"Wands out" Professor Flitwick said "Your going to be working on an assignment with the person sat next to you" he continued
I quickly raised my hand there's no way I'm gonna be with Draco for charms I already have a dorm with him.

"Can I swap partners" I smiled innocently "no now get to work everybody" sir said

I picked up my feather and wrote down the most dangerous spells. We had to put down the 10 most dangerous spells and why they was so dangerous, I found this very easy as I've read many of books about the killing curses and the cruccio curse
I looked up at Draco to see him studying every move I did, he had noticed I saw him looking at me and looked down on the paper
"Give me that" Draco snatched the paper out of my hand
"Shit class is nearly over hurry up I don't wanna do this for homework" I said rushing him

I rolled my eyes at him and sat back down in my chair looking around the class until I met eyes with someone.
"stop looking at Harry" Draco snarled

I looked back at Harry and smiled at him causing him go red, I laughed at how red his face was. Draco dead eyed me and rolled his eyes
"It's end of the class" sir announced
"But" he carried on "your project will be due next lesson which is in...3 days you have to do it with your partner have a good day class" sir finished off

"Y/n" someone shouted walking up to me
"Harry" I smiled
"Hey y/n"
"Hey Harry what's up"I giggled at how shy he was
"Well I-I was just wondering if you wanted to go to hogsmade with me"Harry said red as a tomato
"Of cours-"
"Sorry potter maybe next time" Draco winked at me "Draco piss off" I hissed
"Ouch that really hit home" Draco said with his hand on his heart sarcastically
"What do you want Malfoy" Harry said
"Come to get y/n, what are you doing potter"
"None of your business Malfoy" he hissed back "talk to you tomorrow" Harry smiled at me and walked off
"What was that for you dick"

"What do you want then" I sighed walking away slowly so Draco can catch up
"We need to do the project" he grabbed my hand and stopped me from walking
"Come on let's go to the library"
I followed Draco up to the library,
We finally reached the library and found an area to sit I grabbed my quill and feather from out of my bag and looked up at Draco already smirking at me
"What?" I asked bluntly
"Nothing give me the sheet so I can read what you put"
I gave him the parchment paper and leaned back on my chair looking around the silent room in boredom
"Not bad y/n"
"Thank you sir" I faked bowed
About 45 minutes later we had finished our homework and it was already dinner time
Me and Draco made our way down to the great hall to meet with Blaise and the group "hey guys" I smiled at them all, Draco sat besides me
I grabbed a plate and piled my food up onto my plate "oy y/n pass me the last slice of bread" Draco said
"Ask nicely" I gave him an innocent smile
"Fuck off just give it to me"
I reached over and grabbed the bread and took a big bite of it keeping my eye contact with Draco and I dropped the half eaten bread into his plate
"What the fuck Brown"
"I told you to ask nicely so that's your punishment" I laughed
"You deserve to be punished after that love" Draco whispered into my ear
"Whatever you say Draco"
I picked up my knife and fork and eat my food until I felt a cold hand latch onto my bare thigh causing me to wince at the coldness
I looked up at him he didn't make eye contact but I could see his smug face smirking
I tired to ignore him and focus on the rest of the group, Draco's hand motioned closer to my heat making me jolt up his rings pressed down into my skin
I cough trying to get Draco's attention. No luck. His fingers circled in circular motion on the inside of my thigh making me shake at his touch
"You okay y/n?" Blaise asked
"Yes I'm fine" I gave him a weak smile
"Erm y/n can I talk to you" someone shyly said
"Oh hey cho" I smiled
"Stay the fuck away from him you dirty whore"
"Excuse me?" I questioned her
"You heard Harry doesn't like you he likes me, got it" she hissed
"Listen hear you low life bitch, it's quite obvious he's not bothered about you or he wouldn't of asked me to go to hogsmade with him would he, so you can take your jealous self back to your seat and stop bothering me it's not my fault your boyfriend thinks I'm hot" I smiled at her innocently not showing how pissed I am.
I turned back around on my seat to look at Blaise, "what Blaise!" I asked his eyes were wide open I went to turn around when I felt water pour down my face
"You bitch" I yell
She walked away quickly I walked up to her my knuckles meeting her cheek she fell to the ground screaming as I threw punched at her face
I felt to hands grab around my waist "let go of me ZABINI" I kick my feet in the air trying to get set free
"Calm down" Blaise laughed carrying me back to the slytherin table
"I need to go to the bathroom"
"No I don't trust you you'll probably attack Chang again" Blaise chuckled at his joke
"Blaise look at me I'm soaking wet"
"Okay fine be quick" he said sitting down next to Goyle
He let go of me so and I sprinted to the abandoned bathroom.
I took my clothes off so I could use the drying spell on them "what a show you put on out there"
"Draco what the fuck get out I'm in my underwear" I say quickly covering myself
"Don't even try darling"
I gulped as he kept getting closer to me
"You've been a bad girl and bad girls need to get punished" he tucked a piece of my damp hair behind my ear
"Why are you doing this to me Brown" Draco grunted into my neck while nibbling onto it causing moans to slip out my mouth
His lips crashed onto mine, my hands intertwined with his blonde hair he groaned into the kiss his hand grabbed my neck
"Jump" he whispered, I jumped onto the sink he kissed me again our tongues fought for dominance I gave in and let him take control his lower lip biting down on mine.
