Fire

I took the alcohol from my father's cellar.
I heard it burns bright from an ancient dweller.
She told me the tale of phoenix.
Which rose up from its ashes.
The thing I know for sure,
Is that I won't rise,
Like the tale of Phoenix
Once I meet my demise
When I'm done procrastinating
I drown myself in fire
I feel the heat radiate over me
It burns so eagerly through my attire
The pain that I feel
When the fire eats through my skin
Melting down the layers
Till it reaches my bones.
I lose my conscience
Everything fades to none.
With all my pain gone,
My soul leaves my body
Happily evermore.
