Aizawa: when considering quirks, there is such a far range of them and their applications in hero work that outright saying a quirkless person cannot be a hero is baseless bias
Aizawa: not just toward the quirkless but also toward those with minor quirks or non combative quirks

Aizawa: after all, your own sidekick (sir nighteye) fought essentially quirkless, as he could only use his Foresight once a day
Aizawa: in fact I find it likely that kid would make an even better hero because of his quirklessness, as he doesn't have the heavy reliance upon a quirk that most heroes today do

Chiyo: Midoriya's body language was defensive and alert. From what I saw, he spent most of the day— even when around adults he's established good relationships with— on edge.
Hound Dog: the boy shows clear signs of abuse— especially mental. Of course we knew that from our interactions on the chat, to a degree, but we didn't consider the extent of it.
Nedzu: as Midoriya- kun's future home room teachers, I figured it was best to inform you of the situation.
Nedzu: also, I plan on starting Midoriya- kun's training right away
Nedzu: this includes training in the creation and maintenance of support weaponry as well as quirkless fighting
