The next morning
Leon's (POV)
I woke up and saw Violetta out of bed and sitting by the window, waiting for dawn to break. I got up and realised that she was cold, so I got one of the blankets and put it around her and sat next to her.
Leon: Good morning love, why are you up so early?
Violetta: Morning. I couldn't sleep last night. I've been sitting here the entire night, waiting for a shooting star to appear.
Leon: And why were you waiting for a shooting star?
Violetta: So that I can wish for things to be different.
Leon: I'm assuming you're talking about how things went last night?
Violetta: How did Fran and I end up like this?
Leon: Some friendships last forever and some just don't.
Violetta: Yet the three of you were the ones I thought was going to be forever, but it's only you. You won't leave me, right?
Leon: You're my light switch, babe.
Violetta: Your light switch?
Leon: Yeah, every time I see you, you turn me on.
Violetta: Aww, that's cute. Cheesy, but cute. I'll always be by your side, I hope you know that.
Leon: I do, and I'll always be on top of you.
She pulled away quickly as she was stunned about what I said.
Leon: Or under you, your choice.
I gave her a flirtatious wink while she rolled her eyes at me.
Violetta: A little horny today aren't we Mr Vargas?
Leon: Indeed we are Mrs Vargas.
Violetta: That's the reason baby number 3 is on its way.
She gave me a kiss on the cheek and then on the lips. Resisting the urge to continue, I pulled away slowly.
Leon: I wish I could spend every day like this, with you. But instead, this afternoon I have a photoshoot, then a few meetings.
Violetta: We have to take the kids to the studio today though.
Leon: Yes, but that's in the morning. It won't clash with my work.
Violetta: Why don't we have a date tonight, right here in the house?
Leon: A normal date, or a "I want to make love to you" date.
Violetta: We can do both, or... You can choose if you want.
Leon: I'd like the second one please!
She chuckled as she knew that I was going to choose the latter.
Violetta: Alright, it's a date. Now we have some time to spare, what do you want to do?
Leon: Why don't we go to bed?
I pulled her bra strap slowly down and ran my fingertips up and down her shoulder. She came closer to me and whispered in my ear.
Violetta: Yeah, let's go sleep.
Leon: I didn't mean sleep, but if that's what you want.
Violetta's (POV)
I knew what he meant, but I was way too tired, so we went back into the bed and cuddled for an hour before getting up again. After we did our usual morning routine, I went to greet the twins. I first went to Liam's room, but he wasn't there, so I went to Lia's room and found them both on her bed, talking.
Violetta: Morning kids, how did you sleep?
Liam: Fine thanks.
Lia: I slept alright, and you mom?
Violetta: Same here. Are you both done getting dressed to go to the studio?
Lia: Yeah, we have to go now though. Jose is going to be upset if we make him wait for too long.
Violetta: He won't be upset because he's not working today.
Liam: What do you mean?
Violetta: Dad and I will be taking you to school today.
Lia: Are you serious? Yay!
Violetta: We realise how important this is for you, so we want to be as supportive as we can. Is it fine if we take you Liam?
I looked at him nervously as I didn't know what he was going to say.
Liam: Yes mom, I'd love that.
A smile formed across his face as I went in to give them both a tight hug. All of a sudden, Leon came in feeling a bit left out.
Leon: How come I'm missing all the affection? Am I not part of this family too?
The three of us laughed at him and got up from the bed.
Violetta: You snooze, you lose my love.
Leon: Alright, alright, fair enough. Listen kids, your lunches are on the kitchen table, so can you please go take your bags and stuff and put it in the car.
Lia: Okay, dad. Let's go Liam.
As I turned to watch the kids leave the room in a rush, Leon came from behind and held me.
Violetta: I know this may seem weird, but do you think I'm a badass?
Leon: No, I think you have a good ass.
Violetta: Excuse me?
Leon: Wait, what was the question again?
He wasn't focusing on what I was saying, he just grabbed my ass and squeezed it.
Violetta: Leon! Is that your hand on my ass?
Leon: Oh, I'm sorry! It was an accident.
I saw him in the corner of my eye, staring at my ass.
Violetta: Your hand is still there.
Leon: Well it's still an accident.
Violetta: Stop, what if the twins come back up again?
Leon: Then they will just see how much their dad loves their mom.
Violetta: You're really something, you know that.
Leon: And that something is your husband, so don't pretend you're not enjoying this because I know you are.
I rubbed my hand gently by the zipper of his pants to teach him a lesson. I could feel his body quivering for more, but I stopped instead.
Violetta: Let's go drop the twins, babe. The quicker we drop them off, the quicker we can get back home for a rapid round.
Leon: You just triggered the kid in me, my love.
Violetta: I hope you know the ropes, kid because I'm not going to back down one bit.
Leon: Lia, Liam! Let's get going now! I don't want you to be late!
I laughed at him as he dashed downstairs to get the twins in the car. I, however, took my time to get to the car as I wanted to see his reaction.
Leon: The twins are in the car and are ready to go to school. Come, let's go before I pick you up and put you in the car myself.
Violetta: Don't worry love, we have time.
Leon: I'm trying to get maximum time, love.
I rolled my eyes at him and continued strolling to the car. Leon drove speedily to the studio and when we got there, I got many flashbacks.
Violetta: Wow, we had some wonderful memories here, didn't we.
Leon: Yeah, I didn't think I'd ever see this place again.
Liam: Okay, bye dad, bye mom.
Violetta: Where are you going?
Liam: To school? We're going to be late.
Lia: There's still 30 minutes before school starts Liam.
Violetta: Can we at least get a hug?
Liam: Sure.
He gave dad a hug and then gave me an even tighter one with a kiss.
Lia: Mom, will you and dad come and fetch us?
Violetta: Of course, just message us when it's your last class.
Lia: Thank you! See you later, love you both.
Leon: Bye sweetheart, love you too.
She gave us both a hug and then scattered with her brother to their friends. We were about to leave but were stopped by Lena outside.
Lena: I never thought I'd ever get a chance to see the famous Leonetta ever again, but I guess my dream came true.
Violetta: Lena! How have you been? It's been ages!
Lena: Haha, I'm very well thanks and you two lovebirds?
Leon: Never better. How's life?
Lena: It's great, really great. Sebastian and I are engaged.
Violetta: What, no way! I have to send him a message now!
Leon: I don't think it's necessary.
I looked up to see where Leon was looking and saw him striding towards the three of us.
Violetta: Well look who came to join the party, Sebastian Yatra.
Sebastian: Hey Vilu, Leon. How are you doing?
Leon: Hey man, we're good and you? Heard you're getting married.
Sebastian: Yeah, I can't wait. We're not sure yet if we should elope or just have a small wedding.
Leon: I don't know much about eloping, but I think it would be nice to have a few of your family members supporting you on your next journey together. What do you think love?
Violetta: I agree, I think a small wedding with just family members will be very intimate.
Lena: Well I wanted that, but he wants to get over and done with.
Sebastian: Is it so wrong for me to want to be your husband as soon as possible. I want to start spending the rest of my life with you now.
Violetta: Seems like you've got yourself a catch Lena.
Lena: When you know, you know.
Violetta: You couldn't be more right.
Lena: How long has it been now?
Leon: It will be 17 years in June.
Sebastian: That's next month.
Violetta: Yeah, but we've been together for 22 years.
Leon: The best 22 years of my life!
Maxi: 22 years later and they're still all over each other.
Maxi and Naty then came and continued the conversation.
Naty: Hey sis, how you doing?
Lena: I'm great, and you two?
Maxi: Great as always. You know that this is my favourite sister in-law. She's the best sister you can ever ask for.
Lena: What do you want?
Maxi: Why do you think I want something?
Lena: I know you well enough to know that you want something.
Violetta: And you're caught in the act.
Leon: Let's see how he's going to get out of this one.
Maxi: Watch it!
Sebastian: Babe, don't you have to go now?
Lena: Yeah, you right. What did you want Maxi?
Maxi: Never mind, I'll ask you again when I remember.
Leon: Classic Maxi, always forgetting things.
Maxi: I think you're confusing me with my wife.
Naty: Yeah, if anyone is the forgetful one here it's me.
Lena: Alright then. Well I've got to run, so great seeing you again. I'll see you two soon.
Violetta: We should totally catch up again sometime.
Lena: Definitely. Bye babe.
Sebastian: I love you.
Lena: I love you too.
She gave him a kiss in front of us and walked to the teacher's lounge. Maxi then turned to Sebastian, looking rather angrily at him.
