Y/N POV:
Monday's... I hate mondays. No point of going to school, I can't wait to graduate already. 2 more months and I'm out. Then off to college, wherever I go. I walked out my house like every other morning and saw Kuroo and Kenma walking, Kuroo looked very tired for some odd reason and he wasn't as loud. Not that I care because I'm not trying to hear loud people right now. I'm already in a bad mood because it's Monday. I decided to catch up to them and walked next to Kuroo. Now he looked half awake.
"Good morning y/n" Kenma greeted me
I waved and smiled
"Huh? Oh... Good morning y/n" Kuroo yawned
I was surprised he said anything to me since he hates me. But I didn't want to be rude. So I said good morning back. We all walked in a awkard silence, I opened my mouth to say something but I closed it right away. I turned to Kenma as he was playing his game, I then took out my phone as well. Until I felt something heavy on my shoulder, I turned to the side and it was Kuroo leaning his head on my shoulder. I flinched and felt my face warm. I looked to him and his eyes were starting to shut down. We then walked slower so prevent him from falling, Kenma was now in front of us.
"Kuroo" I whispered
"Hm?" He softly lifted his head up and looked at me
He's acting different. Usually he'd probably be planning my death or would be screaming at me. What are you up to Kuroo?
"Are you okay" I asked and examined the eyebags under his eyes, it looked like he hasn't slept in days
"I... y-yeah"

I looked at him and saw eyes his were glossy ass if they were about to start watering up
"Kuroo" I stopped walking and cupped my hands on his cheek and saw his eyes widened. And pulled my face close to his and furrowed my eyebrows, our faces were now centimeters apart. "What's going on? Are you okay? You look like your about to cry?" I asked
He gulped and pulled away and nodded. And proceeded to walk
Something is wrong
I pulled his hand back and dragged him to me. I put both my hands on his shoulders and spoke
"I know me and you aren't the best at getting along... but... I know something is bothering you, a-and I want to help you. Even if you don't want to tell me, I just want to know if your okay or not, Kuroo I know something is bothering you. What is it?"
Since when do I care for this fucking rooster head?
He inhaled and finally spoke "I haven't sleep in 3 days"
My eyes widened
"3 days? Why?"
"My mom is sick. She's been in the hospital for 4 days and..." he paused and his eyes widened as if he remembered something
"My mom is sick, she's not good. She has to stay in the hospital until she gets better. I've been staying with Kenma but I'm just so scared and I haven't been able to sleep" he spoke again
I was in shock
"Kuroo... I'm... Kuroo I'm so sorry" I said quietly and hugged him
For the first time I actually felt warmth when I hugged Kuroo. Even tho we hugged when we made out that one time, this actually felt real. He latched on to me and rested his head on top of mine

"I'm so sorry" he whispered
Sorry?
"For everything y/n"
"I'm so sorry for everything I've done to you, the way I talked to you, the way I treated you. And pushed you off to the side. I-I'm sorry for what I said to you the day we were in the closet" his voice cracked and got shaky "i didn't mean to hurt you, I never wanted to hurt you. I just-... I never new how to tell you"
I looked up in confusion
"What do you mean you never knew how to tell me?"
"Y/N... I..."
Kuroo POV:
"Y/N... I..."
Shit... I'm finally telling her. I can't do this. Not right now I'm to scared- no. I have to tell her
"I didn't know how to confess to you"
"About what?" She asked

"Kuroo, what do you want to confess" she asked me. She started to get impatient
"Yeah Kuroo, what did you want to confess?" I heard Kenma from the distance

"Y/N, I think Kuroo likes y" I cut Kenma off and coughed very loud and gagged so she wouldn't hear
"What the fuck was that" he turned and looked at us
"Are you okay?" Y/N looked at me and rubbed my back

I got up and walked ahead and caught up to Kenma
"Y/N give me a second to chat with Kenma"
He looked up at me and smirked knowing why I wanted to talk to him
"What's wrong kuroo?" He asked while smiling
I wrapped my warm around him and leaned my head down so y/n wouldn't be able to hear us
"Can you do me a favor and not tell her that I like her? I want to tell her myself"
"Oh?" Kenma quietly giggled
"Kenma!"
"Kuro"
"I'm being serious"
"Ok! Fine jeez" he took my arm off his shoulder and walked off. He ran back to me and tripped
I gasped, "Kenma! Are you okay?" I helped him getting back on his feet
"Im fine" he grunted "I just wanted to say, maybe you should tell her before we go to school. We're almost there"
I nodded and walked back to Y/N
"Y/N" I grabbed her hand, she flinched
"When Kenma introduced me to you... I immediately caught feelings for you. But the truth is I never new how to tell you, I always pushed you to the side because I was to embarrassed to be around you. I thought you wouldn't like me, everytime when I would go to Kenmas I would only talk about you to him, I always told him how beautiful you are and how kind you are, he told me to tell you but I was a coward and I was afraid you wouldn't feel the same way. I've liked you for so long, I want you to be mine. I want to be with you forever I want to hug you I want to kiss you I want to do everything with you, I'm so sorry for the way I treated you. I really am. I cried so hard the day I told you the kiss meant nothing, I felt so horrible for you, I just want you to know how I feel. And I promise y/n I'm not the person you think I am. I care about you a lot and I want you to be happy, you make me happy believe it or not. Just please... give me one more chance... let me make it up to you" I gripped on her hand
She stayed silent
"Kuroo" she let go of my hand

I've always wanted to be friends with you, Kenma talked about you so much. It's cute how close you guys are, you seem like a really good friend. And I'm hoping we can be more than friends- I... what you did to me in the past was very cruel and hurt me a lot... but for some reason, I can't say no. I forgive you, I want to forgive you. I smiled and hugged her
"Gross" Kenma said and walked up to us
"Oh come on Kenma! You'll find someone one day also, we should get you a girlfriend perhaps" I spoke
"Not interested"
"Eh? What do you mean? I'm sure there's someone out there"
"I don't care about that stuff and plus I don't really have interest in girls"

My eyes widened and I grinned

"D-Don't get the wrong idea! I just I-I- I just don't want to be I a relationship right now" he hesitated and looked nervous

"Kenma it's okay if you don't like girls" y/n spoke
