It was the next day and I had promised to take Ethan shopping for a new suit. I mean why couldn't he just wash it. It's pretty easy. Unless he doesn't know how to wash his own clothes. I chuckled at that thought.
I'm currently at the mall right now frustrated because I cant find Ethan anywhere. I've been roaming around the damn mall for almost an hour and my feet was starting to hurt. I grumbled underneath my breath. I specifically told him 9AM. What was so hard for him to understand 9AM SHARP. I vigorously cursed under my breath.
"Boo!" A manly voice whispered in my ear. I screeched, holding my chest gaining people's attention. I looked who the culprit was and it was none other than Ethan laughing. I frowned at him but immediately glared. I slapped his shoulder.
"What the hell! Do you realize that you almost gave me a heart attack?! What if I did get one, huh?! What would have you done then! Would you still be laughing?! I think not?! It's not even funny! Plus where the hell have you been? I've been looking for you almost an hour and my feet was starting to hurt, are you going to answer me?! Seriou-" I was cut short by Ethan's hand covering my mouth, he looked at me in amusement.
"Okay enough." He chuckled. I tiled his head to the side. "Now are you going to promise me to stop ranting and being mad all the time? I will remove my hand if you promise." He said and chuckled. I glared at him. What is he talking about. I'm not mad all the time? I nodded and he slowly removed his hand, so slow I swatted it so fast.
"Seriously?" I calmly said. "Mad all the time? I'm not mad all the time." I scoffed as I crossed my arms on my chest.
"Sure tell yourself that." He winked. I rolled my eyes and started walking to the direction to buy suits. He followed suit. As we were nearing the store, I saw Caleb and Clarissa from afar.
"Pst Caleb!" I yelled out. He quickly turned his head as so did Clarissa. I waved at them."
"Oh hi Addison!" Clarissa excitedly yelled running to me and giving me a rather tight hug and Caleb tried pulling her off of me. "Okay honey, she gets how much you miss her." I smiled.
"Hey guys. What brings you guys here?" I asked. "Shopping!" Clarissa shrieked. Wow she's hyper. A cough interrupted us.
"Ahem." I rolled my eyes. Caleb put an eyebrow up and Clarissa looked at him.
"By the way this is Ethan, he's my coworker." I forcedly smiled.
"Hi Ethan, I'm Clarissa and nice to meet you"
"Hey man, I'm Caleb" they both shook his hand and immediately had a conversation without me. I scowled.
"I'm still here" I said. They all laughed. Ethan had a glint in his eyes.
"She's always angry, sorry about it" Ethan chuckles and the couples laughed. Laughed. I turned red. I'm not always mad.
"Anyways, we were about to go to the suit store guys wanna join?" Ethan asked.
"Sure!" They both said and with that we all went in and let me tell you, it took us very long to leave the store.

As we left the store we all headed to the food court. All that trying on and picking for him made me super hungry.I ended up buying Ethan two pairs of suit and let me tell you, he really looked good in them. I blushed at the thought of what I said. I felt someone flicked my head.
"Whatcha blushing about?" Ethan asked. I looked at three of them looking at me. I looked at Caleb and Clarissa who had an eyebrow raised. I turned red in embarrassment.
They caught me? What do I say?! What do I say?! "Nothing!" I squeaked.
"Were you thinking of me?" Ethan winked. I turned red again. I heard two laughters and I glared at the couples.
"You wish!" I scoffed and if it was possible turned redder. Ethan looked at me and smiled and it made my heart beat so fast I could hear them.
I'm done with boys. What am I doing?! I shouldn't even be catching feelings this fast. What's wrong with me? Ugh but he's just so gorgeous! Stop Addison, stop. Remember what happened? You don't want that to happen again. I frowned. The thought of my exes made me sad, angry, and most of all betrayed again. Why'd they had to go and do me like that? Did I mean anything to them at all? Did my feelings mean anything? I didn't realize a tear fell when someone tapped me.
I looked up, my eyes glossy. Caleb and Ethan looked at me worriedly. I avoided their eye contact and met with Clarissas instead.
"Addison let's go use the bathroom." I looked at Clarissa who was looking at me with a hint of worry in her eyes. I immediately got up and followed her quickly. As we got in the bathroom, I starting crying. Seriously Addison get a grip. I thought. Clarissa hugged me and that only made me cry more.
"You wanna talk about it?" She softly said. Should I tell her? I don't want her pity but I just need to get it out. I ended up telling her anyways.
"You want to know how I met Caleb?" She looked at me confusingly, thinking it was at the club but her thought was right.
"I met him at the club. I just wanted to forget what happened that night. The only reason I went to a club last night was because I found out my ex-boyfriend of 4 years and ex-best friend of 5 were fucking each other, on my anniversary with Daniel. I just wanted to get wasted and not even think about them. I did. So I asked Caleb for the strongest drink and I ended up getting drunk and I don't even know what happened after that, that's why I was in Caleb's home yesterday morning. He looked after me and I'm grateful for it. I just feel so betrayed by my exes." She frowned and hugged me again.
"What the hell?! That's so messed up!" She angrily said. "They don't deserve you Addison. You're a really nice and great person. You find someone you'll love someday. If anything, screw them! Let them know you're doing good without them! It's their loss!" Clarissa said truthfully. "Who knows, like that guy Ethan" she added and giggled as she saw me blushed. I brushed my tears out of my face.
"Oh my gosh Clarissa! Stop!" I smiled and she giggled again.
"Call me Rissa. We're bffs now, no exceptions." She said. She hugged me again and smiled. I really needed this. I felt as if my shoulders got lighter.
"Thank you for listening." I told her.
"No problem. What are best friends for?" She smiled. We got out of the bathroom and saw Caleb and Ethan patiently waiting for us. They looked at us and I looked at Ethan, who's frowning.
"Hey are you okay?" He whispered. I smiled.
"I'm fine." He blew out a puff and smiled at me. We all called it a day and headed home. It was only me and Ethan left.
It was silent, and then he asked. He bumped my shoulder.
"So what happened there?" He asked. I shrugged.
"That's for next time." I chuckled. He raised an eyebrow.
"So were hanging out next time?" He teasingly said. I nodded and smiled and he chuckled.
"I am wrong, you're not mad all the time." He tapped my nose and with that I scowled and he laughed.
"Okay so this is my way." He pointed to a different direction. He looked at me and gave me an unfamiliar look.
"Alright, bye." I told him and started to walk away but he pulled my arm and I crashed on his chest. I looked up and saw his bright blue eyes staring down at me and I blushed. His cologne engulfed me. He moved a strand of hair out of my face. He moved his face an inch, his lip parted.
"Thanks for the suits and food by the way." He whispered, his breath fanning my lips.
I swear, I probably look like a tomato right now. I felt myself getting hot and I knew I even turned redder. He chuckled.
"Bye love, see you at work." He said and let go of me. He walked away, leaving me all flustered for the day.
