Yeah, I've noticed how much I suck at updating. I try to update every other day, but obviously I have failed. But, in my defense, I am in high school and it is my Junior year. Plus I've been bowling, cuz I'm kinda on the team.

Dan's POV
I had ordered a Caramel Macchiato, mostly because I was starting to fall asleep. I needed something to wake me up, and what's better than a girly drink with caffeine and sugar?
So, I sat there, slowly growing lonely as everyone was there as a couple or with a group of friends. And I was the loser staring out the window in the back, looking like the loner I actually was.
I looked down at my bare arms. All of the cuts had healed over the past two years, but that didn't matter. The fresh one's were hidden away, where no one would find them.
Knowing I must look odd, with my small luggage carrier and backpack, I pulled out my laptop and my iPod. I might as well look like I'm doing something, right?
I put in my earbuds, turning on a song.

The girl of my dreams
The most beautiful woman that if ever seen
This song always brought tears to my eyes when I listened to it. And this time was no exception.
My mind kept racing back to who I wanted to be with. But then I remembered that I couldn't. I'm supposed to be dead. He was supposed to have moved on with his life. And I was defeated by all the girls saying that we'd be together. All the girls wanting us to be together. And Phil continuously denying. And me denying my love.
But it was Phil. Who couldn't love him? I just sighed as the song had ended.
Life can do terrible things.
My mind was pulled out of thought as I heard a fairly loud sob, and someone shouting, "Phil, are you okay? Phil?"
I gulped quickly packing my stuff and grabbing it to head out the door.
I couldn't take it anymore. This was terrible.
I almost ran to the door, trying not to look suspicious. There was a woman touching the arm of a thin, raven-haired man, who was curled into himself.
I was just opening the door as I heard him say something.
"D-Dan."
Yeah, so I'm thinking that whenever I put lyrics into the story, I'll just add the song above. And please comment, review, favorite, do whatever. And please tell me what I can do better so that I can fix it and make this story 100 times more awesome! Thanks!
