Everyone on this stage, my colleagues, my supposed friends, think that solely because I twisted my ankle I wouldn't be able to perform. I want to prove that wrong. I need to prove them wrong and show them what real talent is. Drama club isn't some meaningless school activity made up for fun and prancing around.
Drama club is a beauty and I'm gonna prove that. I'm supposed to be the main star in this show, not some other idiot who sloppily sways around and labels it as dance.
The echoing, repeated sound of piano keys being gently caressed made me feel alive. I am going to be the main focus here,
even if it means ending up in the hospital.
