Aurora's POV:
i was sitting in our bed and i got bored, so i chose to get up and bother Leo in his office. i made my way there and knocked the door and heard a 'come in'
he looked up from his documents "hey babe" i curled up into a ball on his lap and started playing with his hair.
he chuckled "you really have nothing to do?"
" Liam is in school and the guys are in training. Rosie is in her book club and Alex is sleeping. so i chose to bother you, because your my favorite" i started tracing shapes with my finger on his hand
"your presence is all i need, your not annoying me principessa"
"damn it. i just failed my job"
he laughed and lifted my chin with his pointer which made me look straight into his eyes, the deep blue see i fell in love with gazing into. he captured our lips in a soft kiss, and our tongues danced in synchronization. we pulled away and i rested my head on his warm chest as he continued working.
i felt a bit uncomfortable so i switched my position. i sat in a pretzel position on his lap.
"principessa, what are you doing?"
"I'm just playing around"
he started laughing but we were cut off by his phone ringing, i got up from his lap and leaned on his desk while he answered.
"che cosa?! preparati adesso. stasera finiremo Romeo."
(Translation: what?! get ready now. tonight we'll finish Romeo.)
i looked at him with worry but he shook his head "its nothing, just work stuff"
i raised an eyebrow "veramente? leonidas ti sei dimenticato che parlo italiano? tu sei stato quello che mi ha ordinato di impararlo." he face palmed his forehead
(Translation: really? Leonidas did you forget that i speak Italian? you were the one who ordered me to learn it.)
"I'm going to make Kamal teach me Arabic so you wont know what I'm saying" Leo mumbled
"i speak Arabic too, try another language"
his eyes widened "i don't know whether to be impressed or pissed."
"both" i chuckled "now back to Romeo."
he sighed "your my queen, I'm not going to keep secrets from you. Romeo attacked 2 of our transport bases. he's been getting out of control. we're going to attack his secret base tonight and finish him for good."
"I'm coming"
"No. No your not, don't even think about it. last time you did we almost lost you"
"but i got both the electronic transcripts and the physical ones, and i even unlocked all the doors you needed. just admit it I'm useful. Leo i cant just sit around and wait while the person who kidnapped me, almost killed me, and also claimed that i am 'his' walk away like nothing happened. its either i come with you, or i hide in the trunks or something without you knowing."
for an entire minute Leo stayed quiet and kept thinking. he sighed "fine, but this time your going to stay beside me the whole time"
"thank you for trusting me" i hugged him tight
he put his chin on my head "your my queen, that's why"

in 30 minutes we had everything ready. the cars, the weapons, the earpieces, tech equipment, etc. you name it, we got it ready. i wore a black leather jacket and jeans with black platform combat boots.
leo wore a black t-shirt and a pair of jeans with his gun strap around his chest.
we stood ready with our weapons waiting for Leo to give us the signal so we can get in the cars and begin the mission. it was currently 11 pm at night. we needed the dark so it would be harder for the ultores to fight back.
"ok listen up everyone! tonight we will finish Romeo and the Ultores Mafia. every. last. one of them. your going to fight with all your strength, with all your might. no mercy, no pity, and no hesitation" Leo's deep voice boomed around the room radiating power.
"You will fight with your life for your family, you will fight for your brothers and sisters who were lost fighting against the ultores, am i clear?"
"Yes sir" his soldiers chanted
"i said do i make my self clear?" he said louder
"Yes Sir!" they chanted even louder
"we will make history. they will be a lesson to anyone who thinks they can mess with the imperium empire and Leonidas Gambino and get away with it." he signaled for us to get in the cars
it was silent for most of the car ride. no one spoke, all of us were worried in some way or another but none of us wanted to make the others worry, so we stayed silent.
"i just wanted to say that, we all know that this isn't a normal mission, Romeo has only gotten stronger. but no matter what happens tonight, i will fight by your side. and I'm glad i met all of you." Antonio spoke up
"were by your side mate, through thick and thin." chase replied
"through our fake honeymoon and our real one" Noah said and we all chuckled
"through earth and the skies." Xavier
"through heaven and hell." Alex said
"till the very end." i said
"through the after life" Leo finally spoke

we finally reached the ultores's secret base. we set the vans with the moving lab that sends a connection we can speak through, using our earpieces, so the ultores cant intrude because its encrypted.
we all stood there, side by side, holding our guns, knives and daggers, and chains. we had snipers set all around the perimeter. by now it was already 12 am, we had 6 hours till sunrise. we had to finish this all before then to start a new era.
we were waiting for Leo's signal.
so we can start the end of the ultores.
so we can begin the new reign.
