With a love like theirs, there's too much smoke that engulfs the lovers, blinding their eyes with intense amounts of smoke and flooding their lungs with the strangling sensation. There's always that one person who sets off the spark, that one person you look to when someone tells a joke to see if they're laughing, the one person who crosses your mind when you read something. Loneliness for an extended period of time can almost make it unsettling to suddenly have company but once you have a love like theirs, you can never quite go back. To find or seek another would be condemning oneself to a lifetime of darkness and send one down the abyss of denial.
