Narcissa had once told Amora that when you fall, time slows down. Amora had told her that that was ridiculous. No person could control time, it just seemed unrealistic.

Yet here she was, tumbling through the sky as the wind whipped at her robes. Time did slow down, and all Amora could see was the sky. A small part in her heart was tugging at her, telling her it wasn't the end. Still, Amora knew better. There was no way Cedric knew what to do, and his broom couldn't even fit two people. She dove off of a tower and to her certain death, all to piss some people off.

Then her back crashed into something hard, and she assumed it was the ground. Then two arms wrapped around her waist and hauled her up higher. She turned around and her and Cedric's faces were inches away.

"Are you insane? You could have," Cedric started, but Amora cut him off with a kiss. She kissed him so hard that they almost tumbled off of whatever they were riding. Cedric kissed back, and for a few moments her world was perfect. Her and Cedric, kissing and sailing off into the sunset.

"Hello there!" Luna's voice called. Amora looked over and noticed Luna sailing in the air, as if she was riding an invisible broom. Then Amora glanced down and realized that she was floating in the air too. Her face turned pale white and she shrieked, clinging onto Cedric's waist.

"Whoa! Calm down, sunshine. These are thestrals, like winged horses. We just can't see them, but I promise I wont let you fall...again," Cedric murmured to her. Amora nodded her head and wrapped her arms around Cedric's waist and squeezed her eyes shut.

She prayed the ride would be over soon, but to her nonexistent luck, three hours later her stomach lurched as she felt them begin to descent. When she felt the thestrals plant themselves back on the firm beautiful ground, Amora had to resist the urge to hug the grass. Instead, she climbed down slowly and finally took in what was happening.

Ginny, Ron, Neville, Luna, Harry, and Hermione all climbed off of their thestrals and looked around at each other, not sure what to do. Well, except Harry.

"We need to find Sirius, now," Harry announced loudly before stalking off down the street. Cedric shrugged to Amora and followed him, but Amora glanced around the place they landed. They were in London, which meant that they were probably looking for an entrance to...

"The Ministry of Magic," Cedric announced as they approached a small red telephone booth. Amora glanced over to Cedric, as if saying you're kidding, right? To her surprise, he wasn't kidding. The entire group surged toward the entrance at once, but they paused and glanced at each other awkwardly.

"Harry, Hermione, and Cedric should go first. We'll come down after," Luna suggested. As much as Amora hated the idea of her and Cedric separating, she knew it was their best chance at rescuing Sirius in time.

"I swear to god Cedric if you so much as scratch your knee while you're down there, I'll hex," Amora started, but Cedric had the nerve to laugh. Her anger inside of her deflated and she even cracked a smile.

"I promise, I'll be safe, Sunshine," Cedric promised, pulling out his small broomstick locket she had gotten him for Christmas. Amora smiled softly and revealed her small sun necklace from under her school tie. She hadn't taken it off ever since she had put it on, and she didn't plan on taking it off ever.

Amora pressed her lips to Cedric's as his palm pressed to the middle of her back, steadying her. The heat between their lips lingered, but when Cedric pulled away Amora let out a somewhat of a sad sigh.

"We ought to get going," Harry told them.

"Talk about snogging at the worst time..." Ron muttered, but Neville elbowed him. Then, Cedric glanced one last time to Amora before stepping inside the booth with Harry and Hermione. After they talked to the telephone booth for a moment, it began to move down. Amora watched as Cedric disappeared under the surface of the ground and a new telephone booth moved in, rotating.

Amora, Ron, Ginny, Luna, and Neville exchanged a guess we have to be skinny for a moment glance before they all pushed forward to the telephone booth. After they tried their best to squeeze in, they realized it was useless.

"You bunch go ahead, I'll come down after," Amora assured them.

"I don't feel comfortable with leaving you out here alone," Ginny murmured to her, her dark brown eyes filling with uncertainty.

"I'll be fine, I promise," Amora told them.

"Well...hurry down then please," Ron told her, looking surprisingly worried. They then all shuffled into the telephone booth and after muttering something to the booth, they too began to move down. Once the new telephone booth had replaced them, Amora walked over to the booth, prepared to enter as well.

"Stupefy!" a voice shouted. Amora ducked down just in time and she felt a gust of wind as the white beam of light soared over her head. She turned around, raising her wand.

"Bloody hell! Can't you just leave me alone?" Amora shouted as Roger stepped out of the shadows. His perfect robes were speckled with mud and dirt, as if he had just been run over by a dragon. His usual perfect sleek hair was a brown tangled mess, and Amora was uneasy with the evil scowl he gave her.

"He made me follow you all the way here," Roger growled, pointing his wand at her. She raised her wand and did the same, leading them to begin to circle each other. If a tiger was circling their meal, it looked like two very pissed off tigers circling each other, thinking the other one was the meal.

"Who is he? Who did?" Amora questioned, not tearing her gaze off of Roger's wand.

"You Know Who," Roger snarled. Amora paused, confused for a moment, before it registered in her mind.

"It's a trap, isn't it," Amora whispered, her eyes wide.

"Very good, very good. You might have made a good Ravenclaw yourself, Mores," Roger chuckled, as if she pointed out the obvious. Amora's heartbeat raced as she realized her friends had been led into a trap. She had to warn him, but Roger was standing between her and the telephone booth now.

"Crucio!" Roger shouted.

"Expelliarmus!" Amora screamed at the same time. A lime green jet burst from Roger's wand, but a red one came from Amora's at the same time.

The beams of light clashed, but the Roger's spell tore through Amora's until only an inch of red light was standing between her and a very painful curse. She grit her teeth and furrowed her brows, concentrating.

She had too much to lose, and so much to fight for. Maybe it was her fear, or just her sheer determination, but her red beam suddenly exploded, sending Roger's wand flying to the side. He fell over, scrambling for his wand, but he didn't even get a chance to reach out for it.

"Stupefy!" Amora chanted. The spell sent him sprawling out onto the sidewalk, frozen.

"Bloody Death Eaters," Amora hissed between her teeth as she climbed into the telephone booth.

Amora had never been to the Ministry of Magic before, mainly because a daughter of a war criminal wasn't exactly the most popular person. Still, she had no time for sight seeing. The second the telephone booth door swung open, Amora burst out.

She raced by the tall marble statue and ran down a secluded hallway. She had absolutely no idea where she was going, so she spent a solid ten minutes racing from hallway to hallway, and door to door. Where the hell were they?

Then, she raced by a door with the sign: Department of Mysteries.

If anyone would be looking for mysteries, it would be a group of teenagers Amora thought silently to herself. She opened the door so fast it got slammed against the wall inside. Amora searched and had somehow entered a room with more doors.

She couldn't even afford the time to be disappointed.

She noticed a door with a large X drawn on it, so Amora had the feeling it wasn't in there.

"Give me the prophecy, boy!" a voice shouted. Uncle Lucius?

Amora opened the door where the voice came from, and sure enough, her friends were standing right in front of a pack of Death Eaters.

"Guys...trap...leave..." Amora panted as she stumbled into the room. Amora had never been the best runner, so racing around the Ministry like a blind chicken had her winded. Cedric stepped back and wrapped his arms around Amora, helping to lift her up.

"Are you alright?" he asked, his grey eyes filled with concern.

"Yeah, just a dick for an ex boyfriend, no big deal. Oh, and running. I despise running," Amora explained as she tried to steady herself.

"I won't repeat myself again. Give me the prophecy boy!" Lucius shouted, opening his palm.

"Oops!" Harry chuckled, dropping the small crystal ball only to catch it right in time. God, Amora loved that boy's attitude sometimes.

"It's alright Lucy, someone else could bring us the prophecy," a high pitch voice squealed in delight. Amora's entire body froze like a deer in headlights as she stepped out to the front of her group, her hand clinging to Cedric's.

"Hey Mum..." Amora said, trying to stop her voice from shaking.

Cedric squeezed her hand, as if he was trying to send her support.

Bellatrix was standing in front of them, her black curly hair tangled and her eyes wide and twitching. The Daily Prophet was right, her mother was insane. She pointed her crooked wand right at Amora's heart and smiled, pleased with herself.

"Now Amora, be a dear and bring mummy the prophecy. Then, I might not kill that little boyfriend of yours," Bellatrix squealed.
