"You'll be fine I promise," Stiles reassured Kara,"I know these people, your in good hands."

Kara looked at the house nervously,"Who are they?"

"Old friends of my moms," Stiles told her looking at the house,"They have a daughter named Alex, you can try to be friends with her.  And if you ever need me I'll come flying."

Kara swallowed, grabbing hold of Stiles' hand as they approached the house.

Jeremiah and Eliza came out of the house, while Alex remained upstairs looking through the window at the two Kryptonians approaching.

"Stiles," Jeremiah greeted,"Your father informed us of Kara's situation and we'll be happy to take her in."

Stiles nodded in thanks, and he turned to Eliza and nodded also.

When his gaze finally settled on Kara she threw her arms around him, and he hugged her back.

"I'll visit as much as I can," Stiles reassured her.

Kara sniffed,"You don't have to," Kara croaked,"I'll be fine."

Stiles smiled sadly at her,"Don't cause that much trouble, okay?"

Kara smiled and nodded.

When Stiles took off, flying through the clouds he thought about Kara, he thought he was the last Kryptonian and now that he wasn't it felt kind of weird. He took a detour by just going up a few hundred feet and he just stayed there watching the earth orbit.

He sighed before heading back down a little bit of fire surrounding him as he entered the atmosphere.

Malia was staying in Beacon Hills for the rest of the semester now that Scott or the rest of the pack wasn't a problem. Stiles was excited to see Josie again, that was a plus and when they last talked she mentioned something about a Miss Mystic Falls or something like that.

Change Of View

Dorian put the red rock under a microscope getting a closer look at it.

"Do you know what it is?" Josie asked, walking into the room.

"It's definitely not from around here," Dorian said, looking up at Josie,"I actually think it comes from Stiles' home world, what's it called again? Silicone?"

Josie laughed,"Krypton actually."

"Hey, can you do me a favor and siphon some of this if you can?" Dorian asked, tossing her the red gem.

Josie's hands started to glow gold as she siphoned the energy from it. It's red exterior turned to a sickly green.

"What the hell?" Josie said, holding it up and looking at the green gem.

Dorian's eyes widened,"Give it here, give it here," He said in a rush, and Josie handed him the rock.

Dorian put it back under the microscope, reaching into a cabinet he pulled out a vial of blood.

"Is that Stiles' blood?" Josie asked with wide eyes.

"Yeah, don't worry he gave it to me willingly after you siphoned the red Kryptonite out of him," Dorian said.

"Kryptonite?" Josie asked, confused.

"That's what I'm calling it," Dorian explained fondling the vial,"Pieces of his home planet called Krypton, so Kryptonite."

Dorian brought the vial closer to the Kryptonite and it looked like the blood was trying to recoil from the gem.

"Whoa," Dorian said.

"What is it?" Josie asked.

"The red Kryptonite lowers his inhibitions, right?" Dorian said and Josie nodded,"Well, this green version might weaken him at the cellular level."

"What does that mean?" Josie asked worriedly,"Could it hurt Stiles?"

"It could kill him," Dorian replied,"Nature always makes a loophole for immortality; this is Stiles' loophole."

"Destroy it," Josie said automatically.

"What? Josie, I can't just destroy it," Dorian said.

"If that thing can kill Stiles, I don't want it anywhere near here. He's supposed to be coming back today," Josie reminded him.

"Josie, as much as I hate it, we might need this someday," Dorian said,"We don't know if Stiles will turn."

"Are you seriously saying that?" Josie asked angrily.

"With all due respect, Josie," Dorian said,"Your emotions are clouding your judgement."

Josie went silent at that,"Maybe you're right. But I know that Stiles would never turn on us."

"There could be a lot more of this stuff around," Dorian said,"Krypton was a whole planet that blew up. I highly doubt this," Dorian said holding up the fragment,"Is the only Kryptonite here. And who knows, Stiles might not be the only Kryptonian out there. There could be others that weren't raised as good as he was."

Josie hesitated a moment,"Fine, but can we keep this just between us? I don't want Stiles to find out."

"This won't get out," Dorian reassured her,"I promise."

Josie nodded before leaving.

"What is up, everybody?" Stiles said dramatically, walking into the Salvatore school front doors.

Everyone just looked at him grimly,"Wow, who died?" Stiles asked sarcastically.

"Landon," One of the smaller students answered.

"Wait, what?" Stiles said, eyes widening.

"Don't worry, the muppet came back," Lizzie said, rolling her eyes,"Turns out he's a phoenix."

"Cool, but uhh... What killed him?" Stiles asked hesitantly.

"MG did," Lizzie answered,"Lost control of his inner Ripper."

"Oh," Stiles said wincingly,"Do you know where Josie is?"

"No, actually," Lizzie replied,"I haven't seen her since this morning. But can't you just listen to her voice or something."

"That would be called eavesdropping, and invading privacy," Stiles said,"I'm not a big fan of that. What about your Dad?"

"Working on becoming a ninja with Hope," Lizzie said, rolling her eyes.

"Thanks," Stiles said walking away.

Stiles walked to the gym where he heard the sounds of fighting going on.

"I said, I'm FINE!" Hope yelled, and Stiles came running in blocking the hit that was going for Dr. Saltzman.

"Stiles?" Hope said, surprised.

"Ms. Lane," Stiles greeted before turning to Alaric,"You okay?"

"Yeah, thanks," Alaric said, letting out a breath.

"I-I could stand to blow off some steam. I'm gonna... go check the woods to see if I can wolf out," Hope said before walking away.

"Oof," Stiles said, rubbing his chest,"I actually felt that one."

"Is that normal?" Alaric asked, Aliens not really being his area of expertise.

"Not for me," Stiles said.

Lizzie soon walked in,"Daddy, I need you. They won't unload the trucks without your signature."

"What?" Alaric said confused as he took the clipboard from Lizzie,"Tables, chairs, flowers, and a... helium tank? Who ordered all this?"

"You did," Lizzie reminded him,"A few months ago."

"Why?" Dr. S asked but then he remembered,"Shit," He said before rushing off.

After calling a rushed assembly Stiles stood in the assembly hall,"I have some news. Many of you, like me, have forgotten that we are hosting this year's Miss Mystic Falls Pageant," Alaric told them.

Immediately all the students started mumbling.

"Trust me, I know. But the rotation is set in stone. So, let's take the opportunity to maintain our image as a normal school for the rich and awful. As usual, anything remotely magical, enchanted, vampire, wolf, witch, or extraterrestrial-related must be kept tucked away, hidden, and under lock and key. Now... with your chore assignments," Alaric said, stepping away for Lizzie to step forward.

"Okay, so we'll split into teams," Lizzie said eagerly.

Stiles lifted heavy crates full of the werewolves workout equipment.

"Hey, Hope, do you know where all this stuff goes?" Stiles asked as Hope walked passed.

"With all the other stuff in the shed outside," Hope said.

"Okay, thanks," Stiles said as he took them to the shed, as he was loading everything into it, Lizzie snuck up behind him,"How can I help you, Lizzie?" Stiles said, hearing her footsteps behind him.

"I need you to pick up the cake," Lizzie said, looking down at her clipboard.

"Am I allowed to see Josie first?" Stiles asked,"I haven't seen her all day."

"No," Lizzie said, immediately,"Because the cake is expected to be picked up in an hour."

"You do realize I can catch bullets, right?" Stiles asked,"A cake that isn't gonna be ready for another hour, I can make it in time."

"Well, it is a little uhh... far away," Lizzie said.

Stiles' eyes narrowed,"How far?"

"France," Lizzie said a little nervously.

Stiles let out an annoyed breath,"What's the address?"

Lizzie beamed,"Thank you," She squealed before giving him the address.

Raising his hands, Stiles launched into the sky, and Lizzie couldn't help but watch in awe as he broke the sound barrier but from her place on the ground it sounded like a faint pop.

Time Skip

After dropping the absurdly large cake off at the kitchen, Stiles continued his search for Josie.

But was interrupted by Hope, Landon, and some other blonde guy with curly hair.

"Dr. Saltzman's been a little overwhelmed, so, uh, I've been doing a little... recruiting recon for him lately," Blonde guy said,"But he asked me to come in today and lend a hand."

Hope nodded, and Stiles sensed the awkward tension in the air.

"Oh, uh, this is Landon," Hope said, gesturing to the curly haired boy.

"Her boyfriend," Landon said, proudly,"And a phoenix."

"If you guys are going to talk," Stiles interrupted,"Can it not be in the middle of the hallway?"

"Sorry," Hope said as all three of them moved.

"Who are you?" Blonde guy asked.

"I'm Stiles," The Kryptonian replied.

"What the hell is a Stiles," Blonde guy asked.

"Someone who can juggle semi-trucks," Stiles said,"So if you would please move now, I would like to find my girlfriend."

The blonde guy moved out of Stiles' way carefully.

"What is he?" Blonde guy asked Hope quietly, but Stiles heard perfectly

"Extraterrestrial, but his planet got blown up. Being on earth gives him powers," Hope explained.

"I don't think we should tell him that," Landon told Hope.

"Have a nice fight," Stiles shouted behind his shoulder, and Hope glared at him.

Stiles finally found Josie in her room,"There you are," He said, smiling as he walked in.

Josie yelped, jumping into the air.

"Hey, you okay?" Stiles asked, approaching her,"You're a little jumpier than usual."

"Yeah, I'm fine," Josie said, breathing heavily,"It's just a very stressful day," She said, walking forward and hugging Stiles tightly.

"Yeah, I know what you mean," Stiles said, hugging her back,"Lizzie just had me pick up a cake from Paris."

"That's brutal," Josie replied, her head leaning against Stiles' shoulder.

"I missed you," Stiles whispered to her.

"I missed you, too," Josie replied.

"What are you working on here?" Stiles asked, releasing her from the hug and looking at her bed where several papers were scattered around.

"Last minute school work," Josie replied, Stiles couldn't help but notice the skip in her heartbeat, but he just ignored it.

"Why aren't you trying out for the Miss Mystic Falls thing?" Stiles asked.

"The spotlight isn't really my thing," Josie said, shrugging.

"I thought you were stepping into the light?" Stiles asked, raising an eyebrow.

Josie gave him a small smile,"Miss Mystic Falls is Lizzie's area of expertise, not mine. I'm not really feeling up to it anyway."

"Anything I could do?" Stiles asked.

Josie smiled,"Well, it has been about a week since you've last kissed me."

Stiles chuckled at that, and he closed the distance between them, his hand going to the back of her head and they kissed each other.

Time Skip

"Hold it right there!" Lizzie said from down the hall, Stiles turned towards her and suddenly got the urge to run away.

"Whatever it is you think I did, it was probably Pedro," Stiles said.

Lizzie just approached him and started circling him, looking at him.

"What the hell are you doing?" Stiles asked, looking at the blonde twin.

"Strong physique, nice height, very good looking, probably would look good in a tux," Lizzie mumbled,"Congratulations you are now Hope's escort for the dance."

"What?" Stiles said incredulously, very confused about the turn that was just taken,"You're not even gonna ask me if I want to?"

"Nope," Lizzie said.

"Then why would I do it?" Stiles asked, walking after her.

"Because you would be leaving Hope on the dance floor alone, and you wouldn't do that," Lizzie replied,"And if you do. I'll let you have sex with Josie."

"Okay, that is wrong on so many levels," Stiles replied,"If Landon isn't going to be Hope's partner then yes I'll do it. And I'm not having sex with Josie."

That caused Lizzie's brows to furrow,"You're not."

"No, I could seriously hurt her if I can't control myself," Stiles reminded her.

"But you slept with Malia," Lizzie said.

"I lost my powers when I was possessed," Stiles told her,"So in that small amount of time I couldn't break her face by kissing her too roughly."

"Whatever," Lizzie said, rolling her eyes,"And Landon's busy trying to prove Hope's ex is a bad guy."

"Hope's ex?" Stiles asked.

"Roman, tall guy, blonde hair with curls," Lizzie said.

"Oh, that guy," Stiles said.

Time Skip

"Sorry," Stiles mumbled as he stepped on Hope's toes again, as they danced.

"For a guy with all your power, you are really clumsy," Hope whispered back.

"It's a habit," Stiles said,"You spend long enough trying to convince everybody that you're just a clumsy kid, it becomes permanent."

"I never had to do that," Hope told him.

"That's because you have complete control most of the time," Stiles said,"You appear perfectly human--"

"I can make people's heads explode," Hope reminded him,"That's hardly perfectly human."

"So can I," Stiles told her,"Just by getting angry enough I could kill someone, but I keep those feelings in check. A lot of people think having powers will make things easier, but it just makes life harder."

"How did you do it? Learn control I mean," Hope asked.

"It wasn't easy," Stiles said,"The first power I ever had was my strength. I was five years old, when a ball I was playing with rolled into the street. I went to get it, but I wasn't looking as a car came speeding down the street at fifty miles an hour. I stopped it when it came to close, a little five year old boy just stuck his hands out and stopped it. My parents helped me learn control using dominoes, they told me to set them up without breaking them. It took me about a month before I wasn't scared to hug them."

"It must have been hard," Hope said, the story not scaring her at all, in fact it made her feel safer,"Teaching yourself."

"It was hard, but I wasn't alone," Stiles said,"Mom and Dad helped me every step of the way. But every now and then I do need a release."

Hope looked at him curiously,"What do you mean?"

"Whenever I would get too stressed or angry, I would go out to this little clearing in the woods and blast this big pile of rocks with my freaking eyeballs," Stiles said chuckling,"Sounds pretty ridiculous."

"Not really," Hope said,"That's kind of like how I shift whenever I need a release."

"Flying is actually my new release," Stiles said,"A lot better than blasting fire out of my eyes."

"What does it feel like? Flying," Hope asked.

"Terrifying," Stiles admitted,"It's like that moment when you're slowly climbing to the top of a roller coaster, then there's the rush of adrenaline. But it's also the most amazing feeling you could ever experience."

"Wow," Hope said,"Have you ever taken Josie flying."

"She's afraid of heights," Stiles said, shrugging,"Almost had a heart attack when I brought her home from Raijin."

"That's sad," Hope said,"I wouldn't mind that. Flying, it sounds great."

"Isn't there some witchy spell that can do that?" Stiles asked.

"No," Hope said sadly,"Magic must follow the laws of nature, obeying gravity is one of them."

"That is so sad," Stiles said, and Hope purposefully stepped on his toe, even though she knew it wouldn't hurt him in the slightest.

"Wanna know something weird?" Hope asked.

"What?" Stiles said, confused.

"You haven't stepped on my toes once, since we started talking," Hope said,"And the music's stopped."

With furrowed brows, Stiles looked around to find that the music had stopped and everyone was giving them weird looks.

Stiles blushed from embarrassment, but Hope held her head high as she walked away.

"Nice, the judges will love the chemistry between you two," Lizzie said.

"Not in the mood Lizzie," Stiles grumbled as he just walked out of the cafeteria then the school and he took off flying, not noticing the leader of a supernatural hate organization taking out her phone.

"Yeah, it's me," She said,"Clarke was right, prepare the meteorite bullets," She said as she watched the Kryptonian fly away.

Time Skip

Stiles soared through the sky for hours till the sun finally set on Mystic Falls and Stiles landed back on the roof of the school.

He sped to his room pulling on the tux that Lizzie had got him, and he ran to find Hope.

"Where have you been?" Lizzie demanded, grabbing his arm and dragging him to where Hope stood,"You are on in less than three minutes."

Stiles took in Hope's dress,"You look amazing," He complemented.

"Of course she does," Lizzie said,"Now shoulders square, chin up, feet shoulder width apart, elbow at a ninety degree angle," She said, grabbing Stiles and making adjustments.

"Finally," Lizzie said, letting out a sigh in relief as she took in Hope and Stiles,"You guys look like one of those inseparable pairs, like Romeo and Juliet or something like that."

Stiles raised an eyebrow,"I'm dating your sister," He said the exact same time Hope said,"I'm dating Landon."

"I said you look like it, not that you are," Lizzie said, rolling her eyes,"I'll see you down there."

Stiles leaned in closer to Hope,"Warning, Landon's coming in and he's pissed."

Landon walked up to Hope when he stepped through the door, reeking of booze.

"Where have you been? You okay? Why do you smell like a bar?" Hope asked.

"Penelope Park told me that you are keeping a secret... about my mom. She says that we met her and that I don't remember it... but you do. She's lying, right?" Landon asked, Hope stammered not sure what to say, and Landon knew the truth,"You know, I wasn't always the most honest person, but...you were the one that taught me the value in being truthful. And the truth... I can't be here right now."

"Landon," Hope said, about to go after him as he walked away,"Landon."

"Hope, Stiles, you're on next," Someone said, and Stiles nodded.

"C'mon," Stiles told her,"Just five minutes we're done."

Hope nodded, taking Stiles' arm.

"Hope Mikaelson, escorted by Stiles Stilinski," One of the judges announced and the Tribrid and Kryptonian, arm in arm walked down the staircase.

They both immediately started dancing when they hit the floor.

"Are we not gonna acknowledge the fact that I lied to Landon?" Hope asked quietly.

"I'm sure you had a good reason," Stiles said.

"I should have told him the truth," Hope said.

"I believe in truth," Stiles told her,"But I'm also a big fan of justice. So why don't you tell me the truth and I'll see if it was justified."

"His Mother sacrificed herself to Malivore, so Triad wouldn't go after Landon," Hope told him,"The truth would have hurt him too much, it's better to think that you still have family out there than end up finding out they're all dead."

"Not true," Stiles said.

"How do you--Oh. I'm sorry, I wasn't thinking," Hope said quickly, realizing she might have hit a nerve.

"It's fine," Stiles reassured her,"I spent months trying to find other Krptonians, and part of me knew it was a hopeless cause. But I still looked, and when I finally found what I was looking for... I'm not gonna lie, it hurt a lot, finding out that I was the last living thing from an entire planet. But then I realized that my parents, my ancestors, everyone that didn't make it off the planet live through me now. Finding out I had a cousin only helped. I may be the last son of Krypton, but that doesn't mean that's the end."

"So, at the end of this I should tell Landon everything?" Hope asked.

"Yep," Stiles replied, as their dance continued.

They both just swayed together in silence, but Stiles started noticing how tense Hope was.

"You okay?" He asked her.

"Fine," She replied,"Let's just get through this like you said."

Stiles nodded and Josie had entered the room, immediately going to Lizzie, when the twins started a hushed argument.

"What are they fighting about?" Hope asked.

"I don't know," Stiles said,"Probably just some sibling rivalry."

"I know you can hear them," Hope said,"Tell me."

"It's... about the dress you're wearing," Stiles told her, listening to the argument.

"What about it?" Hope asked, confused.

"What do you mean, where it came from? It was a gift from some guy who used to crush on Mom," Lizzie said.

"From Klaus Mikaelson, Lizzie," Josie replied, making Stiles' eyes go wide,"Hope's dad."

Lizzie's eyes widened in horror,"W-What?" She stammered.

"Tell me," Hope said, noticing Stiles' expression change.

"Your father gave it to Caroline," Stiles told her.

"My Dad chose this dress?" Hope asked in surprise.

"Apparently," Stiles said.

Tears started to fill Hope's eyes and the ground started to rumble slowly, that barely any of the humans would notice but Stiles did.

The judge stood up going to the microphone to announce the winner,"May I have your attention, please," She said, her voice echoing down the hall,"Without further ado, it is my honor to announce our very own Miss Mystic Falls. From the Salvatore School, Miss Hope Mikaelson."

Stiles didn't pay any attention to the judge, just Hope's heartbeat as it grew faster. She was holding her magic back he realized, in a rush trying to make everything seem normal, he hugged her tightly.

"It's okay," He whispered into her ear,"Let it out."

Hope hesitated a moment before giving a sob into his shoulder, and her magic hit Stiles full force. Stiles took it all as it pushed against him, but he remained there with his arms wrapped around Hope.

Stiles bit down on his cheek to keep himself from crying out in pain. Pain, it was so foreign to him, he had only felt it a handful of times in his life. When he was possessed his mind was at war with itself, that hurt a lot. Ripping free of the Wild Hunt, that was painful but he walked away unscathed. This was a whole new level of pain, Hope's magic felt like it was burning him from the inside out before filling his insides with freezing cold water.

Hope sensing his pain, tried to pull it back, but his arms wrapped around her tighter,"It's okay. It's okay," He managed to croak out,"Let it all out. I can take it a little longer," And Hope did, letting every bit of magic she had left hit Stiles, while sobbing into his shoulder.

When it was all finally gone, Stiles took a step back smiling at Hope, and she mouthed,"Thank you," To him and he nodded.

With a slight limp he started walking towards his room but he decided to take a stop at Josie to see if she was still there.

Walking into her room he saw the several papers on her bed and a metal box. Curious he picked the box up to try and look through it but it was made of lead, not allowing him to see past the exterior.

Stiles flipped open the lid, and he gasped, looking down at the small green gem inside it. Stiles fell to the ground, feeling all of his strength suddenly disappear. He felt so cold all of the sudden, so cold. Sweat covered his forehead, as he felt his stomach churn. Goosebumps covered his skin as he tried to crawl away from it.

Stiles' veins turned a sickly green as he vomited, getting it all over the ground.

He felt the world slowly start to drift away, the last thing he saw before he passed out was the green glow of the Kryptonite.

Time Skip

Josie after having a hard day went to her bedroom to finally get some sleep, but she was surprised to see her bedroom door already open.

Cautiously she opened the door wider, and she paled when she saw Stiles on the floor, the small piece of Kryptonite about three feet from him.

She ran forward grabbing the Kryptonite and putting it back into the box and slamming the lid down.

"Stiles, Stiles, wake up," She said, lifting his face, trying to get him to wake up.

Slowly his green veins faded back into his skin, and he gasped awake, his eyes glowing bright red.

"It's okay," Josie reassured him, hugging him as the red faded back to brown, and she hugged,"I'm so sorry."

"What was that?" Stiles asked breathlessly, the lingering effects of the Kryptonite starting to fade.

"It's called Kryptonite," Josie replied.

"What?" Stiles asked, confused, sitting up against her bed.

"Dorian said it's a radioactive piece of your home planet," Josie said,"It affects only you because of it."

"When did you find out about it?" Stiles asked.

Josie hesitated before answering,"This morning."

"Why didn't you tell me?" Stiles asked.

"Because Dorian said it could kill you," Josie finally said.

"That would seem like a good reason to tell me, Jo," Stiles said, trying to stand up, but he only fell back down.

Josie went to help him but he held up a hand stopping her.

"If things can kill me I have a right to know," Stiles said angrily.

"I'm sorry," Josie said,"I thought I was keeping you safe."

"No you weren't," Stiles said,"Whatever you thought you were doing, was not keeping me safe. If I had known what was in that box I never would have opened it."

"Stiles, please--" Josie started.

"Just-just leave me alone," Stiles said, standing up completely,"I need to be alone."

Stiles walked out of there and Josie fell to her knees, sobbing.
