8th January, 2221. After 3 days of heavy fighting, Tokyo, and the entirety of Kanto Region are retaken from Liberation hands. The frontline is pushing towards the south. The Liberation are losing at a fast rate
9th January, 2221, 09:00 a.m., Ranger Corp HQ, Yokosuka, Tokyo, Japan
"Congratulation ladies and gentlemen, we've successfully retaken Tokyo. We have our capital back, and manage to push the Liberation out of Kanto Region" Shogun congratulate the soldiers who are preparing for their next mission
"I'm sensing a "but" " Izuku commented
"But... our fighting in Tokyo is not over yet. Despite retaking our capital, most of the infrastructures are in ruins, and not to mention the biohazard gas is still in the air. There's no way the civilian survivor could live in the city for a while. They'll need a refugee center" Shogun explain
"What's wrong with the current refugee center, sir?" Izuku ask
"Most of our refugee center on Saitama, Narita, Mobara, and Sakuragawa are nearing their limits. We need a new larger refugee center to deal with the surviving 25 million civilian" Shogun explain
"25 million? There's 40 million civilian on Kanto before" A soldier mumble surprise
"We lost 15 million civvies?!" A soldier whisper yell
"That's just Kanto Region. I heard from my friend who's dealing with battlefield cleanup, that we lost around 15 million from Sendai, Niigata, and Sapporo" A soldier whisper
"So in total we lost 30 million civilians" A soldier gritted his teeth
"But the war's not over yet. There are still the the southern front that still fighting" A soldier pointed out
"So there's a high possibility we lost another 30 million civvies. Totaling to 60 million casualty in this war" A soldier said clenching his fists
"That's World War 2 level" A soldier said
"The only difference is that most of the casualty are civilians" A soldier claim making every soldier to clench their fists and gritted their teeth
"As grim as that may seem. We must guarantee that the surviving civilian doesn't suffers or die because they didn't receive help. That is why all of you in here are to head to several site south of Kanagawa to create new refugee centers" Shogun said then he show a map of Kanagawa
"The city of Hitastuka, Chigasaki, Hadano, and Odawara are the least affected city south of Kanto Region. Most of their infrastructures still intact and the biohazard gas didn't reach them as well. We'll send out 4 relief teams to secure the area and create the much needed refugee center. Each teams has been given their individual instructions. We'll start the mission at 1000 hours. Dismissed" Shogun explain then all the soldiers dismiss and follow their instructions
"Sir" Izuku approach Hisashi "Me and My team haven't receive an instruction yet" Izuku said
"That's because you are deployed to neither of the four sites" Hisashi reply
"Then where me and my team are deployed?" Izuku ask
"Your new home for the past year, Musutafu" Hisashi reply surprising Izuku
"Understood. What's the mission?" Izuku ask
"Our forces are still trying to retake the city of Musutafu. But you won't be joining them. You are to deploy to your school, U.A." Hisashi said as he Izuku and Delta 9 head towards a parked Quinjet
"Home sweet home. What I'm doing in U.A.?" Izuku ask
"You are to secure U.A. and change it to become a refugee center for the evacuating civvies. You know U.A. better than any of us here, so I'm putting you in charged" Hisashi said
"Understood, we'll get it done. By the way, what's the ISR on U.A.?" Izuku ask
"ISR shown that U.A.'s been breached and most likely under Liberation control" Hisashi reply surprising Izuku
"How's everyone inside?" Izuku ask worried
"ISR has shown that the Liberation forced most of the students and staff to go inside this building" Hisashi who Izuku a satellite image of the building " As what happen inside, we don't know" Hisashi explain
"That's the the gym, it's large enough to fit the entire U.A. population inside. I think they still alive" Izuku claim
"How do you know?" Kei ask
"I don't. I just have a gut feeling that they still alive" Izuku reply
"Let's hope you're right" Kei said as he, Yuri, and Roach board the Quinjet
"Go save your friends" Hisashi told Izuku
"Yes, sir" Izuku comply before boarding the Quinjet that take off soon after
Izuku sit down on the seat and have a deep though 'Hang on, everyone. I'm coming' Izuku mentally declare

"HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! This is wonderful! Wonderful!" A terrorist laugh in the middle of the gym where every U.A.'s students and staff are sitting down on the floor while multiple villains surround them
"Who is he exactly?" Midnight whisper
"He's a villain I arrested some time ago. Hang on, I'll try something" All Might whisper and about to do something
"Ah, ah, ah. Don't do it, All Might. Unless you want you precious students to die" The terrorist leader threaten making All Might to dejectedly stand down
"So how it feels, heroes?! To be the ones who are losing! This is it! The new era for villains!" The terrorist leader declare smugly
"Shut up you fucking villains!" Bakugou yell angrily when one of the terrorist shove him a massive sword at his face, making Bakugou to shut up angrily
"Don't talk too much. Or you might say your last" The bladed terrorists threaten
"Let this be a message to everyone out there! U.A. is no more!" The terrorist leader yell as he spread his arm when he see Eri, who's being hug by Uraraka
"Oh, a little girl? What is she doing here?" The terrorist leader ask creepily making Uraraka to hug Eri tighter
"She has nothing to do with this! Stay away from her!" All Might yell as he tries to stand up but a villain have him at gun point
"Shhhhh, I'm going to you... how it feel to failed protecting something you supposed to protect. Starting with that little girl and the girl who hold her" The terrorist leader said menacingly making Eri to tremble in fear and Uraraka continue to hug her tightly
"Get them" The terrorist leader ordered making some terrorists to walk towards Uraraka and Eri. When suddenly...
"Bang! Bang! Bang!" A banging was heard from the entrance door
"Get in!" The terrorist leader yell
"Bang! Bang! Bang!" The banging was heard again
"Get in!" The terrorist leader yell again
"Bang! Bang! Bang!" The banging continue making almost everyone to look at the entrance door confuse and the terrorists that approaching Uraraka and Eri to stop as well
"For fucking...! Get in!" The terrorist leader yell annoyed
"Bang! Bang! Bang!" The banging only continues
"GRAAAHHHHH!!!" The terrorist leader yell angrily "Get to the door! And kill that stupid asshole!" The terrorist leader ordered
"But weren't we in the same side?" A terrorist ask
"Shut up! I don't fucking care! They annoyed me enough!" The terrorist leader yell angrily as some of the terrorists in the gym walking towards the entrance
"All Might, Ectoplasm, Cementos" Aizawa whisper, the teachers know what Aizawa's thinking, they all nod and prepare themselves
"Who in the fuck are you that was stupid enough-" The terrorist leader was cut when he open the door and face-to-face with a riffle barrel
"Boom" Izuku who point his riffle at said before he headshot the terrorist leader
Everyone inside the gym are shocked when the see the terrorist leader headshoted right in front of them. But what surprise them as well, is that they see soldiers in the entrance door
"Move, move, move!" Izuku ordered then he and Delta 9 enter the gym and start shooting the terrorists inside
"Everyone put your heads down! Put your heads down!" Kei ordered making everyone to put their heads down and protect it with their arms
"Left side, left side!" Izuku ordered as he Yuri shoot some terrorists on the left side
"What the fu-" A terrorist is cut when several hot leads pierce his head
"Advancing!" Izuku ordered as Delta 9 push forwards deeper inside the gym
"Above! On the railing!" Roach yell as he see some terrorists above them
"Shoot 'em down! Shoot 'em down!" Izuku ordered as he and his team tries to kill every terrorists they see
After a few minutes, the firefight stop, most of the terrorists are dead
"Cease fire! Check your surrounding!" Izuku ordered
"Clear!" Kei inform
"Clear!" Yuri inform
"Clear!" Roach inform
"Clear! Shogun this Delta 9-1..." Izuku said making all of Class 1-A to look up in surprise "...U.A.'s gym is secured" Izuku reported before looking at the students inside the gym "All civvies are alive" Izuku reported
"Solid copy, but be advised, ISR has shown large enemy reinforcement heading to your location. Our transport cannot land until you secure the gym and LZ" Shogun inform
"Copy your last" Izuku comply then he look at his team "We got hostile reinforcement incoming. Defensive position" Izuku ordered
"Midoriya...?" Uraraka said surprise seeing Izuku standing in the middle of the room
"It's good to see you all again, though I hope under different circumstances" Izuku said as he walk to the entrance door
"Dad...!" Eri tear up seeing Izuku still alive
"Stay with Uravity! Don't came close! Stay with her until the situation is secured!" Izuku told Eri who almost run to him
"But dad..." Eri said surprise since Izuku never yell at her
"I'm sorry, little girl! Stay with Uravity for now!" Izuku told Eri
Uraraka hug Eri in a protective manner "Please just listen to him, Eri" Uraraka told Eri while crying "You dad is still at work" She said tearing up
"Dad..." Eri tear up seeing Izuku walk away
"Young Midoriya. What we can do to help?" All Might ask as he stand up
"To fight? Nothing! Just make sure everyone is behind cover!" Izuku reply
"But we can help!" Present Mic yell
"Shut up and cover everyone! Just stay back!" Izuku yell
"We are heroes as well, Midoriya. We-" Vlad King is cut by Izuku
"This is War!" Izuku yell angrily making everyone to be silent "War! Not a fight, not a battle. War! You heroes are not authorized to fight in a war! You all doesn't have the training, the weapons, and the guts to fight a war!" Izuku yell
"What do you mean we doesn't have the guts to fight, guns?!" Bakugou yell angrily as he stand up
"Can you kill?!" Izuku yell making Bakugou to be silent "Can you kill?!" Izuku yell again, but Bakugou stay silent "Look at that guy over there!" Izuku point at a dead terrorist "You always say "dead, die, death, kill" but can you kill that terrorist for real?!" Izuku yell and Bakugou continue to silent
"M-M-Midoriya... You don't have to-" Iida is cut By Izuku
"Can you kill?!" Izuku yell at Iida, startling him. Izuku look at everyone in the gym "Can any of you kill any of the terrorists if they still alive?! Huh?!" Izuku ask them all. The students only look down or look away, unable to answer
"Exactly! You can't! The enemy that we are fighting are not the type that you defeat and arrest! But the type of enemy that you kill! If you cannot kill, then you cannot help me!" Izuku yell making everyone to look down in frustration
"...just stay down, stay behind cover, and let me and my team do our job. I'm just asking you to stand down. It's not that hard" Izuku said tired of yelling
"I hate to say this. But enemy reinforcement are coming, Iz!" Kei yell from the main door
"Close that door! Get into defensive position!" Izuku ordered as he run to the main door
Kei and Yuri close the main door and then get into a firing stance in front of the door
"So what's next?" Kei ask
"Wait" Izuku reply confusing Kei
"Wait for what?" Kei ask
"For them to get closer" Izuku reply
"Copy" Kei nod
The students then move away from the entrance door while Cementos create cement wall to protect the students
"Wait" Izuku said as his team ready to pull the trigger
As they wait, the atmosphere become more tense as the students are trying to take cover while the teachers are trying to protect the students
"Wait" Izuku said when suddenly the entrance door's handle move "Open fire!" Izuku yell
Delta 9 then open fire and shoot the enemies behind the door. The students close their ears and eyes terrified while the teachers look in horror as Delta 9 kill the terrorist without mercy
"GRAHHHHH!!!" Suddenly a monster-like quirk terrorist charge forward and blast through the entrance door
"Muscle type!" Kei yell as he tries to shoot the head
The monster terrorist charge forward toward Delta 9. Izuku put his riffle away and charge at the monster terrorist. The two collided and began a contest of strength
"GRAAAAHHHH!!! I'll kill you!" The monster terrorist scream
"Not if I kill you first!" Izuku yell back
The monster terrorist then grab Izuku's chest and throw him back. Izuku hit and destroy Cementos's wall making him to crash in the middle of the covering and terrified students
"GRAAAHHHHH!!!" The monster terrorist charge towards Izuku
Izuku get up, engage his thruster and jump towards the monster, stopping him before reaching the students
The monster tries to squeeze Izuku, but Izuku move at the last second. The monster get up and roar before charging at Izuku
The monster swing wide but Izuku duck down before punching the monster's stomach, making him to puke blood. The monster punch down but Izuku spin then punch the monster's face. The monster shake his head before smacking Izuku away. Izuku recover quickly
The monster charge forward and grab a piece of cement wall and thrust it downward, but Izuku dodge before climbing the monster's arm and kick his face, making the monster to stumble back
Izuku land then deploy his 20cm/8inch retractable tactical blade before engaging his thruster and jump toward the monster and thrust his blade at the monster's heart. The monster scream loudly as he fall to the ground with Izuku on his chest
"How about you shut up" Izuku said as he pull back the blade from the monster's chest then thrust it towards the monster's face. The monster growl weakly before finally dying
Izuku pull back the blade and stand up and look at the monster he just killed with a cold expression while the students look at Izuku horrified. Izuku just kill someone with cold blood and a brutal way. Izuku wipe his blade before retracting it
"We got more incoming!" Kei yell from the entrance
Izuku get off the monster and grab the monster's arm "Out of the way!" Izuku yell before he throw the monster towards the entrance, hitting several terrorists trying to get inside the gym
"I though you didn't play bowling!" Kei yell as Izuku get back to the entrance
"Which part of that is bowling?!" Izuku yell as he grab his riffle and began shooting
As Delta 9 continue to shoot down any Liberation terrorists heading towards the gym. More Liberation reinforcement are coming and starting to overwhelm Delta 9
"Shit! They're endless!" Kei yell as he take cover
"Keep shooting!" Izuku yell as he shoot some terrorists
"Iz, we're outnumber 10 to 1! It doesn't help that we also crash landed in the city and fight our way to U.A.! We're low ammo here! This is my last mag!" Kei yell as he show Izuku his last mag before reloading
"Yuri, Roach! What's your ammo count?!" Izuku yell
"I'm almost dry!" Roach reply
"I have 2 mags left!" Yuri reply
"Shit!" Izuku curse annoyed "Shogun, this is Delta 9-1! Large enemy foot mobiles are approaching our AO! We're close being overrun! Requesting air support, over!" Izuku requested
"Delta 9-1, Shogun actual. You have USAF fast movers approaching your AO. Callsign "Warwolf" They all yours" Shogun inform
"American Warwolf Squadron. This is Delta 9-1, do you copy?" Izuku ask in English
"Delta 9-1, this is Warwolf lead. I copy, what do you need?" Warwolf 1 reply
"Requesting heavy air strike at U.A. High School! We have large enemy forces approaching survivors in here!" Izuku yell
"Acknowledge. Send coordinates" Warwolf 1 reply
"Kei! Marked them!" Izuku ordered as he shoot down some terrorists
"Warwolf 1, this is Delta 9-2, coordinates as follows: Grid 9-7-4-3-5-2. We'll be lazing. Code 1-2-0!" Kei inform
"Coordinates marked, we're en route. ETA 30 seconds" Warwolf 1 reply
"Roger! 30 second gentlemen!" Izuku yell
"I don't think we'll last that long!" Roach yell while shooting the enemy
"We got no choice!" Izuku yell
"I'm out!" Kei yell as he out away his riffle and grab his pistol
"Frag out!" Yuri yell as he throw a frag grenade
"Delta 9-1, Warwolf 1. The marked targets is in close proximity to a building. Need confirmation if the building is empty" Warwolf 1 request
"Negative! We're inside the building!" Izuku reply "Hit everything outside the building with everything you got!" Izuku ordered
"Delta 9-1, that is extremely danger close. The blast might destroy the building" Warwolf 1 said
"We're close being overrun! We got no choice! Send it!" Izuku yell
"Delta 9-1, affirmative. Warwolf 1. Bombs away" Warwolf 1 inform the he and Warwolf 3 bomb everything outside the gym building, massive explosion is created right in front gym building
"Take cover!" Izuku yell as he and his team and everyone inside the gym building get down and take cover
"Warwolf 2, bombs away" Warwolf 2 inform then he and Warwolf 4 bomb everything outside the gym building, the bombs created massive explosion and hard hitting shockwave hit the gym building
"AHHHHHHH!!!" The students inside the gym scream terrified as the shockwave shook the gym building severely
A few seconds later, the shaking stop. Everyone slowly look up and each other, trying to figure out if they still alive
"Everybody alright?!" Izuku yell as he get up "Anyone hurt?!" Izuku ask
"We all good!" Someone from behind yell
Delta 9 get up and look outside and see the large crater and multiple dead bodies scatter around the gym
"I think we got them" Roach said
"Blyat" Yuri curse
"I though the mission is to protect the civvies, not to put them in harms way" Kei commented
"Desperate times call for desperate measures, Kei" Izuku told him "Shogun, U.A.'s gym is secured, again. Land those birds" Izuku reported
"Solid copy. ISR has picked up some tangos around the gym, but others teams already dealt with them. We're sending down the birds" Shogun reply
"Solid copy. Delta 9-1 out" Izuku call of the radio call before sighing out. He look at the students inside the gym "Everything is cleared now! It's alright to came out from cover! But stay inside the gym until further notice!" Izuku told the students making them to slowly came out from Cementos's wall cover
Izuku look outside and put his riffle away before looking at the blood on his right arm from the monster that he killed earlier
"Dad!" Eri yell as she run towards Izuku
Izuku look at Eri then he kneel down and let Eri hug him. Izuku about to hug Eri but stop when he see blood on his hands. Izuku clench his right fist tightly and let Eri hug him
"Holy damn, Midoriya. I though we all won't see you again" Kirishima said as Class 1-A approach Izuku
"Yeah, with all the chaos that happen. We even though you are dead when you didn't answer any of our calls" Kaminari agree
"Sorry" Izuku lift Eri on his arms "The past week I've been busy fighting in the frontline. Don't have time to answer your calls. Hell, I don't even have time to sleep" Izuku explain
"Midoriya..." Uraraka approach Izuku and Eri while tearing up
"Sorry I didn't reply to your calls" Izuku apologize
Uraraka shake her head "It's okay" He wipe her tears "At least I know you alive" She claim trying to smile between her tears
"Wait, don't have time to sleep...?" Sato realize what Izuku said earlier
"Yeah. Last time I have sleep or have any kind of rest is... a week ago...? I don't really know, the whole nation wide war is more important than some sleep" Izuku reply
"But you still need rest. And you look far from ready for battle, you look rather worn out" Yaoyorozu said
"Because I am. I did say that the last time I have sleep is a week ago" Izuku said tiredly
"That's a record. My longest non-sleep is 5 days. And that is mostly just laying around lazily" Shinso said as he approach Class 1-A
"I got no time to rest. My comrades and countrymen are dying every second. I have to fight" Izuku claim
"Dad... you will stay, right...? You will stay, right...?" Eri ask tearing up on Izuku's arm
"...I'm sorry, little girl. I still have a job to do. After this I, will be redeployed somewhere else" Izuku apologize, feeling bad for leaving Eri behind and not able to protect her himself
"No! Don't go!" Eri hug Izuku tightly refusing to let Izuku to go away again
"I promise that I'll come back, right? Here I am, back to you. Once I redeployed, I will make the same promise. And I will go back to you again" Izuku promises to the crying girl on his arm
"Sorry to break the moment, Iz. While you reunited with your class and daughter, I just got a call from Shogun that we are to stationed here until further notice" Kei told Izuku as he approach him
"Then let's make the best of the time we have. Go to the teachers and told them about the refugee center. I'll coordinate the supply birds" Izuku ordered
"Iz, Shogun want us to rest" Kei told Izuku
"No time for rest, Kei" Izuku claim
"He insist. We need to restore our strength and clean up our minds before we redeployed. And spend time with your daughter, Iz. While you still have time" Kei said
"Sigh... fine. Once you finished telling the teachers, go to 1-A Alliance. There's a few empty rooms with beds, take Yuri and Roach to rest there" Izuku told Kei
"Wilco" Kei comply before walking towards the teachers
"Refugee center?" Iida ask confuse as others
"U.A., despite being attacked, are free from the gas and most of the buildings are still intact. Meanwhile the city of Musutafu is not so much. Even after the allied forces retake the city, the civilian have nowhere to go because of the gas and destroyed infrastructures" Izuku explain
"So you want to use U.A. as a refugee center for those survivors" Ojiro realize
"Exactly. We got some troops ready to make U.A., especially the 3 fake cities, into a refugee center. But we are badly lack manpower. So I was thinking of asking everyone in here to help as well" Izuku said surprising them
"I know what I asked is a lot, especially is this difficult times, and I'm not forcing you-" Izuku is cut by Kirishima
"I'm in!" Kirishima yell surprising everyone " I'll do whatever it takes! You want me to lift some supply, break down walls, or do something else - I'll do it" Kirishima claim
"I'm in as well. At least I could help" Todoroki claim
"So am I!" Mina yell "I'll help whatever I can!" She claim
"I can create some necessary equipment to help as well, Midoriya" Yaoyorozu claim
"You said that we cannot help you fight in the frontline. So we help you behind here" Iida claim smiling
Uraraka hold Izuku's left arm and squeeze it tightly "We know you always fight for us, Midoriya. This time, let us fight with you" She said smiling despite shaken by recent event
"I... I want to help as well.... You fight so hard alone, dad. I... I want to help you, too..." Eri said trying not to cry again
Izuku look at Eri, then Uraraka, then his classmate, then the students and teachers on the back who's being inform of the refugee plan. Izuku nod "Alright, let's do this" Izuku said seriously
