"Mother!" Klaus called as he was carrying his little brother lifeless body in his arms "Mother!"
"No!" His mother whispered as she began to cry "No! What happened?"
"The wolves" Klaus began to cry as his voice cracked in pain "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry"
"We must save him!" His mother said desperately as she turned towards another women "Please Ayana, there must be a way"
"The spirits will not give us a way Esther. Your boy is gone" the other women told her firmly as a young blonde women hugged Klaus tightly as he cried
"No! No" Esther cried out
Selena fluttered her eyes open feeling dizzy, she looked around to see she was in a room with big covered windows. She tried to move but her hands were tied. She was in a room she was sure never saw before
She groaned to see Elena was slowly opening her eyes "Please! I'm hurt" Elena called as a man approached them
"I know just a little taste" A man said as he buried his fangs on Elena's neck
"Stay the hell away from her, Tosser!" Selena snarled trying to untie herself
"You're begging for a death wish" The men hissed causing her to roll her eyes
"Untie me and we'll see who's begging for a death wish" Selena narrowed her eyes at the vampire as he ignored her looking back at the doppelganger
Elena pleaded desperately as tears welled up in her eyes causing Selena to look at her worriedly and all of sudden a women entered the room making her turn to look at the doorway
"Trevor control yourself!" She scolded with a british accent.
Selena always had a British accent since her parents sent her away for four years to a boarding school in England
"Buzzkill" Trevor rolled his eyes before leaving the room
"Oh my God you look just like her" The women gasped in disbelief looking directly at Elena
"Tell us something we don't know" Selena muttered quietly with an eye roll
"But I'm not her, please whatever you-" Elena began desperately
"Be quiet!" The women snapped and Selena flinched as she looked at Elena
"Elena-"
"But I'm not Katherine!" Elena argued "Please my name is Elena Gilbert. You don't have to do this"
"I know who you are I said be quiet!"
"What do you want?" Elena asked causing Selena to look down in annoyance
"I want you to be quiet!" The women smacked Elena making her fall back unconscious
"And they all say I'm a bitch. That's my sister, you bitch!" Selena snapped before faking a smile "Could you please untie me?"
"No"
"Okay. Well at least I tried to be nice" Selena rolled her eyes looking back at her sister "You didn't have to do that"
"Then I suggest you shut it before you end up like her" The women snapped coldly causing Selena to scoff
"I dare you" she challenged her as the women spared her one last glance before making her way out of the room
Selena was beyond terrified even if she tried to hide it, she was kidnapped for God knows what. She looked down at her hands and groaned in frustration

"Are you sure she's the girl from the paintings?" Rose asked Trevor and he nodded
"Yeah I'm sure plus didn't you see the mark on the back of her neck?"
"Maybe it's a birthmark" Rose told him and he shook his head
"No, it's not. It's a soulmate mark I'm sure of it" he insisted causing her to sigh
"He's going to kill us for hurting her. She's barely awake" Rose stated causing him to scoff
"She has been sassy since she woke up. I'd say she's fine"
"You didn't touch them did you?" The female vampire asked him
"Give me some credit" he scoffed in disbelief "You called him?"
"No, I called one of his contacts, you know how it works
Did you or did you not get the message to Elijah" Trevor asked impatiently
Elena woke up and moved closer to her sister quietly and untied her as Elena took Selena's wrist tugging her toward the stairs to the top floor as they listened closely
"This dress is so uncomfortable" Selena murmured under her breath
"They say he got it" Rose replied
"Wonderful and what?" Trevor asked excitedly
"So that's it Trevor, he either got it or he didn't, we just have to wait" Rose said as Selena and Elena shared a concerned look
"Look it's not too late. We can leave them here. We don't have to go through with this" Trevor fearfully said
"I'm sick of running"
"Yeah well running keeps us from dying" Trevor snapped causing Rose to sigh but before she could say anything Selena took a step closer and the wooden floor cracked
"You two!" Rose snarled "If either of you thinks you're getting out of this house, you're tragically wrong understand?"
"Look we're not going anywhere okay!" Selena snapped coldly "Stop being a bitch"
"Who's Elijah?" Elena asked and Rose looked at her hesitantly
"He's your worst nightmare" Rose muttered and Selena winced from her head
"Are you okay?" Trevor asked as he shared a concerned look with Rose knowing if anything happens to her they were so dead. He wasn't going to have mercy on them
"No... my head hurts badly" she whispered as she placed her hand on her injured forehead and all of sudden she felt the room swirling and the last thing remembered was Trevor vamp speeding to caught her before her body hit the floor

Selena was in a field dressing in a white dress, she closed her eyes wanting to feel the sun under her skin, the warmth, the freedom, the calmness, the familiar beautiful sensation past over her and she knew that he was there
"Love?" A familiar voice called causing her to turn around "What are you doing?"
"Enjoying this while I can" she muttered and he chuckled causing her to smile "I'm dreaming again"
"One day you'll realise this isn't a dream" he told her causing her to scoff as he wrapped his arms around her waist
"Should I believe you? It's been two years now since I'm dreaming of you"
"You think I'm lying?" He pouted mockingly kissing her cheek "We will meet soon"
"I don't think so" she looked at his blue eyes "But I'm enjoying this"
"So am I, love"
Selena opened her eyes to see Elena was sitting next to her with a worried look "Are you okay?"
"Being kidnapped suck" Selena muttered groaning as she rubbed her forehead
Selena and Elena followed Rose to another room, turning on lamps, and covering the windows. The young wolf sat down on a couch tiredly
"Why are we here?" Elena asked for the 100th times
"Elena she's not gonna answer just try to enjoy being alive while you can" Selena rolled her eyes
"You keep asking me these questions like I'm gonna answer them" Rose replied annoyed
"Why won't you" Elena frowned as Selena sighed cursing under her breath
"That's another one"
"You have us okay, it's not like we can go anywhere, the least you can do is tell me what you want with me"
"Want with us" Selena corrected and Elena nodded
"I personally want nothing" Rose told her "I'm just a delivery service" she explained as the young wolf glanced up and saw Rose was looking at her warily
"Why did you kidnap me?" Selena narrowed her eyes "I'm well aware that my sister here is the doppelganger but me? I'm pretty sure I'm not any use for you"
"You just happened to be there with her" Rose lied causing Selena to raise her eyebrow
"You kidnapped me because I happened to be there?" Selena snapped "Are you fucking serious right now?"
"Delivery to who? Elijah?" Elena asked her
"Ha-ha Two points to the eavesdropper" Rose said mockingly as Selena rolled her eyes in annoyance
"Let me guess a vampire... I feel like I heard that name before" Selena muttered quietly and Rose nodded
"He's one of the vampires, the Originals"
"What the bloody hell is an Original?" Selena questioned curiously with a frown
"Again with the questions" she rolled her eyes "Haven't the Salvatores been teaching you your vampire history?"
"Not really interested" the young wolf waved her off as Elena glared at her
"You know Damon and Stefan" Elena asked again
"I know of them" she said "A hundred years back, a friend of mine tried to set me up with Stefan she said he was one of the good ones. But I'm more sucker for the bad boys though i digress"
"Damon is the one and only" Selena chuckled as Elena shot her a glare
"What?" she asked as Rose looked at her in amusement
"Who are the Originals?" Elena asked once again
Closing the book Rose turned to face them with "Trevor and I have been running for 500 years, We're using you Elena to negotiate ourselves out of an old mess" Rose explained "And like I said... Selena happened to be there with you"
"But wait those Originals... what do they want with Elena?" Selena asked fearing for her sister's life
"She's the petrova doppelganger, she's the key of breaking the curse"
"The curse?" Elena frowned "As the sun and the moon curse"
"Oh you do know your history" Rose scoffed sarcastically and Selena rolled her eyes
"What do you mean I'm the key?" Elena frowned in confusion "The moonstone is what breaks the curse"
Rose shook her head "No the moonstone is what bind the curse, the sacrifice is what breaks it"
"Sacrifice?" Selena asked nervously
"The blood of the doppelganger, wich means in order to break the curse, you're the one who has to die" Rose said and Selena looked at the doppelganger in concern
"Over my dead body" Selena hissed "You're not gonna lay a finger on her"
"Tell us more" Elena pushed the vampire "Please"
"Captivity had made her pushy?" Trevor grinned at Rose, teasing Elena "What do you want to know doppelicious?"
"Who are you running from?"
"Rose just answered your question. The Originals" Selena replied annoyed
"You're a clever girl" Trevor stated and Selena smiled proudly
"Thank you"
"Yeah she said that but what does it mean?" Elena asked him
"The first family, the old ones Rose and I pissed them off" he said and Rose shot him a glare "Correction I pissed them off, Rose had my back, and for over half a millennium, they've wanted us dead"
"Oh" Selena chuckled teasingly "What did you do?"
"He made the same mistakes countless others did. He trusted Katerina Petrova" Rose said and Selena scoffed
"Why am I not surprised?" The young wolf sighed "Let me guess, she played you too"
"Yeah...The one and only, the first petrova doppelganger" Rose muttered
"I helped her escape her fate, I've... we've been marked ever since"
"Then you're just as dumb as the Salvatores. Honestly guys" she said shaking her head in disbelief
"Which is why we are not going to make the same mistake again" Rose told them before leaving with Trevor
They walked back into the same room they had woken up in and Elena picked up a piece of paper and a smile grew on her face as ahe handed it to Selena, the younger Gilbert took it and smiled.
Damon and Stefan are coming for the both of you

"He's here" Trevor panicked as the girls shared a fearful look "This was a mistake"
"A mistake... are you serious?" Selena snapped fearfully holding Elena's hand tightly
"Selena!" Rose snapped at the young wolf and she turned to her friend with an assured smile "No, I would get us out of here you have to trust me"
"No he wants me dead! Rose"
"He wants them more" she pointed out as Selena looked around trying to find an escape plan
"I can't do this! You give them to him, he'll have mercy on you, but I need to get out of here"
"Hey what are we?" She grabbed his arms gently
"We're family forever" he murmured
"You're scared" Elena said when she saw Trevor pacing around the room as a knock was heard from the door and they all froze
"You don't have to do this. Let us go" Selena pleaded fearfully as the vampires froze in their spot
"Stay here with them and don't make a sound" she told him and used her vamp speed as she disappeared
Moments later a man walked up as Selena looked at him with widened eyes, she was sure that she saw him somewhere, she felt like she knew him
He was a handsome man wearing a suite, he stared at Elena first before vamp-speeding towards her to sniff her "Human! It's impossible" he whispered "Hello there"
"And this is the other girl" Rose told him as Selena looked at her accusingly
"You said I was there by accident" she hissed quietly looking at Rose
"You can't be... her" Elijah whispered in disbelief "Hello"
"Hi" she said nervously "Do I know you?"
"What's your name?" He asked her and she looked at Elena for brief moment "I won't harm you"
"Selena" she answered nervously and he moved closer to her causing her to step back "What do you want?"
"I only want to see something in the back of your neck" he told her and she hesitantly nodded. She lifted her hair up and he brushed his finger where the soulmate mark was causing her to frown in confusion
Elijah smiled at her as he knew how much Selena mean to her soulmate, he knew she was too pure for him but he had hope that she's going to be his redemption and salvation. He saw her injured forehead and tired eyes
"Are you alright?" He asked causing her to glare at him
"Do I look alright?" She snapped coldly
"Well we have a long journey ahead of us, we should be going" Elijah told them as Selena tightened her grip on Elena
"Please don't let him take us" Elena turned to Rose pleadingly
"One last piece of buisness, then we're done" Elijah said before looking at Trevor who approached them nervously
"I've waited so long for this day Elijah" He said as the Original walked toward him "I am truly sorry"
"Oh no your apology's not necessary" Elijah dismissed
"Yes yes it is, you trusted me with Katerina and I failed you"
"Oh yeah you are the guilty one and Rose aided you because she was loyal to you, that. I honour" he stated looking at Rose who eyed him fearfully "Now where was your loyalty?"
"I beg your forgiveness"
"So granted" he murmured, and in matter of seconds Elijah smacked Trevor's head off his shoulders. Rose gasped as Selena stepped back gasping in fear, she placed her hand in her mouth shockingly
"Yeah... We're so dead" Selena murmured as tears welled up in her eyes
"You..." Rose spat but Elijah trailed her off
"Don't, Rose now that you are free" he turned to face the girls and extended his hands to them "Come"
"What about the moonstone" Elena blurted out and Selan glared at her harshly
"Are you begging for a death wish?" The younger sister hissed
"What do you know about the moonstone?" Elijah asked the doppelganger ignoring the young wolf
"We know that you need it and we know where it is" Elena informed as Selena shook her head
"I don't"
"Tell me where is it" Elijah demanded looking at Selena
"I can't be compelled" she stated with a fake smile
"I wasn't going to compel you. I only asked" he told her as she remained silent, and then he looked at Elena
"It doesn't work that way" Elena argued and Selena facepalmed herself
Was she seriously defying one of the first vampires ever? she thought
"Are you negotiating with me?" He asked in disbelief with a smirk before looking at Rose
"It's the first I've heard of it" Rose denied and Selena looked at her in disbelief
"What is this vervain doing around your neck" He asked Elena before taking of her necklace "Where's the moonstone?"
"In a tomb, underneath the church ruins" Elena answered with a monotonous tone as Selena eyed them warily all of sudden she felt all her body was in fire as her eyes turned red causing Elena and Elijah to gasp in shock
"Selena" Elena called and Selena stepped back fearfully
"Stay back, it will pass" She held her hand up shakily breathing heavily "Just don't come any closer"
"Take a deep breath, Selena" Elijah told her and she closed her eyes taking a deep breath as her eyes went back to normal
All of sudden the sound of cracking glass was heard causing them to look around. Selena knew who was it, she smirked but her smiled dropped the second Elijah looked at her
"What is that?" He asked Rose "Who else in this house"
"I don't know" she answered truthfully
He grabbed the girls arms and led them towards the stairs but they stopped when they reached the front door. Elijah looked around as he kept his grip tightly on both girls
"Rose!" Elijah warned and she shook her head
"I don't know who it is" she said and he pushed the girls towards Rose when a blur went by
"Up here" Stefan's voice called from upstairs causing Selena to smile
"Down here" Damon's called from near by
In a matter of second Selena looked at Elijah to see a wooden small stake in his hands
Damon put one of his hands on Selena's lips to keep her from speaking and the other one was on Rose's arm to keep her from escaping
"Excuse me to whom, it may concern, you're making a great mistake, if you think you can beat me, you can't do you hear that" Elijah spoke up smugly "I want the girls"
He pulled a wooded big coat rack "I repeat" as they heard something cracking "You cannot beat me, so I want the girls on the count to three or heads will be rolled do we understand each other"
Selena gasped as tears streaming down her cheeks, she knew somehow that Elijah wouldn't hurt her but she was fearing for her friends and sister's life. She tried to move but Damon shook his head in denial as tightened his grip on her
"I'll come with you, just please don't hurt my friends, they just want to help me out" Elena called out to Elijah as Selena looked up at Damon fearfully and he nodded his head assuredly letting her know that Elena would be fine
"Where's Selena?" Elijah asked her "What game are you playing?"
Before he could grab a hold of her she threw a vervain bomb causing his face to burn, before he could heal, Stefan shot him with stakes fired from one of Alaric's weapons just when Stefan rushed towards him attempting to attack the Original. Elijah pushed him away from him, just when he tried to stake him, Damon arrived and stake the Original right through his heart with one of the broken coat rack as he pushed him up against the door, causing grey veins to appear on the original's skin.
"Oh my God" Selena muttered in shock as Rose used her vamp speed and escaped, when Damon tried to go after her Elena stopped him
"Let her go"
"Selena you're hurt" Damon touched her injured forehead causing her to wince
"Thank you for saving us" she whispered when she saw the look on Damon's face when Elena run and hugged Stefan
"Of course sexy wolfie" he hugged her tightly "I'm glad you're okay"
"Me too" she joked and he chuckled "But you're not fully forgiven yet"
"Tyler triggered his werewolf curse... last night at the ball" Stefan informed her causing her to gasp
"What?"

Selena knocked the Lockwood's mansion and Carol opened the door with a small smile
"Oh hey, Selena" she greeted as the young wolf hugged the women
"Is Tyler home?" She asked and Carol nodded as motioned for her to enter
"Ty?" She called and he jumped on from his father's desk
"Leenie are you okay? What happened?" He asked frantically and she sighed hugging him tightly
"I'll be fine... I heard about what happened. You triggered your curse" she muttered and his eyes widened in surprise
"You knew... you knew about my family curse?" He asked and she nodded hesitantly
"I triggered mine when I was sixteen" she whispered quietly "Your uncle was there for me"
"And you didn't feel like sharing this with me?" He snapped and she motioned for him to keep his voice down
"Look I know that you're scared... and this is so wrong you deserved to know. But it wasn't my place to tell you" she told him
"I'm scared" he said after a dreadful silence and she hugged him once again
"I know" her voice cracked as tears welled up in her eyes "I know but it will be alright"
