Falling back In
Arrival and Departure

The warmth against Valerie's skin almost alarmed her if it wasn't for the dull soreness against the majority of her skin and in between her legs. It was obvious the male wasn't awake by how his chest rose and fell against her head but it was apparent that he was affectionate half asleep by the fact that his fingers delicately ran through her hair as if by reflex.
Granted, Valerie couldn't give a flying fuck whether or not it was a reflex after so many one-night stands. She could remember when she compared Johnny to Lucas by reflex when she first met the taller male. Something that she didn't think could happen when she was friends with Lucas— or Yuhkei. She would have to ask him about that.
It didn't take long before she felt Johnny's breathing shift, his hand stalling before he yawned deeply as he woke up. Though rather than pull away or anything like that the male pulled the girl closer so she was practically laying over him naked and buried his face into her bruised neck, leaving light kisses over the marks.
A smile graced Valerie's face at the delicate peppering over her sensitive skin that made a soft hum leave her lips as his hands slowly moved up cover the curves of her hips but before he could get as far as he liked the door to the room suddenly unlocked.
Upon the sound of the door opening, Johnny removed his hands and instantly pulled the sheet up and over himself and Valerie but it didn't stop the girl from curling into his neck to hide. Alright, maybe some neck kissing too but she had to give the same treatment to the marks she gave him.
" Rise and shine~!" a voice sang out, it being slightly familiar to Valerie's ears as she stopped her assault to catch the back of a male as they opened the curtains the moment she looked over.
" Oh Jesus fucking Christ! Again!" Valerie cried at the burning sensation before covering her eyes with Johnny's throat who chuckled deeply.
" I did say rise and shine... Anyways we have a lot planned today so get up fuckers." the male called out, stopping at the foot of the bed to watch the two stay unmoving on the bed tangled together," Okay... Seems like you've left me no—"
" Kook! We will be out in a moment, give us a second Jesus Christ." Johnny groaned out, trying to get the Korean out due to knowing he was going to pull the sheet off if they didn't get up.
" If you're not out in five I'm coming in, balls deep or not." Jungkook stated making Valerie flourish at the statement as he left the hotel room.
" Question." The girl spoke out, trying to get Johnny's attention as he hummed for her to ask," How did he know where we are, unlock the door, and why did he not care about the attire."
" Attire and location was assumed knowing me..." Johnny began before slowly realizing that the male didn't have his key card," Um... how did he get in?"
The two got dressed and tried to unsexified as fast as they could without a morning shower due to Jungkook's rushing. Once they were outside of the hotel they were met by Jay and another stranger, though rather than being introduced a whistle came from Jay regarding the state of the two's hair, attire, and physical state.
Valerie's makeup from the night prior was washed off for the most part but there were missed spots due to it being washed with tears, sweat, spit, and water after she said she needed a quick cleaning session before sleeping.
The glitter that was once over her body was barely there but it was obvious it rubbed against Johnny on some parts of his skin. Beside that her skin on both sides of her neck were marked with hickies and bites all over and the dip of Johnny's shirt showed off the ones that were over her collarbones. Her hair, if she hadn't had a hair tie, would have probably looked like the male had ran his hands through it and pulled it throughout the night— granted he had but she would rather not have Jungkook, let alone Jay, knowing that information fully.
A whistle left Jay's lips that reminded everyone of a cat call that was directed towards Valerie's state, knowing Johnny could cover the majority better than she could," He fucked you up didn't he?"
" You don't see me stumbling." Valerie rolled her eyes at her best friend's brother," Plus you should see his back."
Johnny coughed through his words to try and cover it up," And my thighs."
" Way to out yourself, bro." The stranger laughed at Johnny before going to his side to bump into his shoulder," But anyways, going to introduce us?"
Johnny rolled his eyes at his friend before waving Valerie to the male," Valerie, this is Joshua. He's one of my friends who drag races."
" Oh shit really? I was friends with a lot of racers." Valerie stated, instantly leaning towards Joshua on the opposite side of Johnny," What do you drive?"
" A 2020 Corvette, with a few extra upgrades of course." The man stated as if to brag as the girl nodded on at the thought before a memory crossed her mind.
" Hold on... do you let Kris use your car?" Valerie questioned, noticing Jungkook beginning to guide the group on the path Valerie and Johnny took the night before.
" Yeah, why?" Joshua questioned confused before catching on," Ah, yeah that checks out. Funny how that circled back."
" If you two are done talking to each other I was hoping to introduce you to where you are officially." Jungkook spoke, though Jay put his arm out to tell the bunny like man to calm himself.
The group got to the end of the path that went into a new, empty road. In front of it were warehouses lined up along the road with enough room for two cars to drive side by side in between the buildings. In fact, farther down to the left had a track of road behind a few of the warehouses. But behind the warehouse, they could see the docks along the Han River.
" This is the underground of Seoul. We control the dock, alleyways, clubs, warehouses, and streets once that sun sets. Well, everything those Kings don't claim. Welcome to K-Town." Jay introduced, though it was obviously a bit underwhelming now that it was daytime.
" And in those warehouses reside the arenas for our underground fighting ring." Jungkook added on, clearly trying to convince her with the recruitment offer still.
" We also race behind the warehouses and on another track that you get to through a back road after the warehouses. Sometimes on the docks too but those days are planned out so no one is hurt, I mean unless you drive into the river— that's your fault though." Joshua pointed out the tracks, being the only racer of the group to show off the roads from where they stood.
There was a whole separate world on the other side of the club Kris owned. There where buildings that lined up single filed to only show small gaps in between them to completely hide the set up behind them, something that made Valerie wonder how far back their underworld went.
The racing tracks were paved but some parts of them would have a dirt section or be made of complete dirt from trying to make new tracks on the grass. One of the roads led to a garage but it was obviously not for racing purposes due to the cars outside it that looked like they were getting tuned up.
Some of the tracks were full of unsafe terrain that would bounce normal cars to the point of a crash or would cause them to drift into an accident. It was kind of shocking Joshua was able to race though all the twists and turns but she pushed it off as a skill most could do if they tried.
Whatever the case they didn't spend much time looking at the competitive side of the street, rather they moved over to a bar that Jungkook claimed to be very popular next to the club.
" So, are you liking the tour so far?" The bunny male questioned as he drank a hard banana milk. It was hard to be aggravated with the situation with him acting childishly. It made her want to pinch his bunny like cheeks like a grandmother but Valerie pushed that thought away almost instantly.
" I mean it's cool— don't get me wrong, but who's to say I'm not going to report you after making it fully clear that I didn't want to be apart of your charade?" Valerie spoke, eating the pretzels the bar sold for a cheap amount.
" You wouldn't sell out Jay, would you?" Joshua tilted his head, obviously becoming defensive with the thought of his home being threatened.
" I'd just tell him not to come." Valerie shrugs as Johnny grabbed her by the back of her neck to make her look at him.
He was obviously pissed with thoughts going through his brain, they seemed to move so fast that he didn't know what to actually say as he just opened and closed his mouth with a clenched jaw.
" Yo, I won't actually." The girl spit back at him while grabbing onto his wrist and pressing into his vein until he yelped and pulled his hand away," Jesus fuck... I'm from a town with underground racing and fighting. I would rather not loose my reputation and friendship with them if I had the power to."
Jungkook's eyes twinkled at the words, realizing what that meant," You'd join their underground fights again because of the familiarity. Why not here? It's familiar enough with Jay here— hell, I just learned you knew Lucas!"
" Oh yeah, about that—" Valerie commented on the mention of the male only due to get out of the confrontation," So... Who exactly is he?"
" The fucker pulled me off of you... you called him by a weird name... he kept acting like a jealous boyfriend, and you don't know who he is?" Johnny questioned shocked as Jay even added on," And how does he know about Wonpil?"
" We're partners in class so I know him by the way he projects himself at school." The woman shrugged before popping another pretzel in her mouth," I didn't even know he was called Lucas here. So who is he?"
" He's one of our fighters." Jungkook spoke, trying to use this as an angle," Really good actually, he grew up here and started fighting after middle school due to his grandparents shipping him out for schooling here. He ended up getting into a fight and meeting moi because of how skilled he was. As for why he acted like that..."
" None of us have a clue still." Jay confirmed, giving a flat smile to Valerie who rolled her eyes," I tried talking to him myself because I've had classes with him and such but it consisted of him telling me to explain where you were. Granted, you are in your element and I don't think he's aware of that."
" I mean, who'd think it was her element?" Joshua questioned, looking over her frame," She looks like she'd break from hitting me."
" Oh, please." Jay spoke as if shocked he could say that," She'd break your bones before she broke hers."
" What's with the backhanded misogyny that you guys keep bringing up." Valerie huffed as she threw one of the pretzels at Joshua's face, though the male ended up trying to catch it with his mouth," If you are from here you should know that you should never judge a person by their looks."
" Exactly why you should give this a chance!" Jungkook exasperated while slamming his tattooed fist on the bar," The final decision is yours, of course. But think about what you just said! 'Never judge a person by their looks'. That insinuates that you shouldn't judge our operation without being apart of it— whether you fought in Daegu or not. So, remember who you are, remember how it felt back then. You fell back into weed when you came back, what's the difference with fighting?"
His words made a lump grow in Valerie's throat. He had a point, one that made her slightly pissed off at him for pointing it out. He used her own words against her along with her actions that she's displayed already since coming to Seoul. But thankfully for Valerie the bunny man's phone went off, causing him to pull away from the conversation to answer the call.
It didn't take long for his mood to shift from the sly smirk he got when he successfully got Valerie to second guess herself to a look of surprise and slight horror.
Once he ended the call he turned to Jay, grabbing him by his sleeve to pull him out of the bar stool they were sitting on with urgency while he ordered them all," Something happened on the docks, you guys need to go— to where I don't know but take her out of here immediately."
It was very fast for the next few minutes. Between Jungkook rushing Jay to leave with him to go wherever they had to and the boys taking her away back to the area where Rose had parked the night prior. Of course, the neon pink Porsche wasn't anywhere in sight anymore but Joshua turned out to be a savior after processing they didn't have a plan.
" I can drive you home if you want, so we know you're safe?" The male tried giving a reason but Valerie would never pass up a ride from a racer.
" Lead the way." The dyed haired girl spoke as she shrugged, the feeling of the cold wind on her legs reminding her of the sweats she had to return. Of course as her brain traveled to him and she couldn't help but become a bit saddened at the thought of the Chinese male," So, what's going on? Why do I need to leave?"
" Honestly, that's a 'talk to Jay' issue. We know as much as you... honestly someone may have crashed or something? If it's his racer it may matter to him." Johnny tried rationalized as he shrugged in the end.
" Or maybe a fighter accidentally killed another one." Joshua planted the other idea before they reached his car.
" Well if it's only an issue of being near the docks, can we go do donuts in an abandoned parking lot or something before you drop me off?" Valerie questioned, making the men look between each other before smirking at the thought.
" Hell yeah, I know just the spot!" Joshua called, excited.
The drive to the lot was relatively smooth.
The drive in the lot, however, was not.
Valerie, who was once sitting in the middle seat, was practically laying against the windows of the car. Depending on the turn they took the girl ended up on the opposite side of the car while the ear splitting sound of the tires screeching came while the turns were made.
It was a rush, the thought of possibly going out of control and hitting into the building in the middle of the lot brought a feeling of energy to them all.
It ended too soon for Valerie, especially with the feeling of sadness washing over her after the hang out session due to what her next activity was supposed to be.
Rose got Valerie and drove them to the airport a bit after she was originally dropped off at home. It made their stomachs drop the moment they both realized just how long they'd be apart for.
Thankfully they had allowed Valerie to go to the terminal with Rose until she got onto her plane. Though it just made the two prolong their goodbyes.
" So what happened during the party? Also... sorry for ditching you, I thought Jay would bring you back and I didn't know where he even took you." Rose tried to make conversation, easily turning it into an apology for Valerie due to the fact that it was the woman's first time being at a party in that part of Seoul. If something happened to Valerie because Rose allowed Jay to pull her away, she would have never forgave herself.
" It's fine, I honestly had fun!" Valerie smiled softly, rubbing her makeup covered neck with her hand in remembrance," Jay brought me to some of his costumers and I hung out with one named Johnny."
" Johnny? Really? Oh my god, you got laid then!" Rose gasped excitedly, alerting the people around them of the night prior as she fully noticed the smudged make-up," Oh my god, he really knows how to claim property."
" Rosie~" Valerie whined due to the people staring at them and her friend's bluntness," Yeah, yeah. We're just staying friendly though, so a one night stand."
" Awe, but he's hot! Why not get with him?" Rose questioned, a pout on her lips.
It wouldn't be fair to Johnny if he genuinely wanted to get with her, not with the constant comparison Valerie was putting him under. Even now she was thinking about how he wasn't the hottest man she knew. Even after him seeming so pissed about her being there, Valerie couldn't help but think of him now whenever Johnny was mentioned. Though, that was happening prior to even seeing Yuhkei.
" Not exactly into players, hot or not." Valerie shrugged, keeping the question bubbling in her from Rose," If you think he's so hot then why don't you ask him out."
" Well, he'd ruin my reputation." Rose shrugged, making Valerie wonder what that meant.
" Flight A26894 going to Sydney, Australia is now boarding. Will all passengers for this flight enter through gate 2B"
" That's me." Rose inhaled, going into her pocket to pull out her car keys to give them to Valerie," Keep her safe... Oh and I heard about Jungkook and all that... I don't know what you'll choose but I know it'll be the best decision for yourself."
Valerie smiled softly as she took the keys," Thanks Rosie... I'll miss you... And I will."
The blonde smiled brightly, her eyes looking sad as she pulled her dyed hair friend into her arms to allow them to hug one last time before she left. The action almost made Valerie tear up due to it showing Rose was actually leaving for a period of time.
Valerie squeezed her friend in her arms before parting to allow Rose to go to her plane, feeling a piece of her disappear as Rose went out of her eye view.
