Making a short story for Jungwon since it's his birthday today...
It was February 8, 2021.
You were at the mall with your Bestfriend looking for a present for your Boyfriend's birthday tomorrow.
"Should I get him this?" You showed your bestfriend what you're holding and s/he shook her/his head.
"Y/n, you're dating a kpop idol. He doesn't need that." S/he said
"What if he likes it?" You asked
"No, he won't. C'mon I bet there's more stuff in the 2nd Floor" S/he said and grabbed you before you could put the thing back to it's place.
While s/he was dragging you, you clinged on to the item you were holding earlier.
'I should just buy it if ever he doesn't like the other gift.' you thought to yourself

You went home with two of your gifts and sat down on the couch.
You cooked dinner with his favorite meals.
You heard the door knob unlock and heard his footsteps.
You placed some small details to the dish but you felt someone's hands on your waist.
"You're home." You said
"I'm finally home." He giggled you turned around to face him and he looked so tired
"Awee, busy schedule?" You asked him
"Yeah. We had three photoshoots in one day and I had to wake up at 3 in the morning." He said as he pouted and you kissed his forehead
"Awee poor baby. I guess you won't eat the meal I cooked for you." You said and his eyes widened
"Hey, I never said I couldn't eat." He said and you both laughed
After eating you talked for a bit and you decided to watch a movie together.
"The girl wasn't suppose to go there but her mother forced her to do so and-" You looked at him and he was already sleeping on your lap
You stroke his hair with your fingers and booped his nose
"I hope you have the best birthday tomorrow." You said while cupping his cheek

In the morning you woke up on your bed but he wasn't there with you.
You went down the stairs but he wasn't around.
"I guess he left already." You said to yourself and your phone rang
"Hello?" You said
"Yah! Wake up! We're going to your house. We need to prepare and decorate." Jay said
"What? I thought you guys were busy?" You asked him
"Jungwon's is busy for his birthday shoot. Now hurry up, take a bath and wear something decent. We're almost there." He said and ended the call
You bolted to the bathroom and took a shower, you wore a white shirt and jeans for the lower.
After you finished changing you already heard the doorbell ring.
"Y/n! We're here!" They said and you ran to the main door
"Come in. Now let's hurry he'll arrive anytime soon." You said and called your friends for help

The food was already prepared. The decorations were placed. Everything was perfect.
Except, you didn't know which gift you'd give to your boyfriend.
"He's here!" Someone yelled and you guys hid behind/under the couch or tables.
You heard the door open and you guys yelled
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUNGWON!!!"
"Woww! A party for me? Thanks guys!!" He said and you went closer to him
"Happy birthday, babe!" You said and he carried you in his arms
"Thank you, babe. I love you so much!" He said
"Let's eat! Blow the candles!" Heeseung said and you guys sang
You guys ate food, played games, and lastly opened his birthday presents.
"Open mine first." Jay said
"Wow! A jacket! I've always wanted one from this brand!" He said and Jay patted his head
"MY TURN!" Heeseung said
"It's a picture...of you, hyung." He said
"Ofcourse it's a picture of me. If ever you miss me just look at this picture." He said and all of you laughed
"LASTLY, Y/N!!!" They yelled
"Here, I hope you like it." You said and hand him the gift
"Oh. It's a massager?" He said
"Yeah, you've been so tired lately and I want you to relax and y'know." You said
"But we have a massage chair in the compan-" Jake said and Niki covered his lips
"Omg! I forgot! I'm so sorry." You cried and left the living room but Jungwon followed you
"Wait Y/n!" He said
"Your gift doesn't need to be perfect. I'm already happy that you're my girl/boyfriend. You're my gift." He said and hugged you
"Really?" You asked him
"Yes. Don't worry about it." He said
"I actually have another gift for you." You said
"What is it?" He asked
"Here. It's not the most expensive and perfect but it's memorable." You gave him a box and he opened it
"A bracelet with our first initials??" He said
"I have another pair so we can match. Do you like it?" You asked him
"Like it? I love it!!! This is the best birthday gift a guy could ever ask for!! I'll never take it off!!!" He said and hugged you

2 weeks later he was performing live in MBank
He was performing "Let Me In" and you noticed a familiar item on his wrist
(He wasn't wearing anything on his wrist here so just imagine he was.)
It was the bracelet you bought for him as a gift.
"He never took it off." You said and smiled
End.
