Final what Keith saw in the Sky was a portal.
And something was coming out of it and it looked like people and They were falling into different place. The best prospective was from the lady that was still on the balcony and see the whole city in panic. When she turned around and see a girl almost the same age as Ethan and was wearing a Ninja outfit.
