You were in an arcade all by yourself playing driving games.
"Woah. Playing a car game is pretty cool when a pretty girl/guy plays" someone said behind you
It was b/n, your crush since third grade. What a coincidence for him to be in the same place as you right?
"For a pretty girl/guy like me can beat your ass off, I'd say." You snapped
"Let's see about that" he smirks
He sits beside you and put the coin in the slot.
"You ready?" He asked
"May the best man win!" You said
You both raced and suddenly you won.
"Ahh! Hahah! You're so good at this

"Not so bad yourself, b/n"
And that's where your friendship started to bloom.
"Wait! Wait!! Nooo!!" He yelled

"Rematch!" He said

After a few months, he doesn't talk to you. When you walk by or say hi, he only gives a nod.

You sat on the bench by the bus stop. While listening to some music, you suddenly felt someone's presence beside you. You looked to your right and it was him.
"Oh, hi." You said
"H-Hi!" He said
"You're taking the bus?" He asked
"As always." You said

"I can't!! Y/n, I like you. I know I may have ignored you for the past months, it's because I was scared to talk to you. I get butterflies everytime you look at me or even just give a high five. I know it sounds crazy but I if you don't like me, it's totally fine with m-" you cut him off by kissing him.
"It's been 2 months, and yet this is the time you would confess!?" You laugh
"You like me?" He asked
"Ofcourse silly!" You said and you gave him a last peck after the bus arrived
"Call me later?" You asked him
"Y-yes." He said and you waved him goodbye

Your dog puts his/her head on your lap.
"I miss him too." You said

You heard the doorbell ring and opened the door.
"Surprise!" He said and you immediately jumped into his arms
"It's been 10 months already?" You said
"10 months, love." He said
"I missed you!" You hugged him tight
