"Report to your stations immediately. This is not a drill. We are under attack. We are under attack." Announcer says
The Avengers are in the process of infiltrating a HYDRA base in Sokovia, searching for the remains of Loki's scepter. The snow covered the grounds, bodies joining with every shot of a bullet.
Suddenly Iron Man bounces off of the base's force field.
"Shit!" Tony yells
"Language! JARVIS, what's the view from upstairs?" Steve asks, slamming his shield into the chest of a Hydra agent, catching it as it bounces back.
Victoria scoffs as she rides on her motorcycle, grunting as she runs over a Hydra agent.
"That's just brutal Vic." Clint says over the comms, watching the mutant pass him.
Victoria smirks, throwing her hand up in a wave.
"The central building is protected by some kind of energy shield. Strucker's technology is well beyond any other Hydra base we've taken." Jarvis says, repeating the information back to the team.
"Loki's scepter must be here. Strucker couldn't mount this defense without it. At long last." Thor says, knocking his hammer into a group of incoming men, his blond hair whipping back.
Natasha knocks out some soldiers. "At long last is lasting a little long, boys." Natasha says, guiding her own motorcycle through the trees.
As some soldiers shoot at him. "Yeah. I think we lost the element of surprise." Clint says "I would assume so." Victoria snarks
"So rude." Clint says
"Wait a second. No one else is going to deal with the fact that Cap just said language?" Tony asks, truly staying on topic.
"I know." Steve says with a sigh.
Steve throws his bike at some soldiers driving up in their truck.
"It just slipped out." Steve says

At the HYDRA Research Base, Sokovia, Eastern Europe.
"Who gave the order to attack?" Strucker ask
"Herr Strucker, it's the Avengers. They landed in the far woods, and the perimeter guard panicked." Fortress soldier says
To List.
"They have to be after the scepter." To the soldier. "Can we hold them?" Strucker asks
"They are the Avengers!" Fortress soldier yells "Deploy the rest of the tanks." Strucker orders
"Yes, sir." Fortress soldier says, flipping open a switch, sending out the order.
"Concentrate fire on the weak ones. A hit can make them close ranks. Everything we've accomplished. But we're on the verge of our greatest breakthrough." Strucker says
"Then let's show them what we've accomplished. Send out the twins." Dr. List says, that in the far corner was two siblings, Pietro and Wanda.
"It's too soon." Strucker says "It's what they signed up for." Dr. Strucker says, motioning to the two. Pietro stands up straighter, his hands still holding his sisters, comforting her.
"My men can hold them." Strucker says, he didn't want to risk his best assets on this fight.
....
Stark flies to the HYDRA base to break in. "Sir, the city is taking fire." Jarvis says
"Well, we know Strucker's not going to worry about civilian casualties. Send in the Iron Legion." Tony says
....
The Iron Legion flies in; to the civilians.
"This quadrant is unsafe. Please back away. We are here to help. This quadrant is unsafe. Please back away. Please back away. We wish to avoid collateral damage and will inform you when this current conflict is resolved. We are here to help." Iron legion says
A man throws a stone at the Iron Legion.
"We are here to help." Iron legion says, his now knocked off.
....
Back at the HYDRA base.
To his soldiers.
"We will not yield. The Americans sent their circus freaks to test us. We will send them back in bags. No Surrender!" Strucker yells
"No Surrender!" Soldiers yell
Quietly to List. "I am going to surrender. You will delete everything. If we give the Avengers the weapons, they may not look too far into what we've been..." Strucker says only to be cut off.
"The twins." Dr. List says "They are not ready to take on..." Strucker says
"No, no. I mean..." Dr. List says
He points to where the twins Wanda and Pietro Maximoff were standing but are now gone.
"The Twins." Dr. List says
....
Pietro speeds through the forest and knocks down Barton.
"You didn't see that coming?" Pietro asks
Pietro zooms off before Clint can shoot him with an arrow. Clint glared only to suddenly get shot at by a nearby bunker.
"Clint!" Victoria yells, spotting his fallen figure.
Pietro then knocks down Steve as he speeds passed him, flipping the soldier. Victoria speeds towards Clint on her motorcycle, shooting down Hydra agents on her way there.
"We have an enhanced in the field." Steve says, getting back onto his feet, dusting off the snow.
"Clint's hit!" Natasha yells
Suddenly something knocks into the side of Victoria's motorcycle, sending her flying. "Fuck!!!!" Victoria yells as she's tumbling through the snow.
Victoria lands on all fours, growling under her breath.
Natasha goes over to where Clint is lying down. "Somebody wants to deal with that bunker?" Natasha asks through the comms.
She sees the Hulk coming to the rescue.
"Thank you." Natasha says, looking back down to her best friend.
As he's fighting with the soldiers. "Stark, we need to get inside." Steve says
"I'm closing in. JARVIS, am I...closing in? Do you see a power source for that shield?" Tony asks "There's a pathway below the north tower." Jarvis says "Great, I wanna poke it with something." Tony says
Stark blows up the invisible shield on the base. "Drawbridge is down, people." Tony says
To Steve.
"The enhanced?" Thor asks "He's a blur. Of all the new players we've faced, I've never seen this. In fact, I still haven't." Steve says
"Yeah well we just met, sorry dad but I lost my motorcycle." Victoria pants, she was on her feet.
"It's fine kiddo, are you okay." Tony asks "Just a small concussion but I'm fine." Victoria says with an ironic laugh.
"Clint's hit pretty bad, guys. We're gonna need evac." Natasha says through the comms, steadying the bleeding.
To Steve.
"I can get Barton to the jet. The sooner we're gone the better. You and Stark secure the scepter." Thor says
"Copy that." Steve says
Referring to the approaching soldiers in their HYDRA tank. "Looks like they're lining up." Thor says
"Well, they're excited." Steve says
Thor pounds on Steve's shield with his hammer and the force knocks down all the soldiers.
"Find the scepter." Thor says
Thor flies off.
"And for gosh sake, watch your language!" Tony yells.
Steve sighs. "That's not going away anytime soon." Steve says

Victoria's hairs stand on end as she stops running. The air around her whipping.
Victoria closes her eyes, sensing the enhance. Victoria snaps her eyes open and she throws a sphere of green light into his direction.
The speedster grunts and yells in surprise as he's tumbling to the ground.
He scrambles to his feet as Victoria stomps her way over to him, her eyes dark and lit up with power.
"Hey, asshole." Victoria yells
Pietro was panting, clutching to his side. "Who the hell are you?" Victoria asks, lighting up her hand.
Pietro smirks and he speeds away.
Victoria rolls her eyes, she just knocked him on his ass, why the hell is he smirking.
....
Stark enters the HYDRA base and the soldiers start firing at his Iron Man suit.
"Guys, stop, we gotta talk about this." Tony says
Stark shoots down the soldiers using his suit. "Good talk." Tony says
"No, it wasn't." Fortress soldier says with a small whine of pain.
Stark finds List and knocks him out, he then steps out of his Iron Man suit.
"Sentry mode." Tony says, not acknowledging his suit as it moves on its own. He walks over to the computers. "Okay, JARVIS. You know I want it all. Make sure you copy Hill at HQ." Tony says.
