minute before texting me back and started typing again.
Luv.she: Okay I'll link with him but you gotta be around
Me: okay that's cool, I'll text you later about the details and everything
Luv.she: Okayy 💗
I put my phone on the charger and decided on going to sleep.
