Virgil had just gotten up from his 2-hour nap, well I say nap but the truth is he just passed out from sleep deprivation. He was walking to the common room when Remus unexpectedly flung from the door to the imagination. "Hey, I have an idea!"
"Oh no." Virgil sighed this never ended well.
"I swear it's a good one the time!"
Virgil rolled his eyes and asked what the idea was. Remus bounces up and down slightly on his feet "Let's go take a walk in the imagination!"
Virgil reluctantly agreed and the two took off into the imagination.

The imagination's door led into a large woodland filled with trees. There were a couple of paths you could take, each of which would take you to a distinct village. To the right was Roman's side and to the left was Remus'. The pair started wandering forward to the most "normal" village. This village was in between the two creativity's sides so it was a chaotic mix of both of the twins.
"Hey, what's the word for that infestation of tiny creatures over there?"
Virgil looked at Remus confusion clear on his face.
"...Those are children, that's a school."
"Really?"
"...Yes?"
Virgil is still disturbed as his boyfriend starts rambling.
"Are you even listening?"
"Yeah, it just takes me a while to process so much stupid all at once."
"Wow."
The two kept wandering around and eventually ended up lost.
"Wait Remus I don't know where we are."
Remus looked around and realized he didn't either.
"Oops..."
Virgil groaned and grabbed his phone.
"Shit I don't have reception"
"Uh, maybe we could-"
"No more ideas from you." Virgil said sternly.
"Hey rude I swear it's a good one this time!" Remus raised his arms in defense.
"Ugh what do you got" Virgil face-palmed exasperated.
"We could try going back the way we came."
Virgil looked thoughtful for a moment.
"Wow for once you have a good idea."
Remus snorted and started walking back the way they came Virgil following after him.

After some quiet walking for about 15 minutes Virgil piped up.
"Hey, Remus?"
"What?"
"What if we don't make it back?"
"Well if we're not home someone will probably come looking for us."
"But what if they get lost too."
"Virgil chill I don't care if you're panicking right now just do it quietly we'll be okay."
Virgil sighed and nodded, and the pair continued on the path.

The two sides continued for a while but didn't seem to be making much progress. The two stumbled across a dead-end with red splatters everywhere.
"Remus is that blood!?"
"No?"
"This is not the type of question to be answering with a question!"
Virgil looked around wondering how they got turned around. Remus' face lit up and he exclaimed,
"I have an idea!"
"Great let's hear it." Virgil said sarcastically.
"It involves fire."
"Absolutely not." Virgil shook his head and crossed his arms.
"Fine..."
The hairs on the back of Virgil's neck stood up and he turned around. When he turned he saw a group slowly walking towards them. Virgil turned to Remus and whispered,
"This isn't good."
"How can you tell?"
"See how they're slowly surrounding us? And they all have guns, knives, and I think that one girl has a machete!"
"Oh." Remus said unconcerned.
Virgil started freaking out and the group stopped about 6 feet away. Up towards the front, a tall individual spoke up,
"What are you two doing back here?"
Virgil was so afraid he could not speak so he hopelessly looked to his boyfriend for help.
"Sorry, we were on a walk and got lost do you know how to get to the clearing?"
Another person piped up.
"How do we know you're not spies from the Spades?"
Virgil and Remus look confused and the tall person from before spoke again.
"Cats right we should tie these two up, Danny go get the purple one I've got the green one."
"Yes, ma'am!"
Remus summons his mace and Virgil slinks back behind him. The leader walked forward pulling a pistol out of her coat. Meanwhile Danny also started towards Virgil. Remus waited till she gets close and swung his mace but she ducked and tried to kick his legs out from under him. Remus jumped and swung again hitting her this time. She fell to the soil groaning, she attempted to get back up but Remus hit her again.
Meanwhile, Virgil had Danny trying to grab him. Danny reached out attempting to grab Virgil's arm but Virgil kicks him in the leg causing him to stumble. Danny catches himself and pulls out a knife slashing at Virgil. The side in question dodges backing up. Virgil being Thomas's fight or flight response has decided to run at this point, so he looks at Remus. After seeing he won against his adversary Virgil grabbed Remus and aviated from the scene.

After assuring they hadn't been followed the couple stops and obtained their breath again. Remus looked to Virgil and tried to strike up a conversation,
"Well, murder wasn't on today's agenda."
"It's not on anyone's." Virgil replied coldly.
"No, it's on mine just not until next Thursday."
Virgil gave him an odd look and started looking around again. Remus' eyes lit up and he spoke again.
"On a scale of 1-10, how bad do you think it will be if I-"
"At least a 20."
"Hey, I didn't finish!"
"Well, you haven't had the best ideas today." Virgil said sharply glaring at Remus.
Remus simply smiled apologetically.
"Wait you had this planned all along didn't you, you little shit!"
"Hey, adventures help strengthen bonds!"
Virgil glared at him even harder.
"So we aren't lost?"
"Uh well about that..."
"Oh god!" Virgil held his hands to his face closing his eyes tightly.
"Well, I didn't plan on those thugs attacking us."
"Ugh."
Virgil looked at his phone again, it still had no service but he could still see the time 6:04 pm. The other sides would eat soon, they would notice they were gone. Seeing this Virgil got worried that they would be stuck all night. Remus seemed to read Virgil's mind and spoke up,
"Hey, we should try to find somewhere to stay when it gets too dark."
"Okay."
The duo started looking for somewhere to set up camp. Eventually, they found a small cave. Remus grabbed his mace and went in to check for animals.
"It's empty!"
"Good."
The two of them sit down and chat for a while.
"Hey Rem I'm hungry what should we do?"
"Uh, maybe we could hunt something?"
"Like what?"
"I think there are rabbits and squirrels around here."
"Ugh alright."

After about half an hour later it's 6:34 pm and they managed to catch a slow fat squirrel. They made a fire and skinned the squirrel, but you don't want the details so I'll spare you.
After they finished cooking the squirrel Virgil spoke again.
"What about water?"
"Oh, I have water here."
Remus handed a small container of water to Virgil from his pocket.
"Thanks"
"Yeah"

Several hours later the two fell asleep cuddled close to each other.
"Hey! Wake up!"
The two were rudely awoken by loud shouting.
"Roman?" Virgil groaned.
"Yes, you guys never came home last night so they sent me to look for you guys."
"Oh thanks"
"No prob hot topic"
Remus and Virgil get up and the three of them make their way back to the mindpalace. When they arrived Patton attacked them with hugs and questions, Logan expressed that he was glad they were okay, and Janus was looking them over for bruises and cuts. Let's just say, Virgil never went on surprise trips with Remus ever again.
