Early Life~
>William was born on the planet of Uehara but when the UNSC saw that their Colonies are being taken they saw it was The Covenant and they started to try to retake the planet but months of trying they failed and just retreated but a few weeks after that the planet got their freedom and the population was mad at the UNSC for just abandoning them so they didn't reconnect to them but what they did was use a ship to save a planet from Covenant control and when they saved that one they just started to give each other resources so they can build ships and weapons to rebuild their Army and when they had everything they needed they started to retake their Solar System and after that they isolated themselves from the other Systems and Governments that might want their planets and/or resources and years after that when William was young he went to The Elite Forces which are like the Spartans and whenever he was young he volunteer to join the Spartan Program and just like the other Spartans they were trained very hard and whenever he was sent out there he had the Spartan II armor and as he was the best out of everyone he got an upgrade and had got the Spartan IV armor
