A world that's run by villains with the number 1 villain Being All Might. the Symbol of Destruction and Fear
Only heros left is the League Of Heros(LOH), run by AFO. Hopefully they can stop these villains

Name:Izuku Midoryia
Nickname:Deku
Age:16
Quirk: was quirkless and deemed as "useless" by his harsh mother but now has All Might's quirk(which he inherited)
Facts:
- he was born in an abusive household by hide abusive mother, Inko. Who harshly trained him and deemed him as useless when he was told he was quirkless at the age of 4
- he has trouble expressing his emotions because of how he was raised but also can be known to be a huge jerk and kinda like (canon)original Bakugo in the original universe but worse
- he always had followers backing him up even when he was quirkless back then and known to psychically, verbally and emotionally abuse
Bakugo
- he hates Bakugo because Bakugo has an amazing quirk that would be great for being a villain but Bakugo hates using it, he mostly bullies him in hopes it would make him snap and use his quirk but when he doesn't. Izuku gets pissed off and angry about it
- he's known as lazy a lot and despite how he acts he does follow the rules(in difference to original izuku who does pay attention but at times will constantly break the rules only to help or save someone)
- he thinks he runs the school basically and his main enemy and rival is Kirishima
- for some reason he has an odd obsession with the hero in the LOH, Toga Himiko. No one knows why and he doesn't know why but he would occasionally single her out during fights on purpose
Name:Ochako Uraraka
Age:15/16(whichever one idk if google is correct)
Quirk: Graviton glance- basically once her quirk is activated. She is capable of increasing the gravity of any object within her line of sight. However, if she overuses her quirk, Uraraka may suffer from fierce migraines which may result in her falling unconscious.
Facts:
- she is from of the most richest and wealthiest families in all of Japan. Her family helped Form all of the villain academies all around Japan
-Ochako is the type of person to constantly try and pick apart a persons psyche in order to find out all of their faults so she can then criticize them and make them suffer, however because of this Ochako has also gained a keen eye for reading people and their true motives. Though for izuku, she has a hard time reading him
- was always pressured by her parents and those around her to be nothing but the best, because if she wasn't perfect in ever conceivable aspect then how could she ever dream to be able live up to them. To add to this Ochako also has the habit of using an abundance of makeup in order to look 'perfect', despite this however Ochako is generally an incredibly cruel and spiteful individual who looks down upon those less fortunate than her, a perfect example of this would be Yaoyorozu.
LOH members(or two. I couldn't find a inverted version of Compress though so I'd imagine his suit colors would be inverted and he would show his face unlike the original compress who hides his face mostly. I couldn't find an inverted version of tomura either so):
Name:Tenko Shimura/Tomura Shigaraki
Age:20
Quirk:(id imagine his quirk would be the opposite of decay? So like kinda like eri's quirk maybe? Idk)
Facts:
-Training under the number one hero to defeat evil. He's very mature and hates looking at his hands. He is best friends with Kurogiri. He mostly is shown with dark orange hair and cyan eyes. He is very respectful to everyone. (No longer has chapped lips.)
Name: Atsuhiro Sako
Age:30
Quirk:basically the opposite of compress
Facts:
-He hates to be in the spotlight, being in control, or having responsibility. As a result, he has become a shadow of sorts. He's the Leagues informant and he's the person the villains know the least about, they don't even know if he's in the league
- unlike his original self, he doesn't wear a mask and in fact shows his face but since he hates the spotlight. He's often in the shadows
Random others:(mostly eri. Like compress and Shigaraki, couldn't find an inverted version of eri and I have no what the opposite of her quirk would be. I'm guessing FastForward since her original self has the name rewind? Also fine I guess I'll add overhaul cause why not))

Facts:
-She is seen with dark orange hair and cyan eyes. Eri is a spiteful little girl. She is a fearless young girl who thinks the world owes her whatever she wants. She wants to use her quirk for wrong despite being Overhauls adopted daughter. She is an unimaginative young girl, who never regrets the damage she causes with her quirk. She is very outgoing and loves to stick herself into situations. She is very not empathetic towards others and only cares about her own well-being
- she doesn't like kota much nor Overhaul since kota wants to be a hero and overhaul actually has a fascination with quirks
Name: Kai Chisaki
Age:20
Quirk:Overhaul(idk I think that's the name of his quirk as well as his original villain name so I guess this is his quirk name and hero name. Idk))
Facts;
- basically like original deku. This overhaul has an odd fascination with quirks and loves the idea of them and seeing them as the next step in human evolution
- he has many notebooks on research all about quirks and dreams of peace and unity though he doesn't know if he can do it since he's the adopted son of a former head of the Shie Hassaikai, a vile and abusive man who wished to use his granddaughter and her powers in order to achieve his goals of wiping out quirks and taking over Japan
-he allied himself with the L.O.H., using his quirk and his vast amounts of resources to both heal and construct new hideouts for the heroes.
-Other than that, Chisaki is a very soft spoken and kind individual who loves being around people while also seeking nothing but to help people, especially his adopted daughter Eri (the former bosses granddaughter), but when he's in a fight he becomes hotheaded and erratic.
