Hayden POV
Ever since yesterday I've been avoiding, Avoiding Bucky, Avoiding Steve, and definitely Avoiding Clint,
My excuse for my behavior was that I was just tired, but since I woke up this morning I've been avoiding and dodging,
Right now I'm walking in central park, I needed air,
Not just to breathe because of my frustration but to breath because I feel like I'm being smothered,
And I don't like it, so here I am walking around Central Park trying to clear my head, quote trying not succeeding,
My frustrations getting worse my demons rising yet again, my anger rising, but most of all I'm angry at myself,
for getting caught, getting hurt yet again, and most of all letting this happen, I thought
I was walking when I felt a hand wrap around my wrist, I went to swing at who ever dared to touch me,
But they caught it,
I looked to see Nat,
"Sloppy," She said
I just shrugged and continued to walked but she was right next to me,
"Do you want to talk about it?" She asked
"Talk about what?" I said dully
"Yesterday," She said
"Of course they told you," I said keeping my arms crossed,
"Yeah, you have two super soldiers beyond worried, which is saying something because not many things scare them," Nat said
I didn't say anything,
"Not to mention you've been dodging pretty much everyone," She said
"I'm not dodging, I'm simply walking around the park," I said
"Since when do you walk around a park," Nat said
"Since today alright so just drop it," I said annoyed
"I'm not going to drop it until you talk to me," She said
"Well your going to be waiting an awful long time then," I said
She grabbed my wrist lightly,
"Hayden.." She said sincerely
"Please talk to me," She said
I slowly looked at her and she's giving me that worried look,
Damn it why does she have to do that,
Sigh,
" Look I'm just frustrated alright," I said sitting on a bench,
"About what?" She asked
"Nat do you ever feel like your not good enough?" I asked as I looked down at my hands,
"No and don't even go there," She said
"But look at me Nat, I've gotten stabbed, shot beat up, lately I can't do anything right," I said
"It happens, everyone makes mistakes," Nat said
"Not a series of them," I mumbled
"look at me," She said making me look at her in her own motherly way,
"you are good enough, you've been through more than any kid or adult would never witness, you are strong, beautiful and sometimes hard headed, but don't ever say you are not good enough, got it," She said
I nodded,
"I want to hear you say it, say I am good enough," She said
"I am good enough," I said chuckling
"Good now let's get back, Clint is totally having a freak attack," She said slinging her arm over my shoulders
I just chuckled
"Of course he is," I said
