She was so excited, she couldn't even hold it in. She was jumping on her place while they helped Sunoo get into his photoshoot space, put makeup on his face, and gave him some water.
It was a little cold, because it was dawn, but she didn't really care for it. It was happening: she was debuting soon.
Next to her stood Riki and Jake, looking at Sunoo too.
"Woah, he's so good", Jake mumbled in English and Eunsae laughed. "Oh, c'mon we've been through this like a thousand times", he pouted when she laughed again.
"'M sorry mate", she tried her best to make an australian accent with a bright smiled plastered on her lips, and then giggled a little. "I can't help it, your accent is really funny", she stated while shrugging.
"Don't let poor Riki out of the conversation", Riki said in Korean while Jake bickered something under his breath.
"You know what? Let's leave Jake out", she rolled her eyes playfully at Riki, switching to Japanese in a second. "He just said that I'm annoying under his breath", she raised an eyebrow and rolled her eyes, the smile never leaving her lips. "But don't you find it funny how his accent sounds?"
Riki nodded slightly.
"Yeah, but don't tell him that, he scares me sometimes", he commented and Eunsae giggled.
"Yeah, he scares me too", she mumbled although Jake couldn't understand them because they were still talking in Riki's birth language.
"I feel so left out", Jake commented towards the camera.
"Then take it back", she shrugged without even looking at him. "Oh, Sunoo could really pull a whole modeling career off if he wanted to", she commented towards Riki.
"I was just stating facts", Jake crossed his arms in front of his chest. "I don't make fun of your accent", he sighed.
"I don't have an accent".
"Oh, my god. Americans and their thought that they're the standard", he scrunched his nose.
"Americans do what?", Jay joined the conversation.
"Yeah, say that again, Jake. I dare you", she pointed towards the Australian while Jake blushed.
If Riki was afraid of Jake sometimes, then Jake was terrified of Jay. Well, everyone was: he had like a little flame inside of him and it could turn into a whole fire if he got pissed off. And no one likes fires.
"I was just saying Eunsae is annoying with her whole 'laughing at Jake's accent' antics", he groaned.
"But it is funny", Jay stated. "Has anyone noticed how Sunoo was like born to be in front of the cameras?"
They all nodded. Then it was Heeseung's turn, and then Eunsae's.
"Gotta make this quick, don't want to take some dawn time from my members", she stated to the camera that was following her.
She took her place and did as she was told, posing as the camera flashes invaded her face. She did some funny faces, and when the staff was content with her whole set of pictures, she was dismissed.
"Let's go see if they have some snacks available", she talked to the cameraman.
He was like thirty and laughed at her comments every time he thought she needed reassurance, so she felt comfortable around him.
He had been following her all day long and she got used to his presence almost immediately because he was really quiet and had followed all of her requests of turning the camera off whenever she wanted to.
They walked towards the place where the bus was parked, and she searched for snacks around, but to no avail.
She then decided to go in the bus to get the snacks she secretly packed for herself (without letting the boys know, because they would steal them in a second), and told the cameraman –whose name she believed was Cho– to stay put.
"I'm gonna look for some gummys. I've brought them but it's a secret. Sunghoon and Jay love my gummys and they always leave me none when they ask for some", she furrowed her eyebrows. "So we gotta make this quick".
She climbed onto the bus hurriedly, mostly because if anyone saw Cho outside the bus they'd know she was up to something. She didn't want to be caught with her hands on her snacks.
"Las gomitas, las gomitas", she sang quietly, roaming through her things. "Les bonbons, les bonbons", she switched to french and then smiled proudly when her hand reached a plastic package.
She could almost feel the gummy's taste on her mouth and she was so happy no one had caught her. She knew it would be trouble if they saw her with her snacks because she wasn't thinking about sharing, and sharing is caring, as Heeseung had stated more than once while stealing her chips.
So, when a hand touched her shoulder, she fell butt first on the bus floor, with the package of gummys near her chest and a terrified expression on her face.
"Me cago en todo, Jungwon. I almost peed myself", she stated dramatically.
"I want", he pointed towards the gummys.
"I don't know what you're talking about", she smiled innocently.
"Gummys. Me want Eunsae's gummys", he mumbled and then cupped his own face with his hands, making the most cute aegyo he could. "Or I'll tell".
She squinted her eyes and gasped.
"You wouldn't", she got up from the floor.
"Try me", he smiled while crossing his arms in front of him. She gasped again.
"You wouldn't be so mean!", she stated while pointing towards his face.
"Try me", he shrugged and then tilted his head.
"I hate you so much", she ripped the package open and offered him some. "If you tell anyone that I have more, you're dead", she stated with deadpan expression.
"You're terrifying when you're serious", he mumbled while munching on the gummys. "Wait. Did you say you have more?".
"Maldigo el día en que nací", she stated in spanish while rolling her eyes. "Don't tell, Jungwon!!", she cried out. "I'll share but don't tell!", she begged.
"You've done that yourself", he pointed towards the little gopro he had attached to his shirt.
"Va te faire foutre, Eunsae!", she slapped her forehead and then looked towards an amused Jungwon. "I'll give you a whole package of peperos if you don't tell anyone else", she raised her eyebrows and he smiled.
"Make it two".
"I only have two", she mumbled under her breath. "Peperos and a Pikachu churro?", she smiled and then sighed.
"Make it two".
"Stop it!", she started hitting his chest with her gummy package (but making sure no gummys were lost in the process). "I'm actually going to pay you, you don't have to make me a poor peasant!", she continued on hitting his chest lightly.
He laughed and took her wrist, stopping her motions in one simple movement.
"Make it two", he smiled while looking into her eyes.
"Two pepero or two Pikachu churros?", here eyes were big.
They were so close that their chests brushed against one another and she had to take a large breath in to calm herself down. He smelled so good.
"Did someone say churro?", Riki's voice interrupted them. "Oh, well. You seem... to be caught up on something", he laughed nervously. "Gotta blast!", he rushed out of the bus.
"I can content myself with one pepero and one churro", he stated while letting her wrist go with a blush on his cheeks.
"Deal", she rolled her eyes and walked towards her hidden snacks, her heart racing on her chest and her cheeks as red as a tomato.
