It's been a month since I became Monsta X and obviously I have been enjoying it, Hyungwon and I had gotten a bit close. I become more open to the boys, Jooheon and I become bestfriends, he obviously knew almost about me. Changkyun has become a dongsaeng to me, he calls me noona since i'm older by couple of months. Shownu and Kihyun have become a parents to me, now all of us calls them eomma and appa. I obviously have no problem with them and the other managers except for their assisstant Mina, whenever hyungwon sit besides me she will glared at me. Yesterday my diary got missing, I cried Hyungwon saw me crying and tried to comfort me, Mina saw it and she got really really mad. Earlier I saw her ripping my diary and I came up to her and stopped her but she started pulling my hair we are screaming. Jungmo came rushing to me then Allen texted someone on his phone. When Monsta X arrived Mina started saying it was my fault and that I punched her. Shownu and Minhyuk believed her, so I ran away, I rode a taxi and went back to the dorm I immediately took all my stuff and went to check in into the hotel. After I got settled in, I went to sleep

After Mina have left me and Allen have to talk to Monsta X Sunbaes
"Hyung I am telling you Kookie didn't started it. We're with Kookie noona, when we entered this room we saw Mina ripping this notebook then I suddenly hear noona crying then she confronted Mina then Mina starts pulling noona's hair. Hyung jebal believe us we're telling the truth" I said to our Sunbaes, it's true we're hanging out with noona when Mina ripped of the notebook and noona starts crying

As I picked up the notebook I gasp and Jooheon saw my face and looked at me suspiciously "Guys this is Kookie's diary. I knew it, she is my roomate and I saw this notebook on the table in our room she said it was her diary. This is important to her, there's something in here that she treasures" Changkyun pick up the other pieces he saw ripped envelopes with our names on it and Jooheon and I letter to her. "Hyungs look at these ripped envelopes it has our names and look isn't these your letters to her Kihyun hyung and Jooheon hyung?" Changkyun said now we really do think that Kookie is really really upset. Hyungwon said "I saw Kookie crying yesterday, she still hated me a bit but still I went up to her and ask her what's wrong, she said her diary was missing and that diary was really important to her, she even said she put the most precious letter that Jooheon and Kihyun hyung in her diary and the unsent letters she supposed to give to 7 important people in her life. She was really sad the diary has something in her, she said that diary was even older than her. She said she always have it with her ever since she was a baby, that's what her mom said" Minhyuk and Shownu hyung suddenly felt bad. We tried calling her number but it was unused it keeps going to voicemail

When I woke up I checked on my phone and it says 5pm I am really upset because no one from Monsta X seems to believe in me not even Jooheon I thought we were bestfriends. I decided to take a shower and go to the building to resign. When I got to the building the whole members of Cravity is there, they saw me and run towards me. I told me i'll resign in the company and they beg me not to, but I said I don't wanna work with Monsta X who's heartless, the boys just stayed quiet. As I speak to the CEO I told him the reason why I am resigning I told him my fight with Mina, he didn't want to let me go, so instead he gave me a deal. I will not resign but I will be the new main manager for Cravity. I thought for the moment and I agreed, but I said in one condition no one tells Monsta X and their team that I will be Cravity's new manager. The CEO agreed and called Cravity and their team. Mr. Kim announced to them that I will be the new main manager of Cravity, the boys started smiling. The CEO also told them not to say anything to the others, the CEO told me to stay in Cravity's dorm. As we go out they all made sure Monsta X wouldn't see me. That's their room arrangements, Serim said there's an extra room in their dorm that I can use. When we got to the hotel, the boys helped me with my stuffs and I paid in the cashier. After that we drove to a near salon, I wanted to change my hair color which I did, I had Smokey Pink
Then I asked to cut my hair a little shorter and perm it a bit, my hair is up to my butt already, so I have it cut up to my upper back
(As an hair stylist I know you shouldn't perm your hair when you had it color the same day, you have to wait for atleast a week. But in this fanfic. It will be done in the same day)
As I getting my hair done the boys decided to have their hair trimmed too. It was now 8pm when my hair is done
I actually love the result, now all I need is to wear my eyeglass
Yes I do wear eyeglass for anti radiation which means I wear my eyeglass whenever I will use my laptop or my phone for protection but now on I will wear with always and all the time. I will also change my clothes, most of my clothes are Monsta X so I gotta throw them away. Now we went to a korean restaurant to eat Samgyupsal and Kimchi. I ordered rice aswell, the boys said they'll pay even though I volunteer to paid for them. They ask me if they should start calling me Manager-Nim but I said no, i'll only let them call me noona unless Monsta X or their staffs were around, I even told them that if someone asked them my name just say MinMin their other staffs and the CEO already knew I wanted to be known as MinMin Cravity's manager. While waiting for our order we're all having a conversation while doing online shopping. I am shopping for clothes and make-ups I did brought a bag and some shoes. I had it addressed to Mrs. Song Cafe Shop, I texted her and asked if I could I addressed my delivery in her cafe and she said yes. I used my debit card to paid for all my orders. After we ate we went home immediately. Since I already got their schedules I immediately have it saved on my laptop since I don't have extra notebook. Today is so tiring and so toxic but I am thankful that starting tomorrow I will be the new me.

After the scene in the practice room, we practice for a bit more then when we go back to the dorm, the dorm was too dark and quiet probably Kookie was still out. When I went to my room all of Kookie's stuffs were gone and there's a letter from Kookie in the table. I called the rest of the members and told them that Kookie was missing and even her stuffs then I read the letter to them
Dear Monsta X,
You probably wondering why I wrote this letter, as soon as you read this I am gone. My stuffs in the dorm will be gone too execpt for those polariod photos that I had with all of you it was all under my pillow, probaly while you're reading this I am giving Mr. Kim my resignation letter. Yes I will resign, it's for the better. Honestly I enjoyed being with all of you, yep I get to be close with my first love A.K.A my first crush in the name of Chae Hyungwon, yes I did hate him because I always wished to get a reply from him but he always ignored my letters. I wished that one day he would notice me too. I thought when I started to become your manager, Hyungwon might see me the way I see him but no, yes I am harsh to him because I was upset at him, only Kihyun oppa and Jooheon oppa replies to my letters. I did say to myself Hyungwon can you love me too? But it is impossible, you'll probably choose Mina over me, for the past weeks whenever I hang out with you Hyungwon well I tried even if I still hate you, Mina would glare at me and gave me dirty looks, I told Taeyoung about that once and he said Mina probably likes you, that's why again I tried to avoid you and started hanging out with Minhyuk oppa, well he is a better company because he always makes me laugh, specially when he saw me looking sad but sadly Minhyuk oppa believed Mina. I didn't just applied to this job just to get close with Hyungwon, ne I am a monbebe since 2015 Hyungwon is the first one that I noticed, but I love all members equally. I enjoyed hanging out with all of you, you guys became like a family to me. You completed the missing piece in me. I know you won't believe me but recently my diary was missing, that diary was too important to me, that was given to me by my birth mom yes I am adopted by the Min family. My mom died after she gave birth to me so I ended up in for adoption, my birth mom was having problems while in labour her life is 50/50 she told the nurse that just incase she died make sure that I will have the diary she made for me to be given to me. After 2 days I got adopted and my the nurse gave my adoptive mom the diary, which my adoptive mom hand it to me. All I know is that my real parents are divorced after my real dad found out that he is having a daughter and my mom died after giving birth to me, that is why that diary was too important to me, I saw Mina have it and I also saw her ripping it apart, I suddenly cried when I noticed that she was ripping my diary so I comfronted her, Allen and Jungmo tried to stop me but the diary was too important but Mina suddenly pulled my hair without any reason she also kicked me a couple of times Jungmo tried to stop Mina while I think Allen was on his phone, but no use Mina only stopped when she heard the door knob then as she saw you all she said I punched her even if I didn't and she said I pulled her hair, which Minhyuk and Shownu oppa believed, if you all don't believe me ask Jungmo and Allen. So I decided to resign after running away because I can't work with her anymore specially after what she did and I can't work with Shownu and Minhyuk anymore specially knowing that they think I am a crazy war freak girl. Please don't look for me anymore. I'll probably just go stay in the states for good. Please stay healthy all of you, don't forget to eat on time, take a good rest. Shownu, Wonho, Kyun and Honey don't forget your sunday date with the gym, Kihyun don't forget the healthy breakfast for all of you, Minhyuk don't lose your jokes and Hyungwon I am sorry for my actions and also please do clean your space, it's the messiest I swear and bring your dirty clothes on time on dry cleaners, don't let Kihyun nag you about it. After I read the letter all of us were in tears specially Jooheon, he is heartbroken because his bestfriend left him. Shownu hyung and Minhyuk felt bad. Hyungwon wants to try to find her. Changkyun was devasted, Wonho hyung was in shocked. Then we all recived a message from Mr. Kim saying that Kookie is no longer our manager. We all became more sad because she really did resigned.

It was well indeed annoying that Kookie hated me but after knowing the truth I don't know why but I felt like my whole life has crashed. I wanna cry I wanna screamed but I felt like my body was too weak to do that. We all felt bad honestly I didn't even knew that Kookie has real true feelings for me, and honestly I don't even understand how I feel, I know I should be happy that the person hated me the most is gone but I just can't hate her, I feel so sad and down now that she is gone. After we tried to gathered ourselves we all just went to our rooms to take a rest.
