Gibbs- You and Gibbs have 4 kids and eventually retire
Tony- Eventually you retire and you guys live on the beach and drink wine
McGee- You and Mcgee become teachers, you try to recruit new people to NCIS
Jimmy- You and Jimmy work at NCIS until you retire and then you spend more time with your children
Ziva- You guys travel the world
Abby- You find new hobbies, you and Abby cook and reminisce about the good times
