3rd Person POV
Wanda drops a vase of flowers
"It's coming." Wanda groans. "The baby's coming."
"You're pregnant?!" Geraldine exclaims

Geraldine helps Wanda walk into the living room. Wanda groans, holding her belly
"Okay, Wanda. Now, let's get you comfortable. Okay?" Geraldine says, grabbing pillows and putting them on the couch
"I think I'm gonna lay down right here." Wanda groans, going to lay on the ground
"O-okay." Geraldine says, grabbing the pillows and putting them under Wanda and helping her to the ground
"Vision ran to get the doctor. He'll be back soon." Wanda says
The vacuum turns on and starts to go crazy
"No, no, there's not enough time for that. Relax. Relax." Geraldine says
Geraldine runs and grabs a bucket and goes into the kitchen
"You know your breathing, right?" Geraldine asks from the kitchen
Wanda groans
"Wanda, I can't hear you." Geraldine says
Wanda starts breathing heavily and groaning
Things around the house are going haywire: the vacuum is still going off, cabinets are opening and closing, pictures are spinning on the walls, and the fireplace erupts with fire
Geraldine starts making her way back to Wanda with a bucket of water and the chandelier falls on the table
"I may be late to the party, but I imagine there is a logical explanation for this." Geraldine says
"Oh, it's all perfectly natural!" Wanda yells
Geraldine kneels in front of Wanda
"Hey, hey! You're doing great. You're doing great." Geraldine says. "Look at me. Look at me." Geraldine breathes in a pattern and Wanda copies
"I can't do this." Wanda whispers through tears
"Yes, you can." Geraldine tells her
"I can't. I can't." Wanda whimpers, shaking her head
"You can do this." Geraldine says. Wanda shakes her head no. "Yes, you can. You can do this." Geraldine lifts up Wanda's dress. "It's time to start pushing. You ready?" Wanda shakes her head no again as tears roll down her cheeks. "You're ready. You're ready. Push. Push, Wanda. Push!"
Wanda screams and pushes. Everything around the house goes even more haywire
"Push! That a girl!" Geraldine cheers
Everything goes quiet
The sound of a baby crying is heard
Geraldine lifts up the baby so Wanda can see
"It's a boy!" Geraldine tells her
Geraldine hands the baby off to Wanda
"Hi. Hi." Wanda whispers to her son. "Oh, he's perfect."
Vision runs in with Dr Nielsen on his back
"Oh, no. I missed it." Vision says, looking at Wanda and the baby boy
"Hey, Doc, why don't you help me out in the kitchen there?" Geraldine suggests
"We went so fast, it was like we were flying." Nielsen says as Geraldine leads him away
"Well done, Wanda." Vision says from above her
Vision looks at the baby
"Well, don't you wanna meet your son as yourself?" Wanda asks him
Vision looks around before he drops his human facade, his face turning red into his natural synthezoid look
Vision kneels next to Wanda and the baby
The baby looks at Wanda
"Ooh. You're strong." Wanda whispers to the baby
"Hello there, little Tommy." Vision says, pulling the baby form Wanda
"Tommy?" Wanda asks
"Yes, Tommy." Vision says
Vision leans down to kiss Wanda but Wanda screams
Vision screams in response
"What?!" Vision yells. Wanda groans and Vision looks down. "Good heavens! There's another baby coming."
Wanda groans
"Billy?!" Wanda exclaims
"Wanda, push! Push!" Vision tells her
Wanda yells and pushes. Vision holds the baby up. It's another boy
"I don't feel done yet!" Wanda groans as she pushes more
"Another one?" Vision asks, looking down at the two babies in his arms. "I'm running out of arms! Push Wanda! Doctor, help!"
Dr Nielsen runs over (Vision turns back to human before he makes it over) and helps deliver the third and final baby
Nielsen wraps the third baby in a cloth like the other two. Vision stares at the baby and then down at Wanda
"It's a girl..." Vision breathes
"It is?" Wanda asks with tears in her eyes

Nielsen holds one baby, Vision holds another, and Wanda holds the third as they stand by the crib
"30 fingers and 30 toes." Nielsen says. "You've got two healthy baby boys and one girl on your hands."
Nielsen passes off the baby boy to Wanda and she cradles him in her other arm
"Thank you, Doctor." Wanda says
"Yeah. All in a day's work." Nielsen says. He looks at Geraldine. "And thank you for your assistance, young lady. I think you might have what it takes to be a nurse."
Geraldine and Wanda share a look
"Allow me to walk you out, Doctor." Vision says, putting his baby down in the crib
"Oh, all right." Nielsen says. "As long as we actually walk this time."
Vision and Nielsen leave the house
Geraldine stands up
"I do owe you a debt of gratitude." Wanda tells Geraldine as she puts the other two babies in the crib
...outside...
"Well, Dr. Nielsen, I hope you're still able to make your trip." Vision says
"Ah, yes, my trip. I don't think we'll get away after all. Small towns, you know. So hard to...Escape." Nielsen says
Nielsen leaves and Vision turns his head in confusion
"Yeah..." Vision whispers. He turns back to his house and sees two neighbors there. "Howdy, neighbors!"
"Hey!" Herb calls back
"Howdy!" Agnes calls to him
Herb and Agnes start talking in hushed voices. Vision is curious and walks over
"Remarkable day we're having, no?" Vision says. "Did you lose power, too?"
"Oh, sure did. But Ralph looks better in the dark, so I'm not complaining." Agnes says
"Hi, Herb." Vision says
"Hey, buddy." Herb says
There's an awkward pause until Vision turns around again
"Well, I'll get back to Wanda." Vision says as he starts leaving
"Vision." Agnes calls to him and he turns around. "Is Geraldine inside with Wanda?"
"Yes. Why?" Vision asks
...inside...
"You're such a strong lady." Geraldine tells Wanda as they stand over the crib
"Oh." Wanda whispers, waving her hand dismissively
"Can you believe it? Triplets!" Geraldine exclaims, looking at the babies in the crib
Wanda laughs for a moment
"I'm a twin." Wanda whispers and Geraldine looks at her. "I had a brother. His name was Pietro."
Geraldine looks at Wanda sadly. Wanda starts singing a lullaby to the babies in Sokovian
"He was killed by Ultron, wasn't he?" Geraldine asks
Wanda looks at Geraldine
"What did you say?" Wanda asks
...outside...
"She's new to town. Brand-new." Herb tells Vision
"There's no family. No husband." Agnes says
"Well, there's nothing wrong with that." Vision says
"No home." Agnes says
"What?" Vision asks
...inside...
"What did you say just now?" Wanda asks Geraldine
Geraldine stares at Wanda
"I said, Wanda, you're such a strong lady." Geraldine says, grabbing Wanda's hands. "Should I say it one more time for good measure?" She says, walking over to the couch
"No. What did you say about Pietro?" Wanda asks
"Pietro?" Geraldine asks. "Uh... Hey, I'll take a shift rocking the babies.
"No, I think you should leave." Wanda says and the babies start crying
"Oh, Wanda, don't be like that." Geraldine says, walking back over to her
Wanda looks at Geraldine's necklace
...outside...
"What do you mean, she has no home?" Vision asks
"She came here because... She came here because..." Herb says. "She came here because we're all..."
"She came here because we're all what? What're you trying to tell me?" Vision asks
...inside...
"What is that?" Wanda asks
"What?" Geraldine asks
"That." Wanda says. Geraldine lifts up her necklace and looks at the symbol. "That symbol."
"I, uh... I..." Geraldine stutters
"Who are you?" Wanda asks
The babies start crying louder
"I don't..." Geraldine stutters
...outside...
"She came here because we're all--" Herb starts before Agnes cuts him off
"Stop it!" Agnes tells him
Vision looks at the two
...inside...
"Who are you?" Wanda demands
"Wanda..." Geraldine breathes
Wanda tilts her head and stares at Geraldine. She starts walking closer to Geraldine, backing her up against the wall.
"I...I... Wanda." Geraldine breathes shakily
...outside...
"Well, I better get going. That macramé's not gonna hitch itself." Agnes says
Agnes leaves
"Herb?" Vision asks
"Catch you on the flip side, Vision." Herb says
Herb walks away
Vision turns around and walks into his house as his synthezoid self
"Wanda?" Vision asks, finding Wanda looking into the crib at the babies. "Where's Geraldine?"
"Oh, she left, honey. She had to rush home." Wanda says, staring straight forward
Wanda looks down at the triplets again, smiling at her babies
