Y/N looked in wonder at the giant ship in front of her, William watching her with an amused look. in front of the two, as well as others who were both nobles and commoners alike, was the "Noahtic", The ship that will hold the first seagoing ballet in the world.

When Y/N first heard about it, she immediately wanted to go. But she didn't ask her father or her uncles about it, knowing about how they mainly kept her in the manor. Though, when William told Y/N that she was coming with him and Albert to the ship, she became the most excited than she ever was for anything.

She remembered on how she counted down to the days where they would start their voyage on the "Noahtic", going on about all the stuff she wanted todo while on the ship. The ballet was obviously a must see for her, wanting to watch it with bow William and Albert. However, William told Y/N that he also had to do business while on the ship, meaning that he had to possibly miss the ballet.

Y/N wanted to be understanding, and tried to not show her disappointment on William having to miss the ballet. She didn't want to seem like she was selfish, as she was more than grateful that she was even able to go on the ship in the first place. Thankfully, Y/N got over it quickly, wanting to spend the most she had with her father, as well as try to enjoy the ballet with her uncle as best as she could.

However, Y/N wasn't aware about the true reason why she was going to the "Noahtic". It was actually part of a bigger plan William had on remaking London....and the whole of society, by showing the crimes that the corrupted nobles have been doing. The first target of this plan was to go on the "Noahtic", and originally Y/N wasn't going to join in.

William already had her involved with The Viscount of Belfor's death, and while she wasn't aware he was behind it, William had her stay far away from future crimes. She was just a little girl, and her mind wouldn't comprehend why William was doing this.

However, Y/N ended up overhearing William's plan....Though she only heard the part about going to "Noahtic" , which piqued her interest. When William spotted her peaking through the door, she told her to come into the room. In order to avoid her asking any questions, he simply told her that she was coming along to the voyage, having to give Louis's ticket to her.

He admits that it was cute to see her absolutely thrilled for the "trip", but was also afraid on how she might be tangled up in the plan. As William got lost in his thoughts, Y/N pulled on his hand and pointed to the entrance of the ship. "Papa, Uncle Albert's already on the ship!" Y/N said, dragging William to the ship, "We're going to leave him alone if we don't get on in time!"

William only chuckled, nodding as he held onto his hat and followed Y/N to the ship.

                                                                      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Louis was always the one to do your hair, wasn't he?" William thought as he tried to braid his daughter's (H/C) hair into two pigtails. This sort of thing was always done by Louis, but since he wasn't around, William had to do it himself.
As William finished, he looked into the mirror to see how it went. "It could be better, but it manages..." William said to himself, as Y/N started to play around with her pigtails. William snorted as he saw this, putting on his formal suit's jacket.
"Are we done?" Y/N asked, who wore a formal blue dress and had baby blue heels that ached her feet. William nodded and Y/N followed as they left their dressing room, meeting up with Albert who was looking out at sea in the side deck. "Uncle Albert!" Y/N called out, Albert turning around to see his dressed up niece.
"Now there's my little princess..." Albert sweetly said, picking up Y/N and pressed a small kiss on her forehead. "Papa did my hair!" Y/N exclaimed, Albert trying to hold back a laugh. "Really?" Albert asked as William joined the two, Y/N nodding to confirm. "Last time he tried to do your hair, you stuck with the nickname "Wicked Witch"!" Albert joked, William blushing and puffing his cheeks, looking away due to embarrassment.
Albert found it amusing about how much the two were different, Y/N and William still shared their little quirks as a family. As Albert placed Y/N down, she looked down at the water the ship was on and felt hot tears in her eyes.
William and Albert saw this, William rubbing Y/N's back in comfort. "Scared of the water?" William asked, Y/N nodding. She didn't expect on how scary it would look like. "How about you go back inside, We'll be with you in a minute..." Albert suggested, Y/N nodding and heading back to the inside of the ship.
When Y/N stepped foot into hallway, where her cabin was, she accidently ended up tripping. "Are you alright-" A voice asked, extending an arm out to her. Y/N was about to take it, but soon saw the person who was helping her up face.
He seemed to be apart of the faculty of the ship, wearing a uniform. He was also fairly short, with pale skin and gray eyes. He almost looked like-
Y/N than was grabbed and pulled up back to her feet, the employee quickly walking away from her and going back to his job. Y/N only cocked her head to the side in confusion, wondering what just happened....
                                                             ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Y/N happily gushed as she held onto her ice cream, William buying it for her as a reward for finishing all her dinner. Y/N than left her seat, and began to cheerfully skip with her ice cream in hand. She didn't look at her surroundings, and ended up bumping into someone.

Y/N opened her eyes and saw that some of the ice cream ended up being spilled onto a noble's suit. Y/N immediately apologized, looking up to see the noble man's glare. Than, the man went close to her face, whispering to her "Cross my path again, and I will surely kill you..."

Y/N's eyes widen, her heart fate going fast as the man moved his face away from her. "Pease sir, forgive my daughter." William said, approaching the other man and offering a handkerchief. The man at first stared at the handkerchief, but soon grabbed it and used it to clean himself.

William turned Y/N towards him and told her "Wait for me in the other room, I'll be there shortly...". Y/N nodded and slowly walked away from the two men, the man she spilled her ice cream on watching her with an annoyed expression.

Y/N threw her ice cream away, not hungry for it anymore. As she waited for William to come back, she saw a  ring on the ground next to her. Y/N grabbed it, looking closely at it to inspect it. It didn't seem to be a wedding ring, as there was a skull design on it. Y/N was about to put the ring back down, knowing that it was wrong to steal...only for an older man's voice call out to her.

"I've been looking for that!" The man said, approaching Y/N. Y/N looked over to the man, seeing he was someone around her father's age. He had slightly long darkish blue hair tied in a ponytail, and wore a black suit jacket with a unbuttoned on the top white shirt underneath it. Y/N looked down back at the skull ring, wondering if this was the thing the man asked her about.

"Is this yours?" "Yep, thank you for recovering it!" Y/N handed the ring to him, the man placing it on the finger next to his thumb. The man soon told Y/N "If it wasn't for you, I probably would have searched the entire ship for this thing." Y/N only looked at the skull ring, interested in it's design. She never met a jeweler that could craft something like that...

The man must have noticed, as he soon took his hand out and showed Y/N the ring again. "You could give it a look if you like." The man offered, Y/N in surprise over it. The man gave a small smile to her, telling her "Don't worry, I won't mind it!"

Y/N smiled and took the ring off from his hand, putting it on herself as she admired it. The man snorted, playfully saying to Y/N "Maybe you should keep it...You wear it better than me." Y/N shook her head and gave it back to the man, him chuckling as he put it back on.

"Do you know where your parents are at?" "My Papa said that he was going to stay in the restaurant for a while, but he hasn't come out yet..." The man looked over at the door that led to the restaurant, thinking what he should do with the young girl.

Than, an idea popped up. "I know, how about you hang out with me for a bit!" The man suggested, taking Y/N's hand. "But papa-" "Don't worry, we won't be far, plus I'll explain everything to him..." The man began to lead Y/N away from the restaurant, Y/N now getting worried about how William would react.

                                                                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Y/N laughed as Sherlock placed her back on the floor, sighing with relief now that she was back on the ship. The nervousness around Y/N became pure glee as she spent more time with the man who name was revealed to be Sherlock. The two were on the side deck, Sherlock finding out about Y/N's newfound fear of the water and tried to help her learn the fun side about it.
Sherlock jokingly said that there was mermaids in the water, and if you look hard enough, they can be seen clearly. Y/N tried to find the mermaids, but almost ended up falling into the water. Sherlock quickly catched her before she could, afraid that he would almost be arrested for an accidental murder.
Sherlock saw just how happy Y/N was, beginning to laugh with her.
"You're a special one, you know that Y/N?" Sherlock said, looking out to the sea as he began to light a cigarette. "What do you mean?" "Not a lot of kids your age have observational skills like you do..." Y/N blushed a bit, thanking Sherlock for the compliment. After Sherlock finished his cigarette, he kneeled to Y/N's height and undid her braids. "You really remind me of a sunflower, Y/N..." Sherlock said with a smile....not seeing that William  had watched everything from the afar.
William tightly clenched his fist, feeling something he never felt before.....was it rage? jealousy? no, this was far different from those two. He just saw a stranger tell his...his child, that she was a sunflower....
Only William was allowed to call Y/N a sunflower....as she was his sunflower...
William waited for Y/N and Sherlock to go back inside the ship, confronting them when they went to the spiral staircase. He was in deep thought, thinking about why Sherlock was with Y/N in the first place.
"Papa!" Y/N exclaimed, running up to William and wrapping her arms around him for a hug. William snapped back to reality and returned Y/N's hug, happy to finally see his sunflower again. William looked up to see Sherlock, who was about to explain why Y/N was with him.
"I don't need to hear it ..." William said, holding Y/N close to him as Sherlock stopped what he was going to say. "Wait, you are-" "Yes, I'm this young girl's father...." "Sorry....It's just that...you look so young.". William would give Sherlock that he was at least funny. "I'm 25...I'm not old yet..." William told Sherlock, Sherlock nervously chuckling.
"Thank you for...watching my child..." William said, taking Y/N and heading up the stairs. "Wait!" Sherlock went up to Y/N and gave her a ring, but not the ring he had. The ring had a black stone adorned on it, with light orange and silver jewels shaped to make flowers, more accurately sunflowers.
"I wanted to gift you something since you helped find my ring, so take this..." Sherlock said, Y/N inspecting the ring and smiling as she saw the full design. William snatched the ring from Y/N's hand, dragging her back to the cabins and bidding Sherlock a farewell. When they reached the cabin, William threw the ring into the trash can.
Y/N's eyes widen and tried to grab the ring, only for her father to sit her down on the bed. "I told you to wait for me..." William said, a stern tone in his voice. Y/N didn't say anything, knowing she should have expected this. She went off with a stranger, something William always told her not to do. William looked at Y/N, seeing the ashamed look she had on her face.
William sighed and sat down next to Y/N, pulling her into a hug. "Did you know how scared I was looking for you?" William asked, Y/N nodding. William released Y/N and placed his forehead on hers, mumbling "Don't...Don't do that again.....I don't want to have this conversation with you again..."
Y/N laid down on the bed, feeling bad over what  happened earlier. William gave a soft smile and laid down close to her, playfully touching Y/N's noise and muttering "Boop!". Y/N giggled, and did the same thing to William, a chuckle escaping his lips.
William held Y/N close, humming to her softly as Y/N started to get tired. "I'm sorry for getting angry..." William said, kissing Y/N on her forehead. He didn't get a response, as Y/N was now fast asleep. William got up from the bed and slowly put left the room, not wanting to wake Y/N up.
Now, he can execute stage 2 of his plan...
