A man picked up a newspaper outside a coffee shop. The day was December 12, 1987. The title read "Foxy the pirate bites two grown men and 9 more children misteriously dissapear from Freddy Fazbear's Pizzaria." After the new year though, people stopped looking for the kids and Foxy's accident became known as "the Bite of '87."
