Genevieve's POV
Everyone was setting up everything for the wedding. Alice was, of course, managing everything. Rosalie was inside watching the twins while everyone was moving stuff around to Alice's liking. Was it my fault for having Alice being the wedding designer? Yes. Am I mad? No.
"Now I was going to have you practice walking in heels, but seeing as you're wearing heels right now, we won't need to" Alice tells me
"There would be no need to. She's been wearing heels since she was 13" Bella tells her
"I wanted to look cute!" I defended
"You are cute! No matter what you wear!" Carlisle tells me from where he and Emmett were

I blew him a kiss as the girls gushed. Alice then looked at me.
"Oh, the Denali's are coming early. They wanted to make sure that everything is ok and to see you before the big day" Alice tells me
"Cool" I said
Alice smiled and walked away. I walked down the stairs to where the wedding is being set up. It was looking beautiful so far. Ren and Rosa ran over to me with Rosalie behind.
"Sorry! They are faster than they look" Rosalie tells me
"It's ok" I told her
The sound of footsteps makes everyone stop what they're doing. The Denali's then appeared in front of them.
"Everything looks great!" Tanya says
"Have you gotten your dress?" Irina asks
"Yes" I told her
"I can show you, if you'd like?" Alice asks
"Please do!" Carmen tells her
Alice and the Denali girls walked away. Eleazar and Garrett began helping the boys. Ren and Rosa ran around me, playing tag. I smirked and tapped Ren.
"Tag! You're it!" I yelled out to him
Ren giggled and chased after me and Rosa. We made sure we didn't interfere with the decorating. Rosa was about to be it, when I grabbed her and held her away. Rosa rode on my back as I ran away from Ren.
Carlisle's POV
I had just finished moving stuff when I heard giggling. I turned and saw Gennie running around the yard, Rosa on her back, from Ren. Ren was trying to catch Gennie and Rosa. I smiled at them playing. Can you believe that she will soon be my wife?
"You have an amazing family" Eleazar tells me smiling
"I sure do" I said smiling as well
Genevieve's POV
After I finished playing with the twins, Bella walked over to me with Mae. Mae took my place with playing with the twins.
"I just got a call from Mom" Bella tells me
"What'd she say?" I asked
"She wanted to know what colors she wanted her to wear. I told her anything other than white" Bella tells me
"I'm surprised that is coming" I said
"Me too. I know that she hated you, but to what extent?" Bella asks
"To the point where when we were alone, she'd hit me. Charlie didn't know until I was 13. He tried to get me to leave Arizona, but I didn't want to leave you. Phil doesn't know" I told her
"You suffered, because of me?" Bella asks
"I knew Renee wouldn't always be around to take care of you. I stayed to make sure you were taken care of" I told her
"Is what Renee did to you the reason you never called her mom?" Bella asks
"Yeah. She was never a mother to me. I now understand why she treated me like this. I was never her actual child, and she hated it when Charlie brought me home. She always spent her time on you and Charlie, now Phil" I told her
"Have you ever tried finding your actual mother?" Bella asks
"No" I said
"Maybe you should try, and maybe when you find her, you'll understand why she gave you away" Bella tells me
"I'll try after the wedding. There's so much going on already" I told her
"I know" Bella says
Bella placed a hand on my arm and pulled me into a hug. I smiled and wrapped my arms around her. I felt three sets of small arms wrap around us. Bella and I giggled and looked down at the kids.
"Is mommy sad?" Ren asks
"No, sweetie! Mommy is fine! I'm happy!" I told him
"You sure?" Rosa asks
"Yes, I'm fine" I told her
The sound of footsteps made me look over the kids. I saw Katherine appear from the woods. She saw me and ran over.
"Gen! I was looking for you!" Katherine says
"Hey! How's working with the pack?" I asked her
"Good. Speaking of the pack, Leah and I are official" Katherine tells me
"That's great!" I said
"Yeah, we are happy" Katherine says
"Well, I am happy that you're happy" I told her
"Enough about me, your wedding is soon. Excited? Nervous? Nervousited?" Katherine asks
"I'm excited, but nervous as well. Renee is coming" I told her
"That b--" Katherine was cut off
"Language! There are kids present!" I told her
"Sorry. Anyways, let her come, if she ruins your day, we are going to have some words" Katherine says
"I intend to tell her off if she does" I tell her
"You're serious? Genevieve Swan, you have changed. Have I rubbed off on you?" Katherine asks
"I believe so" Bella says
"Whatever. If she does something wrong, I'll deal with her. I'm an adult and going to be mature about this" I said
"That's right! Show her who's boss!" Katherine says
"I hope we don't witness dark Viv" Bella says
"What's dark Viv?" Carlisle asks as everyone walks over
"I don't want to talk about it" I said
"Well, I am. A long time ago, some girl was making fun of me and Viv decided she had enough. She walked over to me and the girl and threatened her. I was shocked because she is like the sweetest person in the world" Bella explains
"What'd you say?" Esme asks
"I didn't say much. Just that if she made fun of Bella again, I'll kill her. Don't worry though, I didn't kill her" I told them
"I'm scared of dark Viv, now" Emmett says
"You should be" I said smirking at him before walking away
