Third person point of view
Leo felt tired of the amount of paper work he needs to handle. Most of the time the break he took was for lunch. It felt as if his eyes were on fire. Once he was done eating, he went back to work. He saw Zara walk in after sometime, to get his signatures. He could see that she was a little disturbed. " What happened ? " Zara looked at him not knowing what to say. " You look a little disturbed. Did something happen ? " Zara hesitated a little. " Sir, the thing is..... "
During the lunch time, Kayla walked into the cafeteria. She heard an employee who was sitting on a table with a few more employees, speaking about her. " I heard that she is here, because of the connections. It looks like she is not good at the work too ". Kayla smirked. If it was any other place she wouldn't have said anything. But she joined here was only to cause trouble. So she walked to the counter and brought food and a drink. She put her food on a table and walked to the employee who spoke about her.
Kayla tapped her shoulder. She turned around and stood up. " What is it ? " Kayla sighed. " What did you say about me ? " The female employee smirked. " Why ? Is it not the truth ? " Kayla chuckled lowly and poured the drink over the employee's head. The female employee was shocked. " Did you even see me work or do you know about me ? Who gave you right to speak about me behind my back ?! " The employee took deep breaths and stomped away wiping her tears. Kayla went to the table she put her food on and sat down. She ate like nothing happened at all.
" This is what happened sir ". Leo couldn't help but clench his teeth. She was causing trouble on purpose. " Inform her that this kind of behavior is not encouraged. Ask her to apologize and if it repeats, action will be taken ". " Yes sir. I will make sure to let her know ". Leo handed the file back and Zara walked out. Leo sat back in his chair and fell in thought. He didn't really know what Kayla was gaining by working here. He had his doubts but still couldn't confirm any of them. He went back to work as he got no time to waste.
Ken was walking along with Luke to the elevator to leave for the day. " I have something to tell you ". Luke turned to Ken. " What happened ? " Ken told everything that happened at Leo's office. Luke couldn't help but feel agitated. " What is it with her ? " Luke felt like steam was coming out of his ears. They looked at each other and sighed. " She is going around looking for trouble ". Luke nodded. " Do you think it is possible to speed up things ? " Ken thought for a second. " I think I can try it. But for a few consequences, we have to face them ". Luke nodded. " Don't worry. I will take care of it ".
Ken nodded. Luke walked to his car and Ken to his. Luke was wondering about Leo's situation, he might be disturbed because of all the ruckus at the office. So, he stopped by at a flower shop to buy a rose. He bought a red one. He went home and rang the bell. Leo wondered about the person who might be ringing the bell. There is not really anyone who pays a visit. He opened the door and saw Luke standing with a rose. Leo was surprised and shook his head. " What are you doing ? " Leo asked with a hint of smile in his tone. " Here, this is for you ".
Luke handed the flower. Leo took it and stepped aside letting Luke enter. " Anything special ? " " I just wanted to give it to you. Should there be an occasion for me giving a rose to my lil' meow meow ? " Leo giggled and walked to the couch with Luke behind him. " I didn't mean it like that ". Leo turned around and felt a push. He squealed at the sudden force. He fell on the couch and Luke got on top of him. " W-what are you doing ? " Leo yelled and his eyes were shaking.
" Since you like the one I gave you, why don't you give me something in return ? " Leo could see the mischief in Luke's eyes and his eyes went wide. " Luke, get off me ". Leo pushed Luke, but he didn't move. Luke held Leo's hands on either side of his head, without letting him squirm. " What are you doing ? " Luke bent down and kissed his lips. Leo tried to resist but he couldn't control his mind anymore.
Leo responded back. Luke was sucking at Leo's lips and kissing him. He pulled away to meet Leo's eyes. He kissed Leo's cheek and then trailed kisses till his ears which were red. He bit slightly at the ear shell making Leo hiss. He then kissed his neck making Leo gasp softly. " Luke, stop...it...." Leo's breath was turning heavy. He closed his eyes and bit his lip. He was trying to stop the moan that was willing to leave his lips.
Luke only kissed him harder and Leo couldn't hold the moan anymore. Hearing his voice only turned on Luke. " Please, Luke ". Luke looked up to meet Leo's eyes. " Call me daddy ". Leo was looking at him and Luke went to kiss his neck again. Leo tried to free his hands, but Luke's grip was tight. Leo was panting. He felt Luke loosen the grip on his hand and it was going down his chest. Luke put his hand under Leo's shirt making him gasp.
" Daddy ". Leo's voice was husky and it sounded sexy and seductive to Luke's ears; very pleasing. Luke locked eyes with Leo again. Leo freed both of his hands and put them around Luke's neck to pull him for a kiss. Leo could feel electricity run through his veins. His tongue was dancing along with Luke's. When they pulled away, they were both panting heavily. " You need not worry about anything as long as you have me ". Luke gave one last peck on Leo's lips and got off of him.
They both sat up properly. Leo pulled his shirt properly and his whole body has turned red. Luke chuckled and moved closer to Leo's ear. " I will leave you for now, but after dinner you cannot escape anywhere ". Leo gulped at Luke's words and felt goose bumps all over when he heard Luke's voice. Luke chuckled and walked up the stairs to take a shower. He needs to take a cold shower for sure. If Luke catches a cold due to number of cold showers he is taking, he is definitely going to blame Leo.
Leo fell back on the couch and felt his skin was still hot. He saw the rose which was abandoned on the floor. He picked it up to put it in a vase. He took a few deep breaths and then went to the kitchen. He smiled and thought Luke was always there to cheer him up. Luke was always there with him and he would forget all his worries when he was with Luke.
Kayla took a sip of the wine in her hand. She was in her room drinking again. She heard about Luke coming to the office and all the rumors that are flying around in the office. She was burning with rage. Her grip on the glass tightened. Her heart was filled with jealousy and hatred. She let out a raged breath. She got some information about the projects. She needs to know about them a little more and she will hand over it to her father. Her lips curved into a sinister smile at the thought of crumbling Leo's company when it was in his hands. She picked up her phone to make a call.
" Hello ". " How is it going ? " " We are able to gather some information ma'am. I will try my best to finish it as soon as possible ". " Good. I've sent the money to your account ". " Thank you ma'am ". She cut the call and put her phone aside taking another sip feeling somewhat relieved thinking things were going like she wants to. The person on the other side saw a man who was dressed fully in black standing in front of him. He gulped hard and wiped his hands on his pants as he was sweating more than usual. " I will tell you everything. But please don't kill me or tell my name ".
The guy in black only smirked which made him shiver. The one who looked like the boss removed his cap and a beautiful face can be seen in the dim lighting. Ken gave a smirk that would send chills through one's spine. Wonder what Jade would react like if he sees this side of Ken. Once he finished his work, he walked out putting his mask, glasses and cap back on. He walked to the end of the street and found a car parked there.
The window rolled and Ken saw Jade. Jade raised his eyebrow with a small smirk. Ken shook his head smiling and entered the car and removed his mask and glasses. He turned to look at Jade. " You are not going to listen to me, are you ? " Jade smiled and shook his head. " Anything except this ". Ken shook his head. " So stubborn ". Jade chuckled. " Yes. I am ". Ken rolled his eyes looking away. Jade took a deep breath. " So..." Ken turned to look at Jade as Jade did the same. " All clear ? " Ken nodded with a smile. " Yep ". " Cool ". Jade started the car and they drove away.

Don't even ask me why this is so long. I don't know too. 😂🤦🏻♀️Sometimes I think, I should've just released the whole story in a single chapter. 😂 I keep finding myself unable to divide them properly. 🤦🏻♀️ Anyway it was a nice one, so it is fine I guess.😂😂

I don't know if you doubt ' why isn't Leo just removing Kayla ? ' I will clear it from my perspective. The thing is Kayla isn't a normal employee. So even if she did that, he cannot just fire her. And he isn't ready to just risk things because it is not his company at the end. His mother wouldn't let it be. I don't really know how to explain it , but I guess you guys get the gist of it. So yeah.

This is an actual conversation we both had. We were both thinking the exact same things while we were going through this chapter. It was both memorable and funny at how much in sync we were.😂
