You shouted, running towards the blond who glanced at your direction when he heard you shouted his name three times.
"Eh?" Takumi started panicking because of your approach, you then spread your arms wide and pulled him into a warm embrace.
"Glad you survived." You cheekily said, raising your head up to look at his eyes. He averted his gaze from you, looking at his right side and his other hand went its way to the top of your head, patting your hair softly while he still awkwardly looks away to hide the tinting red cheeks he had.

"We've gathered all of you here for one reason and one reason only: to explain to you what tomorrow's task will be." Dojima announced. After hearing his voice, you broke the hug— from Takumi's dismay, and paid attention to what Dojima was about to say.
You swear you heard the blond male let out a groan, possibly relieved or even pissed the hug was broken, but you shrugged the thoughts off.
"Your assignment will be to create a new breakfast menu worthy of being served to the guests of Totsuki Resort. Breakfasts are the face of the hotel." Dojima said, looking around the huge lobby where students, once again, started to become weary and anxious about the huge task given unto their shoulders.
"It is an important meal because it is what starts the guest's day. I'd like you all to come up with an innovative dish that will make a vibrant contribution to the breakfast table."
"The man ingredient will be eggs." He added, placing both of his hands behind while he stared at the students.
"Oh shit, here we go again with the eggs." You mentally groaned, you reminisced about the day Yukihira took the exam. He made a dish with eggs that somehow managed to suprise Erina because of the thing that he added.
"Seems like Yukihira will be at the top of this challenge." You joked, looking around for the red head in the crowd of quivering students.
"Your dish may be of whatever cuisine you'd like, but it must be capable of being served buffet style. The judging will begin at 6 o'clock tomorrow morning. Make sure that your dish is ready by then. If it isn't prepared after that, the door and gates are open for you to leave. I don't need to remind you everytime you make a mistake to embarrass this school."
"Hmm..." You glance at Takumi and smugly looked at him, grinning from ear to ear.
"You better survive this task, Takumi~" You told him and left the room.
He awkwardly nodded at whatever you gave him. Takumi scrunched his nose when he turned his back on you and walked away.
"Ah, System! Why is he so handsome? How come I didn't get to the timeline where I get to marry or have an arranged marriage with him?"

"Y/n-chan!" Someone shouted from behind when you went out of your hotel room. You looked left and right, wondering where and who made that sound when you encountered Alice waving at you, Ryo was beside her, as always. You smiled brightly at them.
"Good morning, Alice-chan, Ryo-kun." You greeted, standing in front of your room to wait for them.
"Seems like today's challenge is harder, eh?" Alice started, walking backwards to face you and Ryo. You groaned, placing your hands into your pockets, slightly pissed at the dish you and the students were supposed to make.
"Harder for most. I don't want to make this dish. It sucks." Complains begun to leave your lips, lightly kicking the air in frustration. They could have made the main ingredient something like bread, but no. They wanted egg.
"Just make a cake. If they ask where the egg is, say It's in it." Ryo plainly said without hesitation. Alice stopped her walking and ended up laughing, you joining with.
"Are-e?" The dark haired boy looked confused, squinting his eyes while he tries to find a reason why both of you begun to laugh.
Alice begun to wheeze, laughing almost like a kettle on the stove. You begun to laugh harder because of her laugh. Course, you've had this situation for so much in your real life, but something in the situation makes it funnier.
"Wah Alice, I didn't know you can laugh like that."
Alice wiped the tears forming in the corner of her eyes from laughing to hard before she cleared her throat and started walking again.
"See, we don't talk about that." You rolled your eyes, listening to what Alice had to say more.
After a few minutes of walking and conversing with them, you three finally entered the Hall A. You looked around the room that seemed to even fit a small town in the coasts of Japan. Seeing that other students had fallen asleep on their station while the others were getting anxious made you laugh.
"That couldn't be me." You smiled, knowing that System was there to assist you through the task.
"Woah, the room is much more larger in person." You told yourself, amazed by how big the hall A is. You fixated your eyes on Alice for one last time, holding both of her hands while you smiled.
"Good luck then, Alice and Ryo." You told them as you waved a good bye, going to your own station to fix the things that you needed.
"System, what are we gonna make today?" You asked, walking towards your station calmly. The student were (still) surprised that you act like this task was a piece of cake.

The main ingredient is egg, so I guess the others would make a typical type of breakfast foods with a twist. I planned to make a french dish called quiche. Are you up for that?

A box-like figure suddenly appeared in front of your eyes. The picture of the quiche was placed beside the ingredients that were written.
"Are you sure this is a breakfast type? Looks like a dessert or for brunch for me." You said.

It is indeed for breakfast. It's a traditional French tart that is perfect for breakfast with a warm cup of coffee as a pair. It's also quite famous overseas.

"Okay.. If you say so." You replied. You then opened the boxes that were in your station and started placing the ingredients on the other side, while the materials used were perfectly arranged on the other side.
"Uh System, one more question." After a few seconds of waiting for system's reply, you didn't get any response.
"System..?" You called again.

Oh, I'm deeply sorry for making you wait. What is it that you want to ask?

"H-huh..? Is it just me or.. System's voice sounds different than usual?" You told yourself. But you shrugged the thought, thinking if maybe their was dehydrated or something. Well, you don't know if that even drinks or what. If it's a real person or just a computer.
"Uh.. Nothing." You replied.

"Yes?" You answered, slightly confused at the suddenness change of act by system.
"Ms. Y/n..? System never calls me that before..." You were getting a little bit suspicious, but then again, this is a game. Maybe they updated the system?

According to the stats I've seen being uploading whenever you start a new chapter of your game, It has come to my attention that you have learned so much as we continue to play.
