Each day is the same, yet different. I get up, get my breakfast, get dressed and go out. Some would say my life is boring and too 'same' but for me it's enough...well almost. Where I live is stunning, it has gorgeous, open fields filled with flowers of all the colours of the rainbow! It has birds that fill the skies with music and clouds that dance around from day to day. However, if you look beyond that there's a wall. It's at least 10ft tall, and it's just plain concrete. I want to know what's beyond it, I want to know why it's there and who put it there. I've asked my mother, but I get shushed, pushed to the side as if it's frowned upon to ask such a thing. I've thought about trying to climb it or even make a hole just big enough to look through...but I've heard rumours. Rumours that anyone who has ever tried to know more was snatched from their beds in the dead of night - never to be seen again...
