It is finally time for the dance to start and your making an effort in doing this since your also meeting the team your going to be joining for the tournament anyway.
You then see Ruby struggling with her hills as she was constantly tripping and catching herself.
Y/N: hello Ruby how are you
Ruby: oh Y/N I'm fine it's just these lady stilts are annoying and Yang want's me to at least walk in wearing them
Y/N: we are you going with anyone
Ruby: oh no, no one would approach me I'm not sure why though
Y/N: well I could help you and walk with you till we get there
Ruby: wouldn't your date be upset?
Y/N: well I'm going along
Ruby: oh well then lets go together

Ruby then did a closed eyed smile at you as you looked at her and shock your head. You held out your right arm as she wrapped her arm around it to steady herself from falling. You both then enter seeing Yang welcoming people in with a pop song playing.
Yang: oh god you look so cute and you Y/N aren't half bad yourself if you weren't going with Ruby I would want to go with you
Ruby: Yang it's not what you think it's these lady stilts and he just helped me get here without falling flat on my face and can we have a serious talk about how Weiss fight in these things
Ruby then almost falls as you hold her up right.
Ruby: whoa thanks Y/N
Y/N: don't worry and she does it with practice after the first bit of wobbling they should be alright
Yang giggles a bit at this as Ruby looks at you.
Yang: well you two enjoy yourselves and how would you know Y/N
Y/N: the girl that taught me how to dance got me to wear some high hills it was not the best
Yang and Ruby was hunched over a bit laughing. You and Ruby walked away a bit as the door opened again and in walked Blake and Sun looking good both of them.
After a bit of time with Yang and Blake finishing a dance Yang steps out the way to allow Sun to dance with Blake who started dancing as Yang came over and stood by you, Ruby and Weiss.
Yang: told you she would come
Weiss: mission accomplished
Y/N: well mission one
Ruby: right current objective survive the night
Y/N: Ruby no that is an unlikely objective
Ruby: aww but anyway what now
Yang: just have fun
Yang then walks away as Weiss also leaves going the other direction to Yang as Ruby and you stayed there looking around.
Ruby: does that mean I can change out of these stupid things and into my hood now? stupid lady stilts
Y/N: could be worse
Ozpin then walks around you and Ruby whilst being followed by someone who you haven't seen in some time.
Ozpin: not enjoying yourself
Ruby: well I'm not really a dace, pansy kind of girl so I'm not really sure if I could enjoy this
Y/N: Ida nice to see you again how are you
Ida: I'm good thank you Y/N I'm the leader of a three man team that is meeting there fourth member today
Y/N: intresting who is on your team
Ida: well Midoriya is but he's currently elsewhere
Y/N: Bakugo
Ida: yeah he doesn't stop anyway Ozpin wanted me to meet my new teammate
Ozpin: well Ida you have already meet him
Y/N: oh looks like were working together

A girl with a bob cut and a pink and white dress came over to us.
Ida: sorry Uraraka I don't know where Midoriya is sorry
Uraraka: oh it's ok anyway who are you talking to
Ida: oh I'm sorry for not introducing you he is Y/N Todoroki he will be our fourth teammate for the vital festival Y/N this is Uraraka Ochaco on of my teammates
Whilst you were talking Ozpin was talking to Ruby about the little things in life as you continued to talk with Ida and Uraraka.
Y/N: so anything else I should know
Uraraka: yeah we have a chance of winning with your help
Ida: that is correct Uraraka is mainly utility I'm more mobility Midoriya can't quite control himself yet but with you we have a chance to win against Bakugo's team
Y/N: who is on the Pomeranians team
After you say that you here an explosion go off and an angary looking Bakugo walking to you as you look at him uninterested.
???: Kachan please stop and think about this
Bakugo: I'm beating this dame icy-hot into the ground and no one will stop me
The person then came out from behind him showing them selves to be Midoriya as he then see's you he smiles a bit.
Y/N: hello Pomeranian who's on your team then or don't you want to say
Bakugo: of course we will beat you it's me, Shitty hair, Dunce face and Soy face
Y/N: so me being putting in a team as a temporary member should be enough to beat you in the tournament
Bakugo: what did you say Bastard
Midoriya: Kachan please don't
Y/N: mah it's a dance I would rather not put on your ass infront of everyone in this event
Bakugo: what the hell did you say
Y/N: you heard me
You then walk away to try and fine anyone from your team you then get distracted by Jaune walking in waring a dress.
Y/N: *what on Remnant is he doing*
Y/N: *how many times have they practiced that*
The music then switched to something allowing you to dance should you want to as Bakugo get's on the dance floor and you feel like he's taunting you as he dances by giving dark grins towards you.
Y/N: ok two can play at that game Pomeranian
You then go onto the dance floor doing the same dance causing him to get angry as Yang is looking on thinking.
Whilst your doing this Yang get's an idea and shout it out.
Yang: dance battle
Everyone looks around as they make there way to one side of the room splitting it into a girls vs boy scenario with Jaune still in a dress.
Ozpin: well this is intresting ok I will judge anyway first up is the boys.
You, Ren, Jaune and Sun all step forward.
A/N: Jaune = pink, Y/N = black and blue, Ren = purple and Sun = gray
Everyone one on the girls side was lookin on thinking it was good but they could do better whilst the boys were all hyping it up besides Bakugo. At some point Ruby must have left as Weiss, Yang, Blake and Pyrrha went up to your group making themselves known.
A/N: Yang = yellow shirt, Pyrrha = orange hair, Weiss = white shirt and Blake = black shirt
After a couple more people did it in random groups everyone looks at Ozpin.
Ozpin: well this was a good night but in the end you decide
He says this whilst looking past everyone there making them confused. Everyone then joined up for one dance as Pyrrha got Jaune to start with her.
A/N: After the start there is no solo with people dancing and doing there own things fitting the music
