Pacing back and forth around the cold empty loft, not a heartbeat or movement in hearing except his own. Rapid and quick pounding through his ears, breaking his concentration... For the best?
Everlasting headaches... Urges...
"No" his voice a mere whisper fighting to be heard but silenced by his thoughts. Sweat...heat...pain...NO...he fought hard trying and failing to understand, to figure out what it was, a constant struggle to detect or find.
What was happening to him?
Why was this happening to him?
"Derek" A silent voice called out, the only word being longed out. Said in such a silky voice yet contrasted by it's directness... What did it want from him?
"Derek" the same voice called out, enticing him to fall prey to it
"What do you want?" Derek spoke back, confusion evident
"Derek!" This time another voice played out, clear as day
Taken back derek stopped in his tracks, looking around dazed as the voice surfaced again
"Derek wake up!"
Wake...up?
"DEREK!"

Suddenly shooting up, eyes shut tightly as he tried to regain the breath that so easily left him winded. Suddenly a loud thud and a groan of pain had him opening his eyes to see what had happened.
The pack, his pack stand around him wearing worried faces with stiles on the floor rubbing at the back of his head. What was everyone doing here?. Derek looked around, his vision still dazed with clouded sight. He was in his bedroom in bed... How did he get here? Furthermore, what was everyone doing in his room?
"What are you all doing here? Furthermore, why are you all in my room?" Derek asked, his morning voice blocked by huffed panting.
"You don't remember?" Scott asked gazing down at his Alpha
"..."
"We called yesterday that we would all meet up here for a pack night" Isaac explained
Derek looked out of it in so many different ways, way the pack had never seen on him before.
🍁🍁15 minutes Before🍁🍁
Scott, Stiles, Lydia, Allison, Jackson, Boyd, Erica and Malia and Isaac and liam all gathered outside Dereks loft for the pack night. They felt like surprising... Ok raiding him on there early arrival, since they had all agree to start showing up at 6:00 pm... It was 10:30 am
"Are you sure he's going to be ok with us being here this early" Isaac questioned, he wasn't usually one to upset Derek.
Everyone in the lack knew how Isaac saw Derek, Derek had pretty much saved Isaac's life Despite the constant reminding Derek does at telling them (Isaac mainly) that he was strong enough to save himself and he did it, he was his own hero, but Isaac never listened. First with how Derek had helped Isaac get away from his father and second by taking Isaac under his wing and letting him stay at the loft. In a way, Isaac saw Derek as a second dad and he wasn't willing to mess that up anytime soon.
"Isaac, you live with Derek, Of course, he will be ok with it. And if he asks why the rest of us are here we can say we all dropped you off" Jackson Said in an attempted confirming tone but ended up in a 'Duh' tone instead.
"Yeah... But I stayed at Scott's house last night. What if he doesn't want me here until later like the rest if you" Isaac continued, tilting his head to the side slightly. He really looked like a puppy
"I doubt that," Lydia and Allison said at the same time. Lydia gave a knowing smile over to Allison before going over to the big metal door and knocked
After a minute of waiting and no reply, Stiles walked up and knocked harder on the doir before waiting again. Once again no movement or anything from the other side.
"Do you think he's out?" Malia asked
"At this time of hour, I don't think so" Erica pointed out simply with a hair flick before looking to Scott for confirmation.
"She's right, I hear his heartbeat from inside" Scott walked up and placed his ear to the door and listened closely.
"Maybe he's taking a nap?" Stiles chuckled out
Scott just shook his head before saying
"No, Derek wakes up at six" Scott confirms from memory of the multiple time the pack had stayed and he was woken up by Derek going for his morning run
"Well, maybe he's power napping. Big bad sourwolf gotta power nap too" Stiles defended his point with another chuckle
"Maybe... I don't care tho. Time to wake him up!" Scott said before pulling open the loft door and walking in.
"Scott are you crazy, do you want Derek to rip your face off?" Malia whisper yelled going after him along with everyone else
Once everyone gathered in the loft the action commenced
"He's in his room" Boyd pointed out calmly
Scott took the opportunity and grabbed Allison's hand and motioned for Stiles to follow before running towards the stairs chuckling softly with stiles on both their tails.
"I gotta see this" Jackson said as he took hold of Lydia's hand
"Me to," Lydia said before pulling them both towards the stairs
"If they all get killed I'm gonna be there to witness it," Erica said with a giggle before strutting her way
Boyd looked to Isaac before shrugging his shoulders and taking Isaac under his arm towards Derek's room.
When they all made it to his room what they saw wasn't at all what they had expected it to be. Derek tossing and turning as he lay asleep, his bed covers tossed off of him and onto the floor. He had small cuts and slight gashes spread across his bare chest constantly healing just to be re-opened by his moving, he was drenched in sweat and was muttering something unintelligible. The best that could be made out was "No"
Everyone stood in shock staring down at there Alpha, No one had ever seen him look so... Vulnerable.
Stiles was the first to move, he quickly but consciously as he made his way towards Derek.
Everyone else followed Stikes lead and walked over to Derek. Stiles gestured for them to hold down Dereks clawed hands as he went closer to him. Boyd and Jackson on the count of three both grabbed at Derek hands and pinned them down to the bed, stopping them from moving.
Stiles gripped onto Derek's shoulders and started to shake him, gaining more force as Derek still wouldn't wake up. After a minute stiles climbed onto the bed right next to Derek's side and shook him more vigorously
"Derek!"
Still no reaction
"Derek wake up"
Derek stopped shaking so much but still tossed an turned despite him being held down
"DEREK!" stiles yelled, fully leaned over Derek
Suddenly Derek shot up causing everyone to stop holding him and Stiles to completely lost his balance and fall off the bed and onto the floor with a loud thud.
Dereks eyes shot open and glanced in Stiles direction before the rest of the pack, a dazed expression played on his face. He looked around the room before speaking
"What are you all doing here? Furthermore, why are you all in my room?" Dereks morning voice mixed in with huffed panting
"You don't remember," Scott asked looking down at Derek
"..."
"We called yesterday saying we would all meet up here for pack night" Isaac explained
"Ok" Derek's head was pounding like crazy, causing him to wince at his own words "why are you all here at..." Derek looked over to his bedside table "...10:45 in the morning" He sighed loudly before letting his head fall back onto the bed
"Well we wanted to surprise you with us coming early but when we were at the doir you didn't answer we came to see if you were awake or not and when we found you here you were... Having a nightmare."
Stiles explained getting off the floor
Derek stayed silent as he stared at the ceiling emotionless.
"Ok now get out so I can get ready" Derek spoke after a few minutes of silence
With that everyone left Derek's room leaving him to get ready for the day
