Lilliana Gibbs. The daughter of Shannon and Jethro Gibbs, sister of Kelly. When her mother and sister were killed Lily was with her grandfather Jackson in Stillwater. Jethro never came to get her after the funeral, just left her with Jackson.
Lily walked down the street towards her grandfather's shop, smiling and waving to some people. She slowed to a stop just outside the door when she spotted a man and woman alone inside. Lily silently made her way around back and came in through the back door, just standing behind the counter.
'Uh, McGee?'
They were talking to someone on the computer. The man frowned into the screen, "Yeah?"
A male voice now came through, 'Turn around.'
The two people slowly turned around and met eyes with Lily's blue ones. The woman spoke first, "Who are you?"
Lily narrowed her eyes, "I should ask you that, never seen you before."
The man she guesses is McGee pulled out a badge, "NCIS, McGee and David." He had gestured to the woman at the last name. "Who are you?"
Lily shrugged, "A clerk here in the store, Lily."
The woman nodded, "When did you get here?"
McGee looked back to Lily with a curious look, the redhead once again shrugged before going to the back and starting to take stock.
Lily stayed back there until she heard the shop door chime and her grandfather's voice ring out, "Everybody's always lying to you all the time. Can't you ever take things as you see 'em?"
The redhead was about to come out front to see him when she heard his voice, "I see people lying to me."
"You were such a happy child."
"Boss, I talked to Tony and Abby." McGee now spoke.
"Boss? You make them call you that?" There was a pause form her grandfather. He soon laughed while speaking, "He's not a...are you a boss, Leroy?"
"Blood traces from LaCombe's ring will help us ID two of his attackers."
"As far as how they found him, LaCombe's squad in Iraq made a video and put it on the Net."
"It was posted a month ago, and already has almost half million hits."
Lily zoned out now, he was here. And it wasn't because he wanted to see her, it was because her old friend Ethan was alive, apparently. Somehow, even though it shouldn't, it hurt. Knowing that her own father wants nothing to do with her.
His voice brought her back, "It could have been anyone. But they lied to me about it."
The way her spoke to her grandfather made her angry. Lily silently walked out and stood behind him, "Oh no, someone lied to you, big deal." Gibbs was startled, he turned around to her fast. "Why's it so shocking? People lie all the time."
Lily now made her way behind the counter as Gibbs studied her for a moment. Jackson sighed and walked over to her, "Thank you for holding down the fort, Lily."
"Anything for you, just tell me if there's going to be random people in the store next time." Jackson laughed and nodded, giving Lily a hug. "I'll come and see you in the morning, night."
"Goodnight, Bug."
Lily stared Gibbs down for a moment before rolling her eyes and leaving out the front door. Gibbs sighed, looking down at the floor.

Lily walked down the road to the store once more, but she looked behind her for a second and saw Chuck and the Sheriff. She sighed heading inside and going straight to Jackson, giving him a kiss on the cheek.
She ignored Gibbs deliberately, choosing to go behind the counter while Chuck and the Sheriff came inside. Her grandfather looked over, "Oh, Chuck. Ed."
Chuck looked to Gibbs, "I've got some complaints to register on behalf of my employees. You've been sifting through their trash." He had that filthy smile of his on.
"I told you to come to me if you needed anything," the Sheriff just wanted to protect his buddy to Lily.
Gibbs raised his brows at them, "You did. I will."
"Be civilized, Leroy." Chuck sat himself down at the table as Lily cringed, that was a look Gibbs caught. "You ask me, I think this is about a grudge."
"I got Ethan LaCombe's juvenile record unsealed. That car he stole belonged to you." Gibbs now gestured to the Sheriff, "The arrest report was written by Ed here. You made sure he did time."
Chuck sighed, "We are law-abiding citizens. I can't tolerate that kind of behavior."
"You just couldn't get rid of him." Gibbs spoke with a smirk, Lily narrowed her eyes at Chuck.
"You want to settle the score? Why don't we handle it like men?"
Gibbs laughed a little, "I know how you two handle things."
The Sheriff stared Gibbs down, "Sure you want to pick this fight?"
"Wasn't my choice." Chuck shook his head slightly at the answer, getting up and exiting with the Sheriff in tow. Lily rolled her eyes once more, muttering 'bastards' under her breath. Gibbs looked over at her, "What'd they do to you?"
Lily looked over at him sharply, "I don't have to tell you anything."
Jackson looked back at her before looking at Gibbs, "Chuck's son-in-law likes to get handsy with her at the bar."
"Gramps!" Lily shook her head at him in disbelief. "He doesn't deserve to know anything about my life." She made her way to the back quickly.
Gibbs looked at where she disappeared, Jackson watched his face. He looked back towards where Lily was and turned to Gibbs, "Lily has started many bar fights about Kingston getting handsy. She's just like you."
Gibbs gave him a look, "She's not like me."
"Sure she is. Did you know Lily is a Marine?" Gibbs looked over with a look of surprise, "Yeah, she's already done two tours, back to back."
Gibbs looked back to where she disappeared with his unreadable look.

Gibbs, Jackson, and Tony were talking as Lily walked up to the blue mustang, "See ya, McGee, David."
"Lily, was wondering where you disappeared to." McGee shook her hand in goodbye.
Lily nodded, "Yeah, I had to take care of something."
"Hi, Abby Sciuto." The eccentric woman shook Lily's hand.
"Lily."
McGee and Abby watched as she stared off at Gibbs with an unreadable look. Abby frowned for a second, "Do you know Gibbs?"
Lily looked at them with a tight smile, "Barely."
Tony now walked up to them with the keys. He smiled and stuck his hand out for Lily, "Hi. Very Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo, and you are..?" The redhead stared at him, "Scaring me, I'll be in the car." McGee and Abby laughed, getting into the back seat.
Gibbs walked up to Lily, the windows were still down for the rest of the team. They wondered how they knew each other.
Gibbs stared into her eyes, the ones she got from him. "I'm sorry, for breaking my promise." That left them wondering, especially the fact that Gibbs just apologized.
Lily scanned his face, frowning slightly. "Rule 6."
The man laughed slightly, tilting his head a little. "You remember those."
The redhead shook her head while looking into his eyes, "I remember everything, I have an eidetic memory. You would know that..."
"If I'd kept my promise," Gibbs silently wrapped his arms around Lily, she just set her hands on his sides.
When he let go, Lily looked up at him again. "You should call sometime."
Gibbs nodded, "Goodbye, Lily."
She smiled a little, "Bye, Dad." With that, Lily walked over to Jackson and Gibbs over to the Hemi. He looked back at the sound of a whistle, Lily called out to him. "And take care of my baby! I worked hard on her!"
Gibbs laughed, looking down, before looking back at her, "I will!"

Tony looked at Ziva, McGee, and Abby. "She's a Gibbs."
They all looked back at Lily in disbelief while Gibbs pulled away from the curb.
