3rd Person POV (Everyone)

....inside the HYDRA base....
"Report to your stations immediately." A voice comes over the speakers. "This is not a drill. We are under attack! We are under attack!"
Soldiers run around the HYDRA base
A boy and two girls, fraternal triplets, watch chaos ensue around them in the base. One girl, Wanda, reaches her hand out to her side and the eldest boy, Pietro, immediately grabs her hand. The other girl, Nikita, stands with her back against the wall, her hands down at her sides, and her eyes trained at the ground as she stands behind the protection her older siblings
...outside the base...
Fighting ensues
The Avengers fight HYDRA soldiers
Captain America rides his motorcycle, beating people up as Hulk smashes everyone, Black Widow and Hawkeye beat others up, and Thor works to destroy the robots
Ironman flies through the air and to the HYDRA base, avoiding bullets the entire way there
Ironman hits the side of the building and bounces off due to a forcefield
"Shit!" Ironman yells
"Language!" Captain America says through the comms. "Jarvis, what's the view from upstairs?"
"The central building is protected by some kind of energy shield." The voice of Jarvis says through the comms. "Strucker's technology is well beyond any other Hydra base we've taken."
Thor drops to the ground, beating more robots up
"Loki's sceptre must be here." Thor says. "Strucker couldn't mount this defence without it." He beats another robot up with his hammer. At long last."
Black Widow runs through the area, throwing grenades as well as avoiding blasts from HYDRA. She fights more people and kills others
"At long last is lasting a little long, boys." Black Widow tells the group
Hawkeye emerges from behind a tree and shoots arrows
"Yeah. I think we lost the element of surprise." Hawkeye says
"Wait a second. No one else is gonna deal with the fact that Cap just said 'Language'?" Ironman asks through the comms as he flies
"I know." Captain America sighs. He jumps off his motorcycle and throws it into the car of enemies in front of him and it explodes. "Just slipped out."
....inside the HYDRA base....
"Who gave the order to attack?" Strucker asks, walking over to a soldier
"Herr Strucker, it's the Avengers." The soldier says
"They landed in the far woods. The perimeter guard panicked." Another soldier says
"They have to be after the sceptre." Strucker tells List. He turns to the first soldier. "Can we hold them?"
"They're the Avengers." The soldier replies
"Deploy the rest of the tanks." Strucker announces to all the soldiers in the room. "Concentrate fire on the weak ones. A hit may make them close ranks." He turns to List and they talk in hushed voices. "Everything we've accomplished... But we're on the verge of our greatest breakthrough."
"Then let's show them what we've accomplished." List says. "Send out the triplets."
Nikita's eyes find her sister's and Wanda could tell her younger sister was afraid and worried. Wanda's eyes flash to Pietro's who locks onto her look and reads her gaze. Pietro looks over at Nikita, gently wrapping his other hand around her bicep and gently tugging her over to him
"It's too soon." Strucker says
"It's what they signed up for." List reminds him
"My men can hold them." Strucker says
....outside the base....
The HYDRA soldiers continue to shoot
Ironman flies through the air
"Sir, the city is taking fire." Jarvis says
Explosions happen down in the city
"Well, we know Strucker's not gonna worry about civilian casualties." Ironman says. "Send in the Iron Legion."
Robots that resemble Ironman fly into the city as people cower in fear
"This quadrant is unsafe. Please back away. We are here to help. This quadrant is unsafe. Please back away. Please back away." The robots say
The people of the city riot against the robots, yelling and throwing things
A mother protects her son as people start throwing things
....inside the HYDRA base....
"We will not yield!" Strucker announces. "The Americans sent their circus freaks to test us. We will send them back in bags. No surrender!"
"No surrender!" All the soldiers in the base yell
Strucker turns to List
"I am going to surrender." Strucker whispers. "You delete everything. If we give the Avengers the weapons, they may not look too far into what we've been--"
"The triplets." List says
"They are not ready to take on--" Strucker tries
"No, no, I mean... the triplets." List says
The two look over and see the trio is gone
...outside the base....
A blue blur runs out of the base
Hawkeye hides behind a tree as he reloads his bow. A bunker of shooters is shooting at him and he turns and shoots
Hawkeye tries to shoot the blue blur that passes but he misses
Hawkeye readies his arrow again for when the blue blur comes but he is knocked off his feet
The blue blur, who had been Pietro running at superspeed, walks past Hawkeye who was on the ground
"You didn't see that coming?" Pietro asks
Pietro runs away in a blur
Hawkeye jumps to his feet and readies another arrow. He looks around and it's quiet. Then, he gets shot in the side and falls to the ground
"Clint!" Black Widow exclaims, running over
The blue blur of Pietro runs through the area again, running straight into Captain America to knock him down. Captain America is thrown into the air but lands on his feet. He looks around
"We have an Enhanced in the field." Captain America announces to everyone through the comms
"Clint's hit!" Black Widow says. Another shot is fired. "Somebody want to deal with that bunker?"
Hulk smashes through the bunker and the shooting stops
"Thank you." Black Widow says, tending to Hawkeye's injuries
"Stark, we really need to get inside." Captain America says
"I'm closing in." Ironman says, skidding to a landing by the base and shooting soldiers. "Jarvis, am I closing in? Do you see a power source for that shield?"
"There's a particle wave below the north tower." Jarvis says as Ironman flies through the area again, shooting all the soldiers in his way
"Great, I want to poke it with something." Ironman says
Ironman shoots at the forcefield on the base again and this time he is successful and the forcefield breaks down
"The drawbridge is down, people." Ironman announces to the group
Captain America runs over to Thor
"The Enhanced?" Thor asks
"He's a blur." Captain America says. "All the new players we've faced, I've never seen this. In fact, I still haven't."
"Clint's hit pretty bad, guys." Black Widow says through the comms. "We're gonna need evac."
"I can get Barton to the jet." Thor tells Captain America. More HYDRA soldiers make their way over from the distance. "The sooner we're gone, the better. You and Stark secure the sceptre."
"Copy that." Captain America says
"Looks like they're lining up." Thor notes, looking at the HYDRA soldiers approaching
"Well, they're excited." Captain America says
Captain America shields himself with his shield and Thor lifts his hammer to hit. A blur of purple, Nikita, warps in next to the two and spin-kicks Captain America's feet out from under him, her hands still rest limp by her sides, and then she warps out, disappearing. Captain America falls to the ground but since Thor was already in motion for hitting the shield, he couldn't stop mid way and Thor's hammer (luckily) clangs against the shield. A blast is sent through the area, destroying the HYDRA soldiers in front of them
"What was that?" Captain America asks, pushing himself off the ground. "You could have hit me!"
"But I didn't." Thor reminds him. Thor turns to his comms to talk. "Another Enhanced. Female." He looks at Captain America. "Find the sceptre." Thor says, lifting his hammer into the air and he's gone
"And for gosh sake, watch your language!" Ironman mocks through the comms
"That's not going away any time soon." Captain America mutters, hanging his head
...inside the HYDRA base....
Ironman breaks into the base from the wall
All the soldiers shoot but Ironman has no reaction to the shooting
He looks around
"Guys, stop. We gotta talk this through." Ironman tells them. He shoots all of them. "It was a good talk."
"No, it wasn't." One soldier groans
List is typing on the computer in the basement when he looks over and sees Ironman. Ironman shoots List
Ironman's suit open and he steps out, now Tony Stark
"Sentry mode." Stark says to his suit and the suit stands at watch. Stark puts a harddrive in the computer. "Okay, Jarvis, you know. I want it all. Make sure you copy Hill at HQ."
....outside the base...
Black Widow looks around at the robots and soldiers that were on the ground
"We're locked down out here." Black Widow says
"Then get to Banner. Time for a lullaby." Captain America says through the comms
....inside the base....
"I know you're hiding more than files." Stark says, looking around. "Hey, J, give me an IR scan of the room, real quick."
"The wall to your left." Jarvis says. "I'm reading steel reinforcement and an air current."
"Please be a secret door." Stark whispers. "Please be a secret door. Please be a secret door." He presses the wall and a secret door opens. "Yay."
Stark walks into the room
...outside the base....
Hulk is smashing random things
Black Widow walks through the area
"Hey, big guy." Black Widow says and Hulk looks over. "Sun's getting real low."
Black Widow puts her weapon down and puts her hand out
Hulk touches her hand. Black Widow traces her finger down the palm of his hand. Hulk stumbles away, turning into Bruce Banner
....inside the base...
Strucker runs up the stairs in order to escape
A soldier is thrown to the ground and Captain America walks in
"Baron Strucker." Captain America says. "Hydra's number one thug."
"Technically, I'm a thug for S.H.I.E.L.D." Strucker says
"Well, then technically you're unemployed." Captain America says. "Where's Loki's sceptre?"
"Don't worry, I know when I'm beat." Strucker says. "You'll mention how I cooperated, I hope."
"I'll put it right under illegal human experimentation." Captain America says. Unknown to him, from the shadows emerges Wanda with her eyes glowing red. "How many are there?" Wanda uses her powers to knock Captain America down the stairs. Captain America recovers but Wanda is gone. "Seriously, how many of these are there?" He mutters, running up the stairs. "We have a third Enhanced. Female. Do not engage." He says through the comms
Captain America looks at Strucker
"You'll have to be faster than--" Strucker starts before Captain America kicks his shield up and knocks Strucker out
"Guys, I got Strucker." Captain America saCys
....in the basement...
Stark walks through the secret room and there are many pieces of machinery
"Yeah, I got... something bigger." Stark says
Stark looks around the room some more
His eyes land on the sceptre
"Thor, I got eyes on the prize." Stark says, walking over to the sceptre
Unknown to Stark, Wanda emergers from behind him and uses her powers, her hands barely grazing the side of his head and his eyes turn red
Tony Stark's Fear...
The Chitauri passes him
Stark sees his team dying on the ground...complete and total decimation of the Avengers
Stark walks over and kneels next to Captain America, checking his pulse
Captain America's eyes spring open and he grabs Stark's arms
"You could have saved us." Captain America groans. "Why didn't you do more?"
Captain America lays his head down again, falling dead
The Chitauri passes again
Stark gasps, coming back to reality
Wanda stares at him with wide eyes
Pietro speeds in, stopping silently next to Wanda. Nikita warps in, a small dull flash of purple showing that she joined her siblings. Nikita's arms still rest limply by her sides as she takes in the scene in front of her
Pietro steps forwards but Wanda stops him
"We're just gonna let him take it?" Pietro asks
Stark activates his Ironman hand and grabs the sceptre

= Avengers Compound, NY =
The quinjet lands at the Avengers tower compound and Dr Cho along with another nurse wheel Clint out with Natasha following close behind
"Lab's all set up, boss." Agent Maria Hill tells Stark, walking over to the group in the jet with a tablet
"Actually, he's the boss." Stark says, pointing towards Steve. "I just pay for everything and design everything and make everyone look cooler."
"What's the word on Strucker?" Steve asks, leaving the jet with Agent Hill
"NATO's got him." Agent Hill responds
"The three Enhanced?" Steve asks
"Wanda, Nikita, and Pietro Maximoff." Agent Hill says, handing the tablet to Steve. "Get this: Triplets." She explains as Steve starts going through photos of the triplets and Sokovia. "Orphaned at 10 when a shell collapsed their apartment building. Sokovia's had a rough history. It's nowhere special, but it's on the way to everywhere special."
"Their abilities?" Steve asks
"He's got increased metabolism and improved thermal homeostasis." Agent Hill says as they walk into the building and down the hallway. "This girl's thing is neuroelectric interfacing, telekinesis, mental manipulation. And the third one can transfer herself across quantum fields and see fated futures."
Steve looks at Agent Hill
"He's fast, she's weird, and the third is...a mix of the two?" Agent Hill says, guessing on the last one
"Well, they're gonna show up again." Steve says
"Agreed." Agent Hill says. "File says they volunteered for Strucker's experiments." Steve gets into the elevator. "It's nuts."
"Right." Steve says. "What kind of monster would let a German scientist experiment on them to protect their country?"
"We're not at war, Captain." Agent Hill tells him
"They are." Steve says as the elevator doors shut
