The beautiful sound of my mom's voice downstairs yelling at me to get up but little did she know I was already up.
I have been waiting for this day to come all summer long. While other teenage girls spent their summer break shopping and buying clothes that they are gonna wear once and then let it sit in their closet, I on the other hand saved my money to buy the outfit that I had my eye on since forever.
I planned on wearing it today for the first day of senior year.
I did my hair so I'm gonna just check that off the list.
My dress is already pressed. I did that from last night just to make things easier in the morning.
Oh crap!
I forgot about my shoes. I forgot to pick them up at the store. I ordered them because the store didn't have them in my size. The store took like five days to get them.
I need to pick them up before I go to school. I have to wear those shoes to school. I just have to!
