You know the drill by now, put on subliminals and lay down. any position is fine. now imagine you are on the couch and watching TV in your CR. when you feel ready, grab the remote and change the channel, and it should change to your DR/WR. now get up and walk through the TV, you should now be in your DR/WR. now go to your bedroom and you should see your DR self sleeping. go into their body and fall asleep. you should wake up there.
