Why is there blood on my dress??
Did I get hurt there??
I guess I might have got hurt there. I just might have-
"Sunshine, I want you to listen very carefully about what I'm going to tell you", he said distracting my from my current thoughts.
I nodded my head in reply, I even cup my hand behind my ears, so I would hear everything very carefully.
"I think... I mean I guess, like I don't know for sure........ umm how should I do this??.... Okay, I think you have started your period and your whole dress is stained at the back", he said nervously pointing at my dress.
Huh?
What is this period?
And Why was he so nervous just to show me the stain?
I know I have got hurt but why he was so scared to tell me that?
I get hurt all the time, so I guess this was nothing so scary... The real scary thing is that I spoiled his new t-shirt-
"Do you have pads or tampon?" He asked softly interrupting my thought.
I look up at him confused on what he was saying.
Pads?
Teenpom?
WHAT IS THAT???
I want cotton not that! And might be some bandages...
Momma always uses only cotton to clean my wound......I have never heard of that things...
" No, I want co--", I start, but he interrupts me before I can even tell him what I want!
"I can go quickly and get them for you, if you want", he said looking at me.
See! Now he is going to go and get me some tompum and pads which I don't even want!!
You know what, I guess I'm not the dumb one here, he is!
Only if he would have let me finish speaking, he would have known I want cotton and not those things.
I start to pulling my dress up to see how big my wound is.
"W-What are y-you doing!" , He screamed before quickly pulled my dress down.
Did I do something wrong?
I don't think I did....but why did he scream at me then?
I give him a very confused look not understanding what does he want me to do...
"Has this happened to you before??", He asked looking at me equally confused.
Huh? Why is he asking me such a odd question?
"Yes, I get hurt all the time.", I replied anyway.
His expressions on his face goes from confused to pained to finally scared within a minute.
I was in aww of how fast his expressions changed, my Dami is surly very talented.
" You know what periods are right?", He asked me softly with a hopeful expression.
Periods? What's with this word again.
Why does he keep repeating that word?
Why can't I understand what he is trying to tell me?
I feel tears building up in my eyes and a few of them slowly make their way down my cheeks.
I felt myself becoming smaller and smaller and all I wanted right now was to just run away from here and hide somewhere nobody will find me.
" I-I'm sorry Dami....I'm so dumb I don't even know what periods means. Your shirt is also stained because of me now.....I'm s-sowy Dami, please don't be mad at me .... please", I mumbled as he suddenly wrapped his arms around me hugging me tightly.
" Please don't leave me.... Please Dami"I softly murmured repeatedly as I hugged him back more tightly, afraid that he will disappear if I let go.
"Never Sunshine Never", he replied as he slowly swiped my tears.
"P-Pinky p-promise?", I asked him as I raised my pinky towards him, with still tears in my eyes.
He looked at my raised pinky and then back to my face with his brows crunch in confusion.
Why is he looking at me like that? Does he want to leave-Wait a minute!
"Y-You don't know what Pinky promise is?" I ask in shock with my eyes wide open.
He shook his head, I gasped at this and I couldn't help but giggle at his cute little expression.
I see his face slowly turning red with embarrassed.
Not wanting him to go through further embarrassment I thought that why not teach him about it.
"No problem I can teach you" I say smiling.
I take his pinky and curl it around my pinky and show him how it is done.
"If you break your pinky promise then the fairy Godmother with come and take all your candies and lollipops", I explained to him the rules too.
"Okay", he said while chuckling a bit, but instantly stopped as I gave him a small glare.
"It's true. I'm not lying it happened to when I was small all my Candy's were gone I didn't even get any candy till a week!", I tell him with all my seriousness.
I felt a small shiver run up my spine when I get flash backs of that horrible week.
"Okay Sunshine, I trust you " he said smiling.
"So.. Pinky promise that you will never l-leave me?", I ask as I move my pinky finger towards him.
"Pinky promise", he said as he curled his finger around my pinky just like I had taught him.
Yay, I did something good today!!
I couldn't stop the giggles escape my mouth when I noticed how huge his hand is compared to mine hand.
He raised an eyebrow at me in question.
"Your hand is huge",I said still giggling a bit.
"This is nothing compared to my little friend", he replied with a weird smirk.
"Your friends hands is also huge?", I asked confusingly not understanding how his younger friend has a bigger hand than him.
My question only made him laugh as I pout angrily not understanding, what was so funny in my question.
"Ohh, I forgot you are my cute little innocent sunshine", he said still chuckling a bit before stepping forward to kiss my forehead but I quickly took a huge step back.
"Sunshineee, come here. I'm sorry", he said looking me with puppy eyes.
To be honest, I would have forgiven him right then because of his cute puppy eyes but how could I let this beautiful opportunity go.
" Only if you say, 'Aurora my only sunshine please forgive me, I'm even ready to be your salve for a day' " I said smiling evilly.
"WHAT? NO.... that is cheating!", He said glaring at me.
"Okay...so I guess... G-Goodbye", I say in the saddest tone possible, as I see his glare slowly melt a bit at that.
'I guess I should be a actor', as I couldn't help but mentally giggle evilly.
"STOP. I'll say it, it's just a sentence... a stupid little sentence", He said before closing his eyes and taking a deep breath.
"Aurora my only sunshine please forgive me, I'm even ready to be yoursalveforaday.", he said finally as I couldn't help but let few giggles escape my mouth.
Dami just shakes his head before finally kissing my forehead before petting my head softly.
"Come on my little firecracker, Let's take you to the school nurse before you go crazy.", he said as he picked me up with one hand and held my bag with the other one.
