Hisoka and Illumi exchanged glances , then look back at Y/n "it's fine you guys! Me and (d/n) are going to catch up. So that means it's girl time so go." Y/n smiled and tickled the toddler. Causing the small child burst of laughter, and Hisoka to chuckle at the view.
They follow the doctor out the door, far from ear range to Y/n and into the doctors office. "Good news she remembers who all of you are, but not one bit what happened.... this could potentially be super bad"
Hisoka nodded "I agree~ Chrollo we can't have her remember." Hisoka glares at Chrollo. "Well maybe, just maybe. All of this wouldn't have happened if you had self control Hisoka" Illumi sighed pinching the bridge of his own nose.
"I can work something out, after all I have book full of nen abilities but no promises. One day , it will start to come to her as dreams... eventually things will trigger her memories till it all hits her at once" Chrollo took the book out a drawer and started flipping through pages.
"My pins are affective but if killua took out his... there no doubt she will find the pin. It's matter of time till she finds it, its working right now... but... it does has it weakness" Illumi takes out his phone.
"Well~ something is something~. Look guys... I am genuinely sorry~ I don't know what came over me... I honestly didn't wanna cheat~ I remember kindly declining the girl. Next thing I knew some woman was riding me and my wife walked in~" Hisoka sat down putting both hands on his face "she must've used her nen~ whatever nen ability it was~"
"Why didn't you fucking say that Hisoka ?" Illumi angrily asked. "I was in a tight spot!~ trust me, there was nothing I could have done~ there is no way she would've believed me. I killed her so, I'm better~"
"Man are you sure? You just got ra-" Hisoka glanced a death look at Chrollo "Don't~.Finish~.That~.Sentence~. I said I'm doing better, so pls let's not~." Chrollo nodded in response patting his back and gave him his space. Illumi sighed "Hisoka, you can always talk to us..... after all you are only human. All of us."
Hisokas head started to fill up with flash back of his terrible child hood, they played over and over. Clouding his thoughts , his breathing became heavily until a memory of you flashed.
*Flash back*
"Hiso" you put your hand on his shoulder, and with your other hand you lifted his face to face you. "It was just a nightmare, you are safe now. You have come very far, those are bad memories trying to torment you."
You hugged him tightly and kissed him.
*END OF FLASH BACK*
Chrollo , Illumi and Hisoka walk in back in the room where they found you looking out the window while rocking the sleeping monster. Without noticing, Hisoka lets out a relief sigh. Catching the assassin and phantom troupe boss attention. Illumi and Chrollo look at each other an nods.
"Me and Chrollo are gonna go, come up with something more affective that will last longer" Illumi whispered to Hisoka , and they walked off.
When the two man left, Hisoka didn't wanna move. He wanted this moment to last, he leaned at the door frame and watched you as you sang a soft low lullaby while the toddler slept.
*FLASH BACK*
Hisoka got home late from work, he sighed as he closed the entrance door behind him and took off his shoes "I'm not getting any younger~". He stretched letting out a soft tired moan. When out of nowhere he heard singing.
"That's odd... Y/n should've put (d/n) sleep a while back" he spoke to him self and started to walk upstairs, he quietly walked down the hall following the low soft singing. When he got the room from where the singing was coming from his eyes widen, falling in love all over again.
"~Dans mon esprit tout divague~ je me perds dans tes yeux" you sang away, Hisoka mesmerized by what his eyes was seeing and what his ears were hearing. He laid against the door frame enjoying the moment. 'She can sing in French~' Hisoka thought to him self as he felt his heart flatter.
"Je me noie dans la vague~ de ton regard amoureux~" Hisoka smiled and walked up to you, wrapping his arms around you and put his chin on your shoulder finishing the lyrics
"Je ne veux que ton âme~ divaguant sur ma peau~ une fleur , une femme~" Hisoka kissed your neck finishing that part as you followed up "dans ton coeur roméo".
You put the sleeping infant on the bed tugging her in. Hisoka couldn't help but keep up that childish smile. "Love why didn't you tell me you knew French ?~" he asked and you pecked him on the lips "didn't think it was important, it's the third language learned on the other hand... you didn't tell me ether" you giggled as you head out the child's room.
"Hmm~ I guess this night is full of surprises~" he smiled picking you up on his shoulders heading to your shared room "Hisoka!?" You giggled "time to make a second one".
*END OF FLAS BACK*
Hisoka falls back to reality, and nocks "May I come in~" he asked, you turn around and nod with a smile and whispered "of course silly" he walked in and softly took the sleeping child. "How long was I out for?" You asked sitting on the bed.
Hisoka does the same sitting next to you "a couple of days, mostly a week~" Hisoka replied. You nodded "what happened?" You asked innocently. "Darling nothing you have to worry about, I promise when I know you are better I will tell you~".
Based on his response and tone, you knew better not to keep pressing. You simply nodded putting your head on his shoulder. "Je t'aime tellement~" Hisoka said in a shaky voice.
Whatever happened must have scared him to the core, you stood up taking your daughter and putting her on the bed. After , you climb his lap and sat on it hugging him tightly. He hugged back not wanting to let go anytime soon, you leaned back a bit fixing a strand on his hair brushing it back with your hand.
You after kissed him and cupped his face, locking your eyes with his golden ones "Je t'aime aussi" you let out soft smile, you saw he shed a tear and with your thumb you rubbed it off. "Et je le ferai toujours".
You kissed him once more, and cuddled until he felt better.
