After getting out the shower I checked snap to see everyone reposting the flier which was good
Cause now I knew it wouldn't be dead.
I put on my robe before walking next door to Ary And shutting the door behind me To see her snuggled up in the dark
"You okay?" I asked
"Yea I'm fine." She said dryly
"Wanna get out the house ?" I asked
"Not tonight I don't feel good." She said and I furrowed my eyebrows
"What's wrong ? We can get smacked and watch movies when I get back." I suggested and she shook her head
"I'm fine I'm just tired." She said and I nodded
"Well okay sis, just her some fast and text me if you change your mind. Wanna talk ?" I asked
"No."
I nodded before turning out of her room
"Aaliyah." She said and I stopped
"I love you sis." She said and I smiled
"I love you more."

After I was finally dressed I looked at the fit. I had on some black leather pants, a thick white cropped cami, with a leather cropped jacket and smoke grey 1s. My hair was still done so I added accessories before spraying perfume over my body
I ended up making a fake body before grabbing my keys and going out the door that was in the basement. Once I saw Kyree's car parked down the street I quickly walked to it before getting inside
"You wild" he chuckled and I smacked my teeth
"I'm seventeen.. I shouldn't have to be doin that In the beginning, it's just a kickback." I sighed and he nodded
"I mean shit I don't blame him I wouldn't want you around me either" he said and I furrowed my eyebrows
"Why?"
"I get judged for the shit I do when really I'm not that type of nigga at all. I just do what I gotta do to look out for myself." He said
"Well I'm not judging you.. you got talent foreal you gon make it." I told him and he gave me. Small smile
"Ight Aaliyah." He said and I chuckled
His house already had a few people hanging outside and music blasted as more and more cars pulled up.
I helped him get the alcohol out the car before we both put it in the coolers along with the rest of his stuff
The house eventually got packed and it was lit as hell. We played beer pong along with other drinking games but this time I watched my drinking.
Once I started getting that slight feeling I made sure to make sure that was my last drink.
I saw Shawn walk in and I walked over to him
"Wassup punk." I said
"Wessss bighead." He chuckled
"Ary didn't come with you ?" He asked and I shook my head no
"Her lil ass need to text me back" he said and I rolled my eyes
"She said she want feeling good" I told him and he shook his head
Anna came next to me also with a drink in her hand
"Where unc think you at ?" I asked
"Girl with Kayla." She chuckled before shaking her head
"Is he really good ?" She asked me and I nodded
"He actually is Is" I said before looking over at him to see him talking to a group
Once he looked up I broke when contact before he came back over
"So how good are you in front of a crowd" he said and I raised my eyebrows
"I'm not speaking." I laughed and he smacked his teeth
"Hauncho want you too, you'll be ight" he said and I scratched my head
He took the cup out of my hand before downing it and I shook my head as he pushed me towards the stair case.
Hauncho dapped me up before handing me the mic and I sighed
"Now y'all so wrong what am I suppose to say?" I asked
"Just introduce us, I want his name to be noticed." He said and I nodded before watching them walk from the view point
They turned the music down and the crowd instantly got hype causing me to laugh
I introduced them both before everybody started getting hype and I made sure to get hype with them.
Kyree started off the song after I moved out the way and I began watching the two of them perform
They sounded so in sync and I could tell the crowd was fucking with it, I can honestly tell that this nigga is going places foreal.
The crowd was hype and once Hauncho part came they got even more hype.
They performed two songs from the album that was releasing and I really was fucking with it.

After a while of the small kick back now turning into a party it started getting late. Once the party died down a little Shawn approached me with his keys in his hand
"You sober ?" He chuckled and I smacked my teeth
"Yes I'm straight." I said and we both laughed
"Well Igor I'm finna head out you sneed a ride ?" He asked and I shook my head
"No I should be good." I told him and he nodded
"Yo sister at the crib ? She didn't answer me" he said and I furrowed my eyebrows
"Yeah, she works tomorrow so she's probably sleeping" I said and he nodded before leaving
As I was talking to Anna I looked over at Kyree and he waved me over.
I walked over to him and the people he was talking to and he introduced me to Hauncho. He was fine as fuck but grown so I damn sure know better.
I talked with them after a while and they got ready to perform.

They both performed two songs off the album that he was releasing and everybody was hype as fuck. He really was talented and I could see him going somewhere. His music was a mixture of a vibe and lit shit I really was fucking with it.
They're voices were also in sync, he couldn't have added nobody different cause his shit his just right.
After he finished performing they played the other songs from his album and he came back down to me
"You did goodd" I told him
"Did I foreal or you just telling me that ?" He asked and I smacked my teeth
"I'm serious Kyree you did good" I said and he licked over his lip
"No stop." I said and he chuckled
"What I can't look at you?" He asked and I shook my head
Lord knows this boy was fine as hell but I don't plan on getting into anything serious for a while, so him looking at me the way I see Marcus looking at me ? No.
He stepped over to me and before he could speak someone approached him and whispered
Over at him
He nodded before looking at me and patting around for his keys
"I gotta go handle something real quick, I'll take you home if you can make sure everybody get out my crib by a good time ?" He asked and I nodded
"I got to be at home by a good time too so-
"I know I got you mama." Ha said before leaving with the two other boys
I shook my head before going over to Anna.

After calling Ary and getting no answer I sighed. After the shit that had just went down I was worried and was getting a bad feeling.
I attempted calling her one more time before it went straight to voicemail and I sighed before turning around and going towards her house.
Once I pulled up I knocked on the front door and she wasn't answering. Her room light was on and I furrowed my eyebrows before calling Liyah
"Yea?" She answered
"Aye you good?" I asked
"Yea I'm fine what's wrong ?"
"You sure Ary home?" I asked
"Yeah she was tired when I left and didn't mention leaving why ?" She asked before I looked up at her window
"I'm at yo crib Liyah or don't look like nobody is home."
She gave me a moment of silence before speaking
"We on our way hold on" she said before hanging up
I stared at the door for a while before I shook my head and pushed my body against it a few times.
After a while the knob had came off and the house security system start going crazy.
I didn't give a fuck, I was getting a bad feeling and I was too anxious to wait.
I rushed up stairs to Ary's room and she wasn't in bed
"Ary?" I called out before backing out her room
I went across the hall to the bathroom and I stopped dead in my tracks before dropping my phone out my hand and running my hand through my head
Ary layed Unconscious with a empty pill bottle in her hand..
I went towards her before checking her pulse and she slightly turned her head before a tear fell down her face
"How long have you been like this ?" I asked before grabbing my phone and she didn't answer
I called a ambulance because I was afraid of her needing oxygen or a iv and I didn't wanna risk her running out of time because of me
"I'm sorry." She barely spoke. I could really see the pain in her eyes and I rubbed my head before leaning over her
I picked her up quickly before taking her downstairs and laying her on her side to prevent her from going into a seizure
The ambulance and Liyah had pulled up around the same time and by the time they rushed in and put her in a stretcher she was back unconscious
"She isn't breathing."
Liyah and her people came in crying and questioning me but I had honestly zoned out. It really felt like my world was spinning
Once they put her in the back of the ambulance got in with her. I didn't let her hand go and every few seconds I felt her squeeze. I watched as they gave her oxygen and poked a iv into her and her eyes immediately opened fully like she was in shock and it gave me a slight relief

The party had ended a while ago so I was getting a little worried and pissed at the same time.
After it ended I already had cleaned up the trash that was everywhere and now I was just sitting on the couch looking dumb as hell.
I didn't even have my card with me to order a Uber and my card wasn't saved on the app so I really was getting pissed
Just as I was about to give in to call Ari his door opened and he gave me a look as if he knew I was mad
I rolled my eyes before grabbing my phone and getting ready to walk past him but he stopped

"I'm sorry I know you mad but some shift had came up and-
"I don't care, I risked getting in trouble for
You to at least have a successful night and the least you could've done was made sure I got home at a decent time.. " I said and he sighed
"I wasn't even in the right place to just leave and come get yo ass" he said and I attempted to walk past him again But he stopped me by pulling me into a hug
"But Thank you, and I really do appreciate what you did Liyah." He said and I looked off to the side. He squeezed me even tighter and I started laughing before finally hugging him back.
"Are You gonna take me home now?" I asked before looking up at him and he mugged me
"Short ass, yea come on" he said before pulling out his keys
We both got into his car before he pulled off and soft music played through the speakers
He really was fine as hell and his form was attractive as hellll.
I noticed a small tattoo on his neck by staring and I lightly touched it
"When'd you get this?" I asked
"About two months ago, roses were my ma's favorite flowers" he said and I nodded
"Were?" I asked
"Ye, she died in a car accident a few years ago" he said
"I'm sorry." I told him and he shrugged
"I'm slowly getting pass it, it fucked my paps head up though, he disappeared on me for almost a year and came back like that shit was nothing. I mean now he back but barely, I basically have that crib to myself." He sis Nd I nodded
"Just give him time, He'll unwrap his mind from it too eventually." I said and he shook his head before looking over at me.
"Nah I don't got time to give to be honest, he wanna diaper he can do that ." He shrugged and I looked back over at him

"And that shit is foul, it doesn't matter the situation you shouldn't put yo hands on a female, how'd yo dad react ?." He asked and I rises my hand
"Don't wanna say he overreacted cause he didn't, but he was finna risk it all that day" I said and he chuckled

Once we pulled up to my house ambulance along with a few cars were parked outside my house and I didn't see my daddy outside
I covered my mouth before looking at Kyree and he gave me a worried look
I instantly thought about something happening with to my daddy .
"Come on I got you." He sis before getting out the car with me and I walked around the ambulance to see my daddy, ma, and everyone else but Ary propped up against the car with a worried look.
Once he saw me anger instantly washed over his eyes
"Where the fuck have you been and why the fuck are yiu with this nigga?" He asked before raising his voice and I stepped back
"Where's my sister ?" I asked and I felt him snatch me up by my shirt before pulling

I grabbed kyree before pushing him away and he shook his head

He angrily got into his car and pulled off and right behind him the ambulance pulled away too Nd I was confused
"Who was in that ambulance ?" I asked
"The sister that you wasn't there for and left." And Sammy daddy mumbled before getting in the car and my heart dropped.

I opened my eyes and I immediately felt discomfort in my nose.
A nurse turned around before giving me a smile
"I'll go get your doctor to get those tubes out for you." She said before leaving
I looked around be to see everyone around me sleeping and I turned to my side to see Shawn sitting beside me and he looked over at
Me causing me to break eye contact
"You promised.."
"I'm sorry." I mumbled
"Just Don't even worry bout it right now, you feeling ok?" He asked and I nodded
Brian and Ary sat up and interrupting their sentence the doctor came in.
He explained a few things before he took the tubes out my nose which hurt like fuck but I felt a slight relief
The door opened again and my ma had came in before giving me a hug and sighing. I could tell she has been crying and I began to feel bad.
"Can y'all give us a minute ?" She asked and everyone left.
"What happened ?" She asked and I sighed
"I've just been going through so much mentally and at the moment I just wanted to give up." I admitted and she frowned
"That's why you come to us-
"But I've tried.. y'all are always occupied and at some point I just learned how to deal with it. I'm feeling like this almost everyday and nobody noticed, I feel isolated and stressed 24/7 it's not right for me to have to come to yall." I said and she nodded
"I understand. You wanted to fully come to us but you didn't know how to and that is our fault. I know we need to start being more open with y'all but it's just been a lot on our plate. But y'all always come first and I really don't care what I'm in the middle of.. if you called just for a shoulder to get on I promise you I would drop everything to do that.." she said and I looked down
"I'm serious.. If I would've lost one of y'all I'd lose it Aryhel.. I need you." She added
"I'm sorry.. I didn't want to genuinely leave, I just was in so much pain and I wanted it to stop even if even if that was for a second"
"No.. don't apologize for how you feel.. I won't normalize it but it's okay, I'm here and I promise we'll get through this together."
Brian came in the room and he gave my ma a a worried look.
"First um, yo baby daddy is outside Beating Liyah ass, and I need you to step out real quick." Brian said and she sighed
"Hold on baby." She told me before getting up and following them.
Shawn came back in before sitting down beside me and he sighed
"Why didn't you just call me ?" He asked
"Because I saw that you was at the kickback I didn't wanna bother anyone."
"I don't care... I would've dropped all that shit and you know that." He said and I looked down
"Ary I'm not mad at you, but seeing you in pain put me in pain that shit was scary."
"I'm sorry." I told him
"You don't have to apologize, just reach out. I really do love yo stubborn ass and I don't wanna lose you." He said and I smiled
"I'm not stubborn, But I love you too."
Kay-
"Wassup ?" I asked Brian and he rubbed his head
"Yo brother."
"What about him ?" I asked before furrowing my eyebrows and brown looked off to the side
"Somebody shot him near the 4th, he's at the hospital out east in critical condition" he said and my heart dropped
"I- ima head over there." I said and Brian stopped me
"Ain't no need to be sitting in that lobby waiting, just sit with Ary and I'll go over." Brian said and I nodded before giving him a long hug
"Be safe." I sighed and he nodded
"Always."
