→ "I hate you."
→ you never thought Tanjiro could say such a thing
→ you stared blankly at him for a while and just nodded at his words, unable to cover up the pain his words have caused
→ and when he heard that you died at the hands of an Upper Moon, he couldn't believe how easily those words slipped from his lips before hand
→ and how easy it was for you to slip away from him like it was nothing
NEZUKO KAMADO
→ "I hate you."
→ Nezuko would never say such a thing but she did
→ her words cut off your yelling
→ Nezuko obviously didn't mean it
→ she said those words out of frustration
→ and when she was face to face with your pale body, she had this look of confusion
→ her chest tightened as her words repeated in her mind continuously

→ the reason for your argument seemed to be long forgotten
→ he started to worry about the meaning behind what he just said but his anger refused to let him apologize right away

→ as much as your tried to hold it in, the pain came out like an uproar from your throat in the form of a scream

→ you immediately rushed out going onto your stupid mission not bothering to continue your argument with Inosuke
→ he wanted to apologize for not having his emotions under control and not thinking straight when his gaze met your dead ones

GIYUU TOMIOKA

→ your eyes never left his as he gulped, slowly being the first one to avert his eyes
→ not being able to stand your intense stare any longer
→ "Whatever." you said before leaving for your mission

→ he tried to explain himself but you have already shut the door

→ you cut him off by throwing your chopsticks across the table

→ jumping up from your seat, the chair dropping to the floor behind you while you walked out
→ Gyomei slammed his hands down on the table with intensity and closed his eyes

→ he desperately wished this was just a dream and you would just say it's a prank and open your eyes
KYOJURO RENGOKU

→ he couldn't believe what just slipped out of his mouth and how easily it did
→ you slightly felt guilty for being the reason for him to act the way he did
→ you paused and looked at him in silence before slowly walking out for your mission
→ some Kakushi stared at the Flame Pillar in pity, Kyojuro held you close to him, looking for any hints of waking up but you never did
→ his hope faltered before pulling you closer into him and letting himself cry on your shoulder
MITSURI KANROJI
→ "I hate you."
→ Mitsuri's eyes widen as she saw you run out of the house after hearing those words
→ she gently caressed your back as she buried her face into the crook of your neck, a single tear rolling down her reddened cheek

MUICHIRO TOKITO

→ his words cut deeper than a knife and Muichiro needed a minute or two to realize what he had just said
→ as he sorted out his thoughts you released a scoff at his hurtful words
→ he was not fully aware of the pain his words have truly caused until he saw you abruptly get up to leave the estate
→ he took a step closer, before you slapped his hand away and went out
→ his mouth was lost for words while his throat became dry
→ his soft lips met your cold ones as he repeatedly whispered apologies in your ear
OBANAI IGURO

→ you might as well just go to that mission scheduled early in the morning rather than waiting, you didn't want to even look at Obanai for the rest of the night
→ a frustrated sigh escaped his lips, thinking it would be best to talk about it the next day when both of you have cooled down
→ that day never came as you took your last breaths in Obanai's arms

SANEMI SHINAZUGAWA

→ not daring to look at you or give himself a chance to sort out his own emotions, he said those three words with ease

→ all the lovely things he had said to you before left his mind and all he could do was remember the three little words that probably distracted you from your mission

SHINOBU KOCHO

→ it took Shinobu just a look at the sudden change of your face to immediately regret what she had said
→ when she noticed the single tear and you running out of the room she knew she messed up

→ he just wished he had heard what you said, perhaps pay more attention..
→ that was probably the last time he could of heard your voice and he hated how his words to you was the last thing you heard
KANAO TSUYURI

→ Kanao's chest tightened, all she wanted was to release all her emotions at once but the realization slowly hit her
→ she noticed the anxiety on your face, guilt rushed through her body but you slowly pulled away and ran off
→ shaking, Kanao held your lifeless body and for once in her life, she cried
→ she held you tightly not wanting to ever let you go
GENYA SHINAZUGAWA

→ he had to replay what just happened in his head and constantly doubt that he really said that
→ you screamed at him and called him many hurtful names but never did you say such words to him
→ it totally caught you off guard, you didn't know what to do but all you wanted was to get out of that house quickly
→ long story short, a Kakushi had to bare him the bad news instead of Genya finding it out himself
→ regretting how that night played out he wished he had said something to make you stay
