**First Person POV**
And still after doing many interviews I was still nervous because this was my first ever talk show. I was pacing the floor, my hands were sweaty and apparently I was looking pale.
"You all right, Y/n? You look pale." Tom said with a worried look on his face.
"I'm fine" I lied.
"Look don't be nervous, Jimmy is a great host and we'll have a lot of fun you'll see."
Tom patted your arm. He could see straight through your lies. I guess my face could showed what I was feeling.
"You two almost ready? You're on in 5!" Spoke a women who worked for the backstage crew.
Tom and I were backstage on the set of Jimmy Fallon's talk show. We were finishing up Chaos Walking's press tour.
I tried to calm myself down. My phone buzzed in my pocket, I reached to see who had texted. It was my sister.
Sista: Hi sissy! I know you're prob nervous right now but just think about how you're going to be on live TV with millions of people watching! Don't do anything embarrassing! Love you. 😜
I really hated her sometimes. She was away at college and lived with her roommate so I didn't get to see her as much. But at least I was 20 minutes away rather than on the other side of the country.
"We're ready for you two! In 5..4.."
"Just be yourself y/n! The fans already love you!" Tom reassured you.
He was such a sweet guy. You guys had really grown close since the beginning of filming and he's always been so protective and helpful. He was like a big brother. Even though I was about 2 years older.
You gave Tom a soft smile but he could tell you were still nervous as shit.
"3.. 2...1"
Tom and I made our way to the main stage where Jimmy was. As we got closer we could hear him say,
"Please help me in welcoming, tonight's guests Tom Holland and Y/n Y/l/n!"
Applauding filled the set.
I walked behind Tom as we entered. The bright lights and large cameras caught me off guard but I composed myself quickly and I began to wave and smile. Tom and I sat down on a small sofa right besides Jimmy's desk.
"Welcome Tom, Y/n! It's great to see you guys!"
"It's great to be here Jimmy!" Tom replied
"Y/n I know it's your first time here. How do you feel?"
Tom gave me a reassuring look to make sure I was okay and that I was not on the verge of fainting. I gave him another small smile to let him know I was good.
"I feel excited Jimmy! Thanks for having me!" I spoke almost stuttering.
"So new movie coming out! That must be exciting, could you tell the fans what they can expect?"
Tom looked at me so that I could answer.
"I feel like fans should really be excited for this movie since it's really something different!"
"That's sounds great Y/n! Now tell me, how long have you been acting? Cause we know Tom has been on the stage since he was a kid. Right Mr.Billy Elliot?" Jimmy laughed.
The crowd let out a laugh in which I did as well.
"So actually I have also been acting since I was a child. I was one of those kids who always wanted the lead in any school play."
"You see Jimmy, I'm not the only one" Tom joked.
"So Y/n, I see you've acted in hit TV shows like Grey's Anatomy as a love interest and Criminal Minds as an antagonist but what has changed since filming this movie?"
"Great question, um, it's a drastic change since on those shows I only guest starred and I was only there for a short amount of time in contrast to being the lead in this movie so, it's been very different." I said while playing with the strings of my dress to relieve some anxiety.
"Tom what was it like having Y/n on set?"
"You know Jimmy it was great. It was like hanging out with my best friend everyday. Y/n is a lot of fun to be around, she's an amazing woman and she's so funny." Tom gave you a smile.
"Thanks, Tom." I nudged his elbow playfully
"Y/n what was it like working with Tom?"
"It was great, just like he said it was like having a best friend all day. He's a great actor, amazing person and you would always catch him doing flips on set so"
The crowd laughed. I made the crowd laugh!!
"I guess we have the Spider-Man movies to thank for that! What's something that happened to you Y/n on set. Anything exciting? Considering this was your first movie."
"Well, something funny happened in the beginning of filming that I was so embarrassed about, but it was so funny." I spoke looking at Tom.
"Oh my god, I know what this is." Tom said as he placed his face in his hand.
"Please tell us!" Jimmy eagerly said
"So, I knew Tom had filmed multiple marvel films in which he plays Spider-Man and he does a American accent. Of course I've seen all those movies. But when I met him the first day of filming, you know, he said hello to me but in a British accent. I was so confused."
Tom and the crowd let out a hysterical laugh.
"I asked him if he was doing a British accent because that's how he would prepare for a big movie? I wasn't sure. Then my agent told me that Tom was actually British! I was so embarrassed." I let out a chuckle.
Jimmy and the crowd laughed.
"I thought she was joking but she was serious! She didn't know I was British!" Tom spoke
Jimmy went on to ask more about the upcoming movie. But as we neared to the end of the show he went on to wrap it up.
"So it's almost time to go but before we go, to celebrate Y/n first time being here. I'm going to ask her a few questions in which she has to reply quickly. A game I like to call Rapid Questions."
Jimmy turned to face me.
"Okay Y/n, what are two things your fans might not know about you?"
"Um, well I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and I'm a big Marvel fan too!" I spoke quickly obeying the rules of the game.
The crowd cheered.
"Okay next question, let's get personal, who's your celebrity crush? You must have one."
"Oh everyone has one Jimmy." Tom winked
The crowd let out another laugh. They loved Tom.
"I'm going to have to say Chris Evans." My cheeks flushed red.
Tom almost broke his neck he turned around so fast, stunned at my answer. Tom and Chris knew each other well considering they both had acted together in various marvel films.
"Tom you have to set that up!" Jimmy joked.
"I would have if I knew Jimmy!" Tom said still in disbelief.
"Alright folks! That's all we have for tonight! Thanks again Tom and Y/n for joining us and make sure to see their new movie Chaos Walking in theaters this Friday!"
Jimmy, Tom and I talked backstage after the show had ended. It was late so Tom and I headed to our own homes. He still looked at me with a surprised face to what I had just confessed.
