-The only time he will let you anywhere near his horns is when it's just you two alone in private
-he is very protective of his horns and won't let just anyone gaze at them, let alone touch them
-so you should be honored to do both of those things
-but just a warning, once you began to touch on his horns, you will not be going anywhere for the next few hours
-he will stretch out on your lap or chest like a cat

-there have been times when he was full-blown crying and you were cradling him (barely) in your arms as you rubbed his horns and give him kisses.
-it might take a while to calm him down, but doing it this way is the fastest way
