After Dianna siad an awkward good bye to Alex, She took care of Mandy. She lay her down on her bed, filled her up with water, put a bucket beside her and gave her some toast.
"Call me if it gets bad!" Dianna shouted before slamming Mandy's and walking out. She would of stayed longer with her but a family thing ahd just come up.
Marilin had called a meeting which was weird as she lived pretty far away now. She had gotten into Yale after leaving high school. She was in her third year there.
Josh lived pretty close to Dianna and was in medical school but was taking more of an interest in joining the army soon, which sacred Dianna.
Oscar, was now a senior. He had turned out just like Josh but a bit smarter.
The three of them all got in on fully paid scolarships as their mom wouldnt of been able to send them all to college if they hadnt.
A lot had changed. Aunt Karen had finally moved out but still called to the house almost everyday.
Dianna didnt think it was too serious a meeting as she had a feeling it was about Josh and the army. Maybe he had enroled.
Her mom would be proud of him if he did, she was a true american christian. She hung the flag outisde the house when elections came aorund and was always sending food to the troops.
She was also very holy person, who belived that god was right about everything. The bible was her guide. Though she never forced any of her kids into her beliefs, so as a result the four siblings really weren't that holy.
As Dianna walked into the all too familar house she noticed how quite it was. She visited often but it was weird coming home to a house that had been so busy when she was younger.
Oscar fianlly camr running down the stairs, slapping her hand and then going into the living room.
"Hey Di"
"Hey O..so whats this big meeting about?"
"I dont know, Marilin called it..she's upstairs in your old room!"
"ok...where's mom?"
"Out shopping!"
"Josh?"
"He's not coming. I told him I'd call him to fill him in!"
She leaned against the dooway "So the news isnt about him?"
"Nope...or me..or mom..i thought it might of been about you!" He looked up from his phone. Dianna shook her head.
"Nope"
"Then that only leaves one person"
Dianna frowned "I'm gonna go up to her!"
"Ok..but beware, she's an emotional wreck up there. Probable her time of the month"
Dianna threw a cushion at him. It smacked him in the face but he didnt flich. He smiled at her, giving her the goofy smile he had and she walked out of the room.
She trevelled up the stairs and to the right, creaking open the door to her old room. Not much had changed in it at all.
She was greeted by her loyal friend Butch. He had gotten older and his face was whiter but she still loved him all the same. He jumped on to her letting his paws rest on her legs as she rubbed his furry head.
He only did this with her, and she loved that. After petting him for awhile she directed him onto her old bed, where Marilin was sitting. Butch hoped onto the bed and Dianna sat inbetween him and Marilin.
"So, whats up? Why's you call this meeting? Don't tell its another one of your campiagns to stop child poverty...what do you need this time?"
Marilin laughed a small bit but becam every serious again. Tears began to form in her eyes.
"Mar, whats wrong?" Dianna asked, worriedly.
"Di..i did something and it was a big mistake..."
"Marilin, tell me whats going on?"
"I just wanted to be like you..."
I frowned at her "What are you talking about Mar, like me?"
"You know, care free...not a worry in the world.."
"I've got worries Marilin.."
"Yeah, but your fun..you can separtate it from your social life na just go wild! So can Josh, he can go to party's and enjoy himelf. And even Oscar now..he goes out and has fun"
"Ok..." Dianna was still very confused.
"And i wanted that? To let lose, have fun, live on the wild side.." She choked back sobs "So i got drunk and...."
"Mariln?"
"I think i'm pregnant Dianna" She whispered.
If any one of her siblings came to her and said they were pregnant, it wouldnt be Marilin. Even though her two other siblings are both boys, Dianna still wouldn't of been as surprised as she was when Marilin siad it.
Marilin was a good girl. Sh played by the rules and was up tight about everything. Dianna could imagine, Mandy coming to tell her she was pregnant her, even herslef being pregnant but not Marlin.
"What...how do you know?" Dianna managed to choke up.
"I'm late...and i've been getting sick every morning this week"
"Did you take a test?"
"Yes..it was posative Di..."
"Well, what did mom say? Josh?"
"I haven't told anyone yet. Your the first one i told!"
Dianna was bit surprised at this as Marilin was always closer to Josh, or even their mom to her.
"Dianna what am i going to do? I'm still in college...i'm only 20.."
"Marilin calm down.."
"I cant keep it Dianna..i cant riase a baby on my own!"
"What about the dad? Does he know?"
"No, and i'm not planning on telling him.I hardly know the guy..it was just a one night thing!"
"Marilin, when have you ever been a one night thing?" Dianna raised her voice and it came out angrier then she wanted it to.
"I can't do this Dianna...i'm not able to...a baby..i'm too young! I had a plan...i had a plan...i was supposed to finish college, get a good job...meet a nice guy, get married, settle down and then...then have kids...not the other way round" She ranted on.
"Marilin, look..we need to tell mom, ok? When we tell her she'll know what to do!"
"She's gonna kill me"
"Dont worry, i'll be right by your side"

Their mom took it terribly. The moment the words slipped out of Marilins mouth, her mom went crazy. Marilin brust into tears and Dianna tried to explain.
But their mom was hearing known of it. She shouted on about marriage and how baby's were supposed to come after marriage.
Oscar was in the room and tried to calm her down but she was having none of it and stormed out, 5 mintes into the converstaion.
Thats when Marilin burst into more tears and ran out crying. With one look from Dianna and Oscar quickly followed her.
Dianna knew there was only one more person to tell and she didnt think it would be a great idea if he herad it over the phone. She leaped into her old banger of a car and journed down the street.
It took about an hour to get to the college. She had rung Josh on the way. He tried asking question but i think if he was going to find out his little sister was pregnant, he needed to find out in person.
Before she even parked the car, she saw him walking out of his dorm. He spottted and raced over. She felt her stomach do a flip.
"What happened? Oscar said he thought something was up with you? What happened..what did you do?"
"I havent done anything wrong!"
"OK..then are you ok? Are you sick..whats...?"
"Lets sit J" She had made her way to a bench and sat down. He stood over her.
"I dont want to sit down..just tell me!"
"Its Marilin...She's pregnant"
His jaw dropped and he slowly sat down. He let out a deep breath and looked at Dianna "What is she going to do?"
"You mean, what are WE going to do?"
